Very nice well taken care of campgrounds. Plenty activities fir littlest to do. Dog friendly. There is a food truck with amazing food across street as well as a Publix for convenience. Definitely stay again.

Fantastic location, very clean, level sites. We used the laundry facility and it was very clean and functional. Really enjoyed the "onsite watering hole", John's Place.

Location was great, we enjoyed a day at the large pool with our grandchildren. The added bonus was the Publix Grocery store walking distance from the campground. We will definitely use this location again should our travels take us back to Charlotte area.

The roads in the park are rough with a large rig. It is difficult to exit the park to the interstate. Overall we like the park and the people!

Lack of staffing in morning prior to posted check out time resulted in inability to use the dump facility. We left at about 8:30 am.

I understand that things happen , I.e. lightning strike to impact WiFi--then when I was on the phone with your staff making a lat minute reservation it should have been shared ( and the daily rate reduced!) Having the features you say is a key reason why we returned...

Super friendly staff; fast, easy check in. The park is well-kept and very conveniently located off the highway. Nearby gas station and supermarket was a plus. We arrived shortly ahead of a rainstorm. A kind staffer escorted us to an upgraded site that was unexpected but greatly appreciated!

Our stay was great once we got a good site. The one looking at the fence was not our favorite. The staff was very helpful and moved us to another site.

We had a very bad experience with a KOA several years ago, rude staff etc. So we have been very hesitant to stay at another. We decided to give this KOA a try at the last minute. We were definitely very pleased. The staff was so friendly and very present. Its a smaller campground but had everything we needed for a little weekend get away. We definitely would stay there again.

Confusing entry signs. A little expensive compared to other KOA campgrounds. Location right next to a Publix Grocery Store and a small restaurant makes it a good location. Staff was very courteous and acommodating for our one night stay. Would recommend for a short stay

I personally love this KOA. I feel safe. The grounds and public restrooms are clean. If you want a perfect place to stay please go to Fort Mills/Charlotte KOA.

We enjoyed our stay, it was a short day, but our afternoon in the pool was great. The staff was great. It’s right next to a busy road and our space had no shade, but that’s to be expected sometimes.

Staff were good, great that there is a rv tech in campground. They helped with a slide problem and the campground let us stay extra night for the work. They need to ask campers to put there dump hook up in right not sitting on top, cause than the smell is in the air around area. Sitting at your picnic table is not nice. would come back but different spot.

This was an overnight. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The park sites in Charlotte right off the highway. There is a gas station at the front, literally 1 minute walk from the front of the campground. Easy on and off the highway.

Great Staff, first and foremost. Helpful and accomodating. Had plan changes, as one always does, and there were solutions and thoughtful recommendations using the KOA network.

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
