Employees were very nice and helpful. When I made the reservations on the internet, I swore I requested a pull-thru instead of a back-in, but no record. The girl was so nice to get me a pull-thru. The entire atmosphere left something to be desired. It just doesn't have the same vibe as other KOA's I've been too. The pull-thru spaces were a very nice size.

We stayed in long term sites. The staff is amazing. All friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and laundry room. Roads need some work but rumor is they are fixing those soon. Convenient to Charlotte and areas around town. We would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed at this campground for several years and have witnessed improvements during each stay. The office staff and park employees were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. It's a convenient stop when traveling on 77 with a Publix grocery store within walking distance.

This is an urban KOA with lots of noise from traffic on the entrance road. The campsite we were assigned was all gravel & very sloped in front. We were not level because we have limited risers for our jacks. The site behind us had a long RV that was right up to the back of our campsite and 2’ from our backend. The sites barely fit a 25’ trailer and TV. All gravel sites with no grass.

We made our reservation late in the game so we ended up with a short site that was pretty much covered with trees. No chance for satellite service here, no way. This serves as an example of planning ahead and getting your reservations made early!

First let me start by the staff is amazing! Crystal, Nicole,and Ron were absolutely amazing and very helpful. I will recommend anybody to stay here. Everything was very clean the restrooms and the laundry room. Everyone at the campsite was very nice. Very quiet.

The staff are great. It's okay for an overnight stay but expensive. Also the traffic noise, vehicle and airline, is bad.

The hosts were magnificent people! Well taken care of. Property is in some disrepair but works well for us. Unfortunately traffic nearby is loud.

Spacious site, clean facilities, friendly staff! Our only recommendation would be to provide a larger seat/bench in the entry to each shower stall to keep toiletries and clothing dry.

The staff was very friendly, but the campgound is not well maintained. One out of three toilets and showers were not working. No paper towels in the bathhouse. The roads are barely paved and uneven. Mounds of gravel have yet to be spread. The dump station was locked, and the office was not opened by 9:10 am, precluding me from emptying after a week stay. Laundry room was pretty good.

The campground was nice and our site was wide and level. The bathrooms were extremely clean and the people at the office were awesome! The WiFi was spotty and slow.

Internet sucks. It is unusable. Potentially this park could be very nice. Streets need repair & a couple of the sites need to be upgraded (71) or eliminated. Personnel are great & very helpful. Bath rooms are great. We especially like the tree shaded sites. We are a 36’ pull thru.

The campground was really convenient to get to and marked the halfway point to our destination in Florida. The sites were graveled and flat. The staff we met were friendly and interesting to talk to.

This campground has been a favorite for some time due to its convenience to the interstate and service. Unfortunately, it seems to be in a state of continual decline. This past visit, combination-locked bathroom doors do not close fully allowing anyone access, there was no hot water in the second shower house and a large muddy pit was adjacent to the road.

Fort Mill was our destination because we have kids/grands in the area and went to spend the weekend with them. We will likely be back to KOA, it was centrally located, helpful/flexible staff. Thank you!

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
