We stayed for over three weeks and had a very good experience! The staff was excellent: efficient, kind and quick to help! We loved the pool facilities and that it was next to John's Place! The bath house was the nicest we have seen! The two issues we had were poor WiFi and rough roads. Everything else was great!

Nothing overly special about that campsite. Pretty average. Unfortunately only offered 1 single plug and only one toilet was operational.

It’s basically a gravel parking lot. No fire rings or grass. Needs a lot of work. Good for overnight only. Patio sites are not 50 amp have flimsy plastic furniture that looks like Adirondack chairs, but are not. The concrete pads are short, our 39” rig did not fit on the pad, front wheels were on the gravel.

Inner roads are crumbling and full of potholes. Site Has adjacent traffic noise. Site lost power early evening and mgt failed to respond to their contact info. Next morning the maint staff attempted to restore power. Mgt failed to notify campers of the situation as well as communicating with their maintenance staff. Refunded one nights stay and offered new site. Expected more especially for the

I am a new camper. The campgrounds were so clean. I was very relaxed and felt very safe. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and made sure we felt comfortable. I will definitely be coming back and will recommend this campground.

Very average campground. Nothing special. Only major issues we had what that there was only one toilet in the men’s room working and there was no ice machine.

The stay was enjoyable. The interior roads could be improved and the sites more leveled. The front section of the camp is for the transit RVs. The back section up the hill is better maintained then the front section. Power outage seems to be a problem at this KOA. The administration did all they could to correct and get the power back on.

We only needed an overnight spot to park and plug in..paid 70, and were bombarded with tiny ants..our RV has been infested for 2 days now..

The front desk staff where extra accommodating for the power going out and keeping in touch with us for our dogs. all the questions we had to had to ask about pulling camper out of campground with traffic and no stop light at exit. Super nice staff and extra clean bathhouses! Large sites and nice shade. Nice pool area and play ground.

We stayed here one night on our way to and from Orlando. Very convenient off the highway and grocery store next door. Both times we arrived late and our info/map was ready for us. As other have mentioned the roads need some work, some sites looked very run down. Ours was nice with concrete pad. However, the price was high for this no so "premium" site. Kids loved the warm pool and park.

The internet was horrible, on and off and weak signal. People were nice, but only excuses for the internet. Gravel strewn over the paved portions, just seemed a little not cared for. Easy in and out. Water! Electric, and sewer worked fine.

Level SHADED pull-through site. Bathrooms were well maintained. The food truck and pub on site were a pleasant and welcome surprise. Publix grocery store next door. Excellent location when traveling East on 77. Travel West through Charlotte on 77 is almost always congested. Plan accordingly.

We enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly close to the Publix & Gas station. The Dog park was a walk. Loved how long term was in a separate area amazing for us in & out. Internet was non existent especially in the area looking at Real estate thank goodness for Publix Cafe in Lobby. Lots of Amenities close to interstate as well. Clean never used restrooms or showers. Would stay again if passing

For us, Fort Mill is a convenient single overnight if you need a place in transit through the Charlotte vicinity. It is a suburban "camp ground" that has been there a while and is well maintained. People are helpful. It is clean, All the utilities work just great.

It was an easy stay. We only stayed one night. It was easy to pull into. It’s not somewhere I would pick to stay for vacationing. But for a night or 2 stop it was nice. However, there is a bar/liquor store butted up to the camp ground. I didn’t like that. Also the pool and play ground closed down at 8 pm I feel that’s a little early. We got in just in time for it to close.

This KOA is our favorite overnight stop on our trips North. Friendly staff, grounds well-kept and pull-through sites are long. Wi-fi is great. No cable TV, but many OTA stations. We did not use the bath house or pool.

The campground was clean and quiet. This location was pretty sweet. We only stayed 2 nights since we were on our way to Myrtle Beach but the children enjoyed riding their bikes on paved roads in the camp and we enjoyed the convenience of having Publix next door QT across the street and especially the late night snacks from John’s. The staff were friendly and helpful.

This KOA is very easy to locate. There is a large grocery store next door. The pool is very well maintained, although there are no steps with a handrail for those physically challenged.

All the Staff was amazing! We had our family tree in 3 sites and we loved everything about the staff, activities and all. Amir I believe was his name was super sweet n the others were very nice too.

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
