We booked our reservation a good month ago. Have been vip members for several years. We arrived on our due date and get told that there is no internet or WiFi. Yet we get no reduction in the fee. No fire pit, services were minimal and grounds need some TLC. People were very friendly and helpful. Shower was the best I have ever seen.

This location is good for an overnite stay. Management is very nice, and there is a Publix within walking distance. It is rather noisy due to its location due to traffic and sirens, we have stayed here on prior trips, and will again.

WE stayed one night. Easy in and out of site. Cement pad so levelling was a breeze. Used the bath house and it was clean, tidy and good pressure. Had dinner at the food truck which had the best burgers and wings! I would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed here for several years and there has been several times it wasn’t so great Fireworks going off just outside the park, another time a Motor home came in after hours and parked in the drive just outside the fence and ran their generator all night right by our bedroom slideout, this time the Dumpsters were emptied around midnight, sounded like a couple of explosions

The young lady in the front office was gracious and professional. It was a disappointment not being able to have wifi as we don't subscribe to something such as Starlink. Something out of your control was the street noise. Possibly another site further back on the grounds muffles this. Enjoyed the stay. The weather was perfect. Thank you.

Not that good. Gettting in and out was difficult. Even the office is not easy to spot. Had to leave through Publix when i left. In addition, I got hazelnuts dropping on my roof all night, traffic, and small site. Probably the worst KOA so far.

I believe you need a lot of road improvements especially those roads that lead to pull thru sites for over nighters. The bathrooms could use updating . Your staff is very friendly and helpful but for a KOA it definitely could stand improvements.

Great stay, nice site. Quiet. Very nice employees who worked to make sure we were happy with our stay. The only thing I would recommend is that something is done to the women’s shower stall floor to not make it so slippery. Loved the rainfall shower head and the super clean laundry facilities. Thank you.

We arrived late and they forgot to leave our paperwork in late arrivals.When we chose a site, their electricity did not work so we had to move. We had no codes for WiFi or the bathrooms. We called 3 emergency numbers and no one answered.We paid $70 for all of this and got no satisfaction from the people running this campground. This is not the KOA to go to if you want decent service.

Great stop in Fort Mill. Urgent Care close by and Public grocery store. Which we used both. Will be using the park when traveling to and back from HHI and FL

Perfect location - in the middle of everything, but still peaceful! Walk to grocery stores, bars, restaurants. The ONLY place to RV in the Charlotte/Ft. Mill area!

We only stayed there one night on our way south. Had to put blocks on one side of the rv. To get her level. Park is right off the interstate and convenient to the Publix within walking distance.

Easy on & off Rt.77, easy check in, good size sites. Food truck & Publix in walking distance, plus gas station. Great location recommended it to anyone especially for a 1 night stay.

The 3am wake up from the dumpster removal was fun. All three dumpsters clanging and crashing down was not expected or necessary. Easy in and out from the highway and close to everything you need.

Good campground. Sites are a bit close together and you have to exit through the Publix parking lot with a big rig. They do have a gas station, liquor store, bar and food truck that is right next door which is a plus.

This campground was extremely helpful and accommodating when we had trouble fitting our big rig into our original booked campground. We had to call at almost 6pm and they were able to fit us in and waited for us to arrive. Very nice workers and so helpful!

With the renovation it’s a freaking mess. The seasonal campers should really keep their place a little nicer. It does the park not any good an us feeling when you walk around. Hopefully management can do better with enforcing KOA camp rules..

Only stayed one night on our way to Disney. This is a beautiful campground. Staff is absolutely amazing. Can’t wait to come back again. We will definitely share this with our camping family

The campground met the basic needs however I couldn't find anything about WiFi or cable available. They have cement pads at some of the sites but be careful ours was for the RV and not a patio.

NO CABLE tv, INOPERABLE WIFI. WE CANCELLED OUR RETURN TRIP SOUTH 6 DAYS BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL AND THERE WAS NO LEEWAY GIVEN ON THE 7 DAYS CANCELLATION POLICY. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS KOA TO ANYONE.

In my personal opinion the camp is over priced. It was very loud and the spot was unlevel , to the point of lifting my tires off the ground over 4 “ . Also the spot , as a back in , pointing in the wrong direction. Not impressed.

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
