We loved our stay at Fort Mill. However the no internet services was really a bomber! I had to loose 5 of my classes that I am taking on line. The bathhouse and laundry room were the best in all KOAs I have been and the office the smallest. Although, shower basin needed a little care. Unlucky for us the smoke alarm, the air condition and the pool all had to brake while we were there. Luis Dias

I stayed at this KOA on the way to South Carolina from Ohio. It's right off I-77. The staff was great at check in. The cabin I had was clean, pine paneled, full bathroom, kitchen area, comfortable beds. The property was clean. The team member there that helped me to my cabin after check in, Carrington (sp), was fantastic. He made sure I had everything I needed. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The camp was easy to find and centrally located. Staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds were clean and everything was clearly labeled on the map. We'd be happy to stay again.

The cabin was adorable, clean and affordable. The pool and playground easily accessible and refreshing. We had a wonderful stay!

People in the office were nice and polite at check in. Had trouble with my tv, spoke to one of the guys he stop at what he was doing and came over to my cabin and fixed it. I stayed there three times when visiting relatives. Great place to stay at. Stayed August 2 to August 8 2026. Looking to go back in November for another week.

Not happy about the "deluxe cabin". Not the same as many other KOA's. Could barely fit in the bathroom! Staff was great though

It was so clean-everything, the cabin, the bathrooms, the grounds. This KOA was convenient to everything, stores, restaurants, gas stations and the thruway. It was quiet and pretty.

AC was not working fully. Was blowing out air, but it was not cold like it should be. Tried calling the after hours number and it was not a working number. My boyfriend went to use the bathroom facilities and there was no toilet paper in the stalls.

What a wonderful location! Danielle and the sweet woman working behind her whose name I did not get were so warm and accommodating. We had so much fun with the amenities, and the cabin was absolutely wonderful. I will miss this place!

The staff at this KOA are extremely nice and helpful. We had issues with our AC and it never would work so they actually upgraded us into a nicer cabin. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. Thank you guys so much for your hard work thank you so much Curtis!!!!!

It was great! Our cabin was perfect and we loved being able to have the fire pit delivered. The only thing we would change is to make the pool area more fun. Maybe a splash pad area or have some floaties or diving toys available.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful! The area felt safe and was easy to find. The deluxe cabin bathroom had quite a bit of mold for a private bathroom though.

Check-in was simple as we arrived after the office was closed. But there were bugs in our cabin, and on the beds. We were hoping to change cabins but we couldn’t get in touch with anyone after we arrived, even after calling the after hours number (line just hung up every time). The campground, cabin, and bathrooms were VERY CLEAN and cozy! We appreciated the amenities of the playground, mini golf, etc. the pool was not open yet for the season but I bet it is great! I also appreciate them removing fire pits and taking the burn ban seriously to prevent wildfires. I also appreciate how affordable it was. I would definitely stay here again and tell others.

The cabin was very cute, the beds were comfortable, and it was clean. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working on the second day and the cabin was really warm. We're grateful they were able to fix it, but we had to turn it off in the middle of the night as it was so loud right above our heads, we couldn't sleep.

I brought 35 high school students on a 4-day trip to Charlotte, the staff at this campground were excellent. We rented multiple cabins. They did everything they could to make us feel welcome and met all of our needs......we'll be back.

I was over charged. The laundry room smelt like a dead animal was in there. Literally was a cabin on concrete…. No fire pit. No atmosphere! Was actually disappointed. Positive note the lady at the front desk was very nice and bathrooms were clean.

I had a great experience. Check in was easy and the lady in the office was very friendly. The cabin was just what I needed for a weekend of solitude. The campground was very quiet. I felt very safe the entire stay. I will definitely stay there again.

I’ve stayed at alot of KOA’s this one was slightly disappointing. Our cabin didn’t have a fire pit, we had to have one delivered and ended up putting it in the middle of a driveway- which seemed odd/unsafe.The layout & amount of lighting of this KOA makes it more similar to a RV/trailer park than camping. It’s well lite, within walking distance to stores, but lacks appeal and thrill.

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
