Our stay was great once we got a good site. The one looking at the fence was not our favorite. The staff was very helpful and moved us to another site.

We had a very bad experience with a KOA several years ago, rude staff etc. So we have been very hesitant to stay at another. We decided to give this KOA a try at the last minute. We were definitely very pleased. The staff was so friendly and very present. Its a smaller campground but had everything we needed for a little weekend get away. We definitely would stay there again.

Perfect spot to stop for an overnight without unhooking. Store right by to stock up on any needs too.

Always a pleasure to be there in the midst of where I'm traveling to. Very enjoyable for the rest that was much needed. Cabin was clean, secure and conveniently located near the bathhouse/ laundry bidg. I Will definitely be back! Thanks

The people were friendly and welcoming. Clean, quite. Sites were spacious. Nice area .easy to get in and out. We are planning to go back soon.

Confusing entry signs. A little expensive compared to other KOA campgrounds. Location right next to a Publix Grocery Store and a small restaurant makes it a good location. Staff was very courteous and acommodating for our one night stay. Would recommend for a short stay

I personally love this KOA. I feel safe. The grounds and public restrooms are clean. If you want a perfect place to stay please go to Fort Mills/Charlotte KOA.

We had a nice 7 day stay. Very easy in and out of the grounds. I feel it was a little pricey for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay, it was a short day, but our afternoon in the pool was great. The staff was great. It’s right next to a busy road and our space had no shade, but that’s to be expected sometimes.

Staff were good, great that there is a rv tech in campground. They helped with a slide problem and the campground let us stay extra night for the work. They need to ask campers to put there dump hook up in right not sitting on top, cause than the smell is in the air around area. Sitting at your picnic table is not nice. would come back but different spot.

This was an overnight. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The park sites in Charlotte right off the highway. There is a gas station at the front, literally 1 minute walk from the front of the campground. Easy on and off the highway.

Great Staff, first and foremost. Helpful and accomodating. Had plan changes, as one always does, and there were solutions and thoughtful recommendations using the KOA network.

We arrived late and left very early so didn't get to see or do much but we had a very nice spot. We will make that our half-way point when we're visiting family in DC. Friendly staff.

Everything was great from bathrooms to friendly staff. I took a star away because WIFI just doesn’t work up the hill. Can’t stay connected on any devices included new model iPhones and Amazon Fire TVs. Employees should keep their camp sites cleaner. Very messy looking if you’re near them.

The employee Billy and his wife were very helpful. I know they do a traveling work and stay for free program that they were amazing. Really enjoyed them. They helped me with my RV a lot!

Internet is awful. Could not use at all. On-line reservation app is difficult to use. It is not intuitive. Clumsy & poorly designed. Otherwise a decent RV site. Nice people to work with.

Really good stay! The attendants and office staff were very accomodating. Its very difficult leaving the park. The traffic is relentless! A traffic light would be much safer.

The site was clean and very convenient for us during our travels. They have a nice little dog park. All in all the camp ground itself is nice. The issue was the fact that we called to make a reservation and left a message during business hours. They never called back. We never got the combination for the bathrooms and showers. Once again called the number and never got a call back.

Can't say enough.....a real gem in the middle of the town....staff was very helpful and friendly....a bar and great food just across the street at Johns. We will make this a stop whenever we go south on a road trip!

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
