Very nice and clean. Respectful works. Could not have asked for a better 2 night stay after our other campground.

AC was not working fully. Was blowing out air, but it was not cold like it should be. Tried calling the after hours number and it was not a working number. My boyfriend went to use the bathroom facilities and there was no toilet paper in the stalls.

Very accommodating. Easy access to shopping and interstate. Clean facilities and grounds. Very goid experience. Will stay here again.

Arrived just after 10pm after an 11+ hour drive & our confirmed reservation wasn’t there. Not sure what happened. After 30+ minutes we were SQUEEZED in beside a class A. We have a 38’ foot 5th wheel and I booked a 50amp pull thru 35’ wide big rig spot. Couldn’t open our slide. 5 stars to Selena. Super frustrating as we also had 2 kids and a dog with us. Happy we could at least get some sle

Our first sight #73 when we plugged into the power I got an error on my serge protector showing left leg in red. Their first response was that nobody else cared that used the sight even though they already knew there was an issue with the electricity. We were finally moved one space over but the person who came in later scheduled for our new sight reservation was never changed creating a mess.

We were not left a key for our cabin, there was no response at any of the emergency numbers and there was zero TP in any of the dispensers in the women’s washroom. Danielle helped us the next day

No WiFI. Was told it was a little spotty when we called to book. We couldn’t even connect. They said if a trailer is in front of the transponder it wouldn’t work. ITS A TRAILER PARK. Raise the tower!. Don’t deceive

What a wonderful location! Danielle and the sweet woman working behind her whose name I did not get were so warm and accommodating. We had so much fun with the amenities, and the cabin was absolutely wonderful. I will miss this place!

The staff at this KOA are extremely nice and helpful. We had issues with our AC and it never would work so they actually upgraded us into a nicer cabin. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was great. Thank you guys so much for your hard work thank you so much Curtis!!!!!

My wife had a shower on Tuesday evening July 14th, the door latch would not reopen and she was stuck in the shower stall. My wife who is in her seventies had to crawl out of the shower stall on her stomach under the door. That is poor maintenance and dangerous condition of the facilities. Not impressed at all.

Positive: The campground is clean. The staff was nice and we were greeted with smiles. Negatives: The sites are completely uneven. I have never been to a campground that was that uneven. The bathroom doesn't have ADA stalls for fhe shower or the toilet.

Easy access, friendly staff. The site was ok just no shade! Thanks to the male staff member who showed us our site and told us about departing around the back of PUBLIX rather attempting a left out of the CG.

Conveniently located near Publix, gas station and Restaurants. This campground is well maintained and has a great refreshing pool. Everyone was very nice.

We stay here whenever we come to visit our grandchildren. It is clean and we have always been happy with the employees. Our grandchildren love to visit us here. We plan on coming back often.

Friendly office staff and grounds staff. I especially appreciated the assistance and pleasant conversation with Carrington. The laundry room had more washers and dryers than any campground we had been to over the past 4 years. THE campsite was well maintained and the hookups were in very good order We are here family who live in Charlotte, and we will be back to this KOA.

It was great! Our cabin was perfect and we loved being able to have the fire pit delivered. The only thing we would change is to make the pool area more fun. Maybe a splash pad area or have some floaties or diving toys available.

Had to make an emergency trip to Charlotte, got our dates mixed up and arrived a day early, the staff was very accommodating and got us set up for the night and then they took care of us the next day. The campground is tucked away nicely just off I-77 Fort Mill SC. The park is clean and quiet but needs some updates. Overall a good stay, and great staff!

Good place if you are in between destinations for an overnight stay. Close to groceries, gas, and anything you might need. Would not recommend for any multi day vacation. Too much gravel, too much dirt and debris. Impossible to keep your rv clean. Pool and playground looked good. Bathrooms and showers were acceptable.

A 2 night stay in the worst site we experienced over an entire cross-country trip. The site was in the entrance of the campground with a plastic white fence. It was at the bottom of a hill so after a torrential rain a mud hole with very large chunks of gravel. 2nd night again a mud hole as the camper above us had a continuous water leak over night. $86/night a waste of money.

I called the day before to ask if we got there a little early (around 12:30 instead of 1:00 would we be able to get in. I was told check in was 3:00pm when it was stated in our reservations 1:00. Even when I mentioned what the reservation stated. The women insisted it was 3:pm and that it would cost us an extra $10. It’s not the $10., more the fact that on reservation it said 1pm. Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
