The office staff was friendly,however, we had nobody to take us to the site, find it on your own. The grounds are awful, very little grass, mostly dirt. The campground is not attractive at all, the only good thing about this KOA was the location.

Arrived after office closed. Took my very detailed map and parked my rig. Bathrooms were clean and shower was hot! I like that you put pine straw down next to the road so when I walked down the street my dogs were not walking in dirt. You added some bushes next to my lot 127 and that looked nice too. The only thing I have a hard time justifying is paying $88 for a 12 hour stay.

This is a great stay for us as travelers “just passing through.” There is a Publix within walking distance, so we can load up on supplies if we need to without having to unhook the camper. The staff is friendly, and the facility is well maintained and clean. If this place is on our route, we’re stopping there!

Very nice KOA—widespread sites and beautiful facilities. A little hard to get in and out of but well worth it. Will certainly return!

Very friendly and efficient staff. Quiet and lovely spot. The pool was beautiful and refreshing. Pulled up to propane and was greeted in less than 30 seconds. I would highly recommend this location.

The deluxe cabin was clean and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the a/c was a blessing. The cabins are located adjacent to the laundry and bath house for convenience and the receptionist at the office was helpful and friendly (Babette).

Nice campground that has been inundated with development all around. It still doesn't make you feel like you are in the city. Nice staff from my booking to our departure. Only stayed one night,but we would come back in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

We're ordinarily big fans of KOA, in particular, because there's usually no unpleasant surprises. To be honest though, this was a let down. I've had to set up in rain before, but drainage was deficient. We reserved a full hook up with pad, but got 2 adjacent gravel sites and no pad, no grass cut pets. Location great off interstate; but place needs work. Wish I could be more positive.

The bathrooms were clean. The park is very basic with most sites just being gravel pads with no landscaping. It was fine for an overnight stay while traveling.

I was expecting from the website and brochure the campground would be grassy, but the majority of the campground was rock and gravel with very narrow intermittently paved roads.

This is a great campground. Easy access off of the interstate. The grounds are well kept. The staff is friendly. There is a Publix just around the corner and restaurants if you don't want to cook .

Called and asked for a pull thru site as it was only for a few hours of sleep while passing thru. Said they didnt have any so i took whatever they had. They stuck me on the grass in an unlevel site. Across from us was totally level site pullthru empty. When leaving I noticed many other open sites that were level and nicer. I paid 110.00 for a poor space. NOT HAPPY

Clean, Close to everything, the pool and park was nice. Workers were friendly But the roads were really rough and the spots were too close together. There’s not much shade at campsite.

Employees were very nice and helpful. When I made the reservations on the internet, I swore I requested a pull-thru instead of a back-in, but no record. The girl was so nice to get me a pull-thru. The entire atmosphere left something to be desired. It just doesn't have the same vibe as other KOA's I've been too. The pull-thru spaces were a very nice size.

We stayed in long term sites. The staff is amazing. All friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms and laundry room. Roads need some work but rumor is they are fixing those soon. Convenient to Charlotte and areas around town. We would definitely stay there again.

We've stayed at this campground for several years and have witnessed improvements during each stay. The office staff and park employees were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. It's a convenient stop when traveling on 77 with a Publix grocery store within walking distance.

This is an urban KOA with lots of noise from traffic on the entrance road. The campsite we were assigned was all gravel & very sloped in front. We were not level because we have limited risers for our jacks. The site behind us had a long RV that was right up to the back of our campsite and 2’ from our backend. The sites barely fit a 25’ trailer and TV. All gravel sites with no grass.

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
