Great place to stay. We came in late and picked up map for easy to find camp site. Clean and modern bath houses. I would recommend to visit.

My wife and I very much appreciated the staff accomodating us when we had a mechanical issue with our truck and needed to extend our stay a few days. They were very helpful and were very responsive. I highly recommend this KOA Joirney!

Great campground with great staff. Very accommodating. Great bathrooms and Laundry room is big, clean and washers and dryers work well. Campground is also next to has a permanent Food Truck and Bar. Walking distance. Great place.

Easy access, great shower house, friendly staff, and we didn't even have to unhook. Walled to the food truck and bar. Great stop for traveling south.

Staff was friendly and welcoming and site was nice with the concrete pad and full hook ups. Roads need some work within the campground.

The cabin was so dirty! The GFI didn’t work and the tv/wifi was impossible! Worst KOA I have seen! I have been a member since 2009 and have traveled the country! Very disappointed! The price was too expensive for the cabin as well! No security either!

Park was small and close to necessities. Clean and super friendly. We just needed an overnight stay so we didn't level up the motorhome and sewer. Worked great for us!

Very nice campground, good level site, good WSE, staff very nice, laundry room awesome, 10 washers and dryers I think I remember, great bar and food truck they have set up permanently. It was a very nice 2 day stay. Only con was very pricey.

Very frustrating when you advertise free wifi and it just does not work in campground. Office people mentioned they know it does not work so owners know it’s a problem but choose to not do anything.

We love to stay at Fort Mills Koa for our trip heading South. Easy highway access, fuel stop, great food truck & a Publix right there. Everyone is so kind & helpful & the sites are an excellent size! We highly recommend the Fort Mills Koa to anyone traveling!

I would have given the top numbers but the neighbors in the development behind campground set fireworks off , upsetting our small dogs terribly . Very friendly folks at the check in desk, the escort to the site was very helpful & courteous.

I'll start off by saying the staff was amazing! Friendly and helpful. The campground is in need of a little love, roads are very rough. The night we were there, the houses that were behind us shot off fireworks for 2 hours straight. Normally I like fireworks, but not for 2 hours, and the pets weren't very happy either. They went from 8-10pm.���

Our 1st time at a journey. I would likely not stay at another one based on this place. Staff were friendly and vey helpful but the campground was in rough shape. Good location but thats about it.

It was October so there wasn't a lot going on. But it was a very clean nice campground. Not really big but very clean and nice. Although the pool was closed, it looked like a nice size pool and the playground was a really fun time for the kids. The convenience is wonderful. There's a Publix right there on the corner and a little pub with a food truck to get some nice little snacks.

We always stay at Ft Mill on our way N and S to New England from Florida Great location, excellent amenities and wonderful staff. The facility is always clean and sites well maintained. Highly recommended this KOA

I like to stay in KOA cabins when I travel instead of hotels for so many reasons…. The feeling of outdoors, the smell of firewood, meeting other campers who are always gracious and interesting and the friendly, helpful staff!! These KOA had all of these. We were not there very long but we did feel relaxed and rested when we left!!

Nice clean campground but lacking in internet service. My husband tried to work from there but we had to use our hotspot to get onto internet. Other than that, staff was very nice, bathrooms & laundry facilities were very clean.

We had a good stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy walking distance to groceries, good eats, bar/liquor. Fuel station was next door. Easy on/off the interstate. We had no issues during our stay.

The camp is mostly well kept. The dog park had slit of poop that had t been picked up. Otherwise the main issue of air traffic noise was beyond the camp’s control.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bathrooms/laundry room were big and clean. But the property seems old and in need of care. The interior roads are broken concrete and gravel making it a very bumpy drive and run down looking. There are cars lining the rec room that look like they haven't moved in years. There was multiple piles of dog poop in our grassy area upon arrival.

Don't understand the negative reviews. The people here go out of their way to make sure your stay is safe and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean. Campground is kept clean. Would stay here again.

Daniella at the front desk is a ROCK STAR. Well spoken. Understanding. Informative. A real human that is just a good person. I'd steal her as an employee if I was near, haha. Stayed in the cabins and they were fine. Seemed like the sites had new roadway rocks filled and was cleaned up and more orderly from previous visits 2024/2025
