From the very arrival the visit was a disaster! They failed to get the two of us traveling together beside each other and our friend had no one beside him the entire stay! They lied about WIFI, the lord about loaded with trees at least where we were and then they put an RV and a Utility trailer on the same site beside us! Will never stay here and honestly KOA needs to have better QC on its camps!

We were in a cabin that had no trees around it and no shade! The temperature was extremely hot but felt worse because of the lack of trees for us! The campgrounds also advertised free wifi but we were unable to log on from our cabin throughout our week there! I had to walk up towards the office to get on the internet to use my iPad!

Great place and people. The bar and restaurant were a plus. Right next to a Publix and a fuel station in the parking lot. One stop does it all. We will be back!

Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms and showers were clean, Pool was nice. The park itself isn't very pretty, but it is urban so that needs to be taken into account.

we stayed here for 4 weeks as we needed to be near my daughter who was having her first baby. This KOA was perfect! the staff could not have been better! Nikki, Chris, Brandon, Bob and Valerie were fantastic. I had my other grandkids with us, and they enjoyed the pool and mini golf and play area. it is in a great location. Easy off and on I77. It is convenient to many places. We will be back!!

We stayed one night on our way to Gatlinburg TN - was good for just one night but wouldn’t stay much longer. Gentleman who took us to our site was very friendly and highly recommended John’s Place across the way - we took him up on it and it was the highlight of the night! Great lounge with cold beers and a food truck! Let me tell you some of the best food we have eaten!

We’ve been to many KOA campgrounds and I won’t recommend this to no one. Check in was easy and the people were very friendly. As we was walking through the campground it felt like a mobile home park not a KOA Campground.

We stayed for a short weekend along with a family tent camping and we both had a great time and experience. Wonderful amenities and customer service. Will definitely be back and recommend to other camping friends. One of if not best experience at a KOA.

Great stay! Excellent site, level, easy set up. We couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi uses sever different devices and said the were working to address it.

Staff was great. Site was really unlevel (5-6 inches). Staff helped me find a level spot and were super resourceful and pleasant. Disliked sketchy bar across from pool with ungated access to campground.

Excellent customer service. Contacted me while I was enroute to let me know of a severe thunderstorm at the campground. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms and bath house were immaculate

Very delightful campground. Clean, quiet and close to attractions. We arrived and the staff greeted us with great happiness and I thought they were going to roll out the red carpet! Highly recommend this campground.

Just stayed overnight. Great site as I was in a Motorhome/towing. Staff at front desk were very friendly and help. I was guided right to my site. Thanks for a great experience!

Campground was ok. The dog area could have been much bigger to allow dogs to really run. Only there for 2 nights, but staff was very nice!

We had a great time at the Charlotte/ Fort Mill KOA. On our second day the pool had issues and they had to close it and we were a little disappointed, but the owner worked hard thru the day and night and got the pool open for our last day there. It showed commitment to his guests. The koa was clean and easy to locate.

Small KOA, easy to access, spots were large. Check IN office has limited hours but you're able to arrive after hours.
