Love your place! Friendly peaceful,clean, well kept. Have seen improvements. Love all the pet waste receptacles! Appreciated. No has as many as you. Love your wifi TV. Have trouble in a lot of other places. Appreciate your wifi support. Thank you. See you again.

The campground is very nice and clean . The location was a little farther than we would of liked to get to Charleston. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Horrible internet. Complicated sign in and so slow can't stream anything on phone or TV. More like a Journey, not a Holiday. Tight sites that overlap with awnings.

Left turn to enter very difficult due to heavy traffic. Once inside campground, facilities were nice.

Good: clean campsites, shade, a lot of trees, clean bathhouse Bad: Unfriendly staff upon arrival, very loud, situated next to a busy street between car repair shop, mobile homes and a huge fuel reservoir.

Staff was great. Really friendly and helpful. Campground is small but clean and quiet. Turns in and out we're easy with a 41 ft rig. Staff was working daily to make improvements.

The campground was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! The complementary coffee and dog biscuits were a great start to each morning! We were greeted by many staff members dogs inside as well. The kids loved it. It would be nice if the dog could be allowed in the pool area on the grass.

Lovely campsite. azaleas in bloom everywhere. nice large back in site. lots of woods around to walk in. Only drawback was the laundry had several machines out of order. They need to be repaired or replaced. Staff was very nice.

The campsites were very nice and well kept. Some sights had fire pits, some had swings, everyone had picnic tables and the sites were very large. We used the dog park everyday and everyone who worked there was very nice and welcoming. We were able to get propane and ice on site, the pool was great and they picked up your trash every morning. It was a lovely stay and we will stay there again!

The staff was very friendly and the campground was very clean. Hardly any road or traffic noise. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice clean sites, clean restrooms. Quiet place to stay. Our only complaint is that we could not use our dog yard at our camper so that ment our dogs were on tie outs.

The staff was very friendly, most of the park looked nice, but the standard pull thru sites could use some work. The laundry room was terrible most of the equipment didn't work

We stayed at this KOA for 6 nights so that we could be close to family. We found it to be to our liking. It was quiet and well-maintained. And should the need arise, we would definitely return.

The staff was very helpful Traffic noise was terrible, entry to campground needs to be updated Trailer park needs to be fenced so it’s doesn’t look like it’s part of KOA

Campground was great and conveniently located close to everything. Staff were friendly and helpful. Campsite was easy to enter and exit. We will definitely stay here again!

Very clean, very friendly, loved the dog park. A little noisy at night from outside the park. It was a Saturday though! Overall nice place to stay.

A very nice with grounds well kept campground. We had a lovely patio site while we had a 4 day stay. Well supplied with doggy stations. Campground staff friendly. Reasons why I would not stay again: Ferrel cats, not that they were bothersome, noise: train, flier jets, ambulance and police cars. Difficult to get out with traffic. So many cats! All you smell is cat urine. Someone tried to break into our camper, but fortunately they did not succeed. I told the gentleman in the office. The shower pressure is horrible...took forever to get shampoo out of my hair. How did you ever get classified as a Holiday KOA??

Camper across from us in E6 was changing the brake drums and wheel bearings on his dual axle camper while we were there. His outdoor table was filled with tools brake drums cans of aerosol brake cleaner etc. Campground daily trash run should have seen this. Aerosol spray drifted our way at times. Threw away our outdoor 7 gal water container as a result. Maybe let him use your maintenance shed?

Campground bathrooms were clean. Park felt save. Fair amount of noise from the planes, trains and automobiles, being near airport, rails and major road. About 30 minutes from Charleston tourist sites.

Power pedestals need upgrading circuit breakers were loose and not working on a site nearby. Staff very friendly, free coffee, grounds and restrooms were very clean. WiFi was weak.

Update 7/7/2026 This KOA has improved since 5 years ago. Cleaned up, a little more gravel (could used more to cover the mud). Salt water pool. Lawn is looking good and well kept. There are a lot of permanent residents but they are in the back. No accumulated junk very nicely kept. Full hookups WiFi spotty. Pricy at $73 a night. 5 years ago: Best KOA we have stayed in so far. They received an extra star just for the staff. They were very helpful accommodating and responsive to concerns. Most sites are pretty close together but for KOA they are above average. Campground is well kept we had 50amp water sewer and cable. They have a swimming pool and garbage service at your rig. Enough room to maneuver big rigs. Pricey at a little over $70 a night with 10% discount. I'm not sure how that compares for the area.

Stayed here for 5 days. Beautiful campsites, friendly neighbors. Washer and dryer are workable. Friendly staff in camp store. Free coffee every morning. Pool was warm. Patio site was leveled.

We had a great Memorial Day stay! The pool was fantastic..lots of room and loved the hammocks. The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to any request we had. It was an easy drive to downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant. It did rain and there was some pooling of water around some of our campers, but it drained quickly...after all it is called the "low country". Would definitely stay again. Update: we just stayed again for the 6th year in a row. They have stepped up their game with a few new additions around the campground and a dedicated maintenance crew that is on top of it. Highly recommend.
