I like this campground. It’d be nice if the pool hours/rec hall longer than 10-8. Sites/ roads are narrow. We had to dodge trees and had no room to swing out to make the pull thru site, 36’ camper. the campground itself is clean, quiet and friendly. It’d be great if dog fences could stay out, in use only when adult is out, you can’t get it set up fast when pups need to go. Dog run is

Definitely not up to KOA campgrounds. Poorly maintained, trash set out for several days before being picked up. We had an issue and had to wait 3 days to speak to a manager, after several messages I had to call them and stop into the office. The girls at the desk are very friendly.

Your issue was a power outage that everybody was dealing with. The manager was spending her time working with the utility company to fix the problem as quickly as possible

a transformer blew on the street, after the entire campground called, and a couple hours went by, power was restored( the heat index was very high) pool hours were very short. kind of hard to get out of the KOA onto the street, too much traffic.

As soon as we knew about the transformer we contacted the electric company. At that point it was out of the campground hands and they got to us as soon as the could.

Really nice KOA with a very large, clean pool. The staff was very friendly as well. Even handled a power outage quickly after a camper took out a transformer leaving their site. Would return.

The powee went out lastnight and everyone freaked out and it kinda made me mad it didnt come back on for hours

Unfortunately the power outage was out of campground hands. A transformer blew and it was a city issue affecting not just the campground but neighborhoods near by as well. The electric company was notified as soon as it occurred and they took care of the problem as quickly as possible.

we were in town to visit family so we weren’t at the campground a lot but when we were there, it was nice and quiet and the dog enjoyed the fenced in area to play in unleashed. we will stay here again when we come into town.

We arrived about 3pm and were on our way to our site with in 10 minutes. The pad was asphalt, but needed to be replaced and raised above the surrounding ground about three or 4 inches. When it rained while I was setting up the pad had water standing on about 1/2 of it. Heavy rains for a day and then the weather was awesome. Pool looked great, all the staff was friendly and helpful. Very Clean.

This is a great place to stay with an attentive and friendly staff and a nice pool. Our only complaint was that the washers and dryers are very old and only about half were working during our stay. .

This is our 6th year staying here and we love it. They have really stepped up their game this year with new additions to the campground and a dedicated maintenance crew that is super nice and on top of it. They have the best pool of a lot of campgrounds that we have stayed. Highly recommend

We love this KOA. We have stayed at this location for the last 6 years over the Memorial Day weekend. We have a group of 4 to 5 families that camp wiht us. We will continue this tradition for years to come.

We were in a bad situation with a broken windshield on our motorhome so we had to stay until it got repaired, which took eight weeks. The campground was very pleasant. The staff were accommodating and very, very respectful. We love this campground and we would definitely love to come back for a vacation instead of a bad situation. Campground very well kept, nice variety of site types. Location can be a problem if sensitive to noise, lots of sirens at varying times of the day. Overall, good place to stay.

Stayed here for 5 days. Beautiful campsites, friendly neighbors. Washer and dryer are workable. Friendly staff in camp store. Free coffee every morning. Pool was warm. Patio site was leveled.

We had a great Memorial Day stay! The pool was fantastic..lots of room and loved the hammocks. The staff was very friendly and responded immediately to any request we had. It was an easy drive to downtown Charleston and Mt Pleasant. It did rain and there was some pooling of water around some of our campers, but it drained quickly...after all it is called the "low country". Would definitely stay again. Update: we just stayed again for the 6th year in a row. They have stepped up their game with a few new additions around the campground and a dedicated maintenance crew that is on top of it. Highly recommend.
