This was our first time staying here and it was way above and beyond our expectations. First off, the staff alone are hidden gems in this world. Every single onebwas suoer friendly and helpful and I appreciated each of you greatly. Secondly, the views and nature were absolutely breathtaking. We will absolutely be returning for another vacation. Thank you all for a lovely vacation!!!

Wonderful weekend stay! The dog park near our site was fantastic. The river was beautiful. The staff were so nice. The tent site was very well maintained with a fresh gravel pad. We will definitely be back.

Staff were all very nice and we loved our site. The playground and water slides were a hit. Pizza delivery during setup was a huge perk! We had a great time. Only issue was the bees all around the border of the pool! We thought there must’ve been an underground hive by the steps but then realized they were surrounding the perimeter, must be drawn to something there!

There is a major bee problem at the pool. We could not even use it.

For some reason the decided that they were going to congregate on the rope in the pool. Something attracted them maybe suntan lotion. We ending up pulling out the rope and discovered they had built a nest in a bouey. First time that ever happened. All taken care of now. Sorry it happened.

Friendly staff and lots to entertain all ages. But you need more showers in the back area by 618. The portable potty where full.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The bath houses were cleaner than expected. But most importantly, the grounds were beautiful, the swimming hole in the creek was breathtaking. We can’t wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Loved the clean bathrooms and store and everyone was quiet and nice. I think it would be a good idea to get a heater for your pool and a couple more activities for the little kids (maybe kids fishing etc.) but we had fun. DJ was also pretty loud in pavilion and a few notches lower would have brought out the kids and adults to the floor. All in all great stay!

A wonderful camp site, and the selected site we had had a wonderful view. Our only negative feedback is the firewood sold, was below par and would not burn as well as the bath house located nearest our site needs shoe brushes out side as well as rubber mats inside to possible reduce the debris on the floor from those entering and using showers.

Wonderful stay! This campground truly has everything, especially for families! As older adults, my sister and I enjoyed our hikes, bike rides and river tubing! Loved the shop on site that had any essentials that you may have forgotten. Staff was super friendly, incredibly helpful and kept the grounds beautiful. We are already planning our next trip there!

Beautiful place. Really beautiful. Creek acces. Very large campground. Most tent sites can be a walk to the bathroom/shower which can use more facilities. Large area for tent campsites. Attentive staff who regulated after quite hours. Great weekend activities for kids.

I was disappointed with my stay. No one followed the rules and multiple tent sites had too many cars, people, and tents than what is allowed. Dogs were off leash more often than not. Quiet hours were never respected. And there was a total lack of bear safety. No info about it anywhere and trash was left all over the tent sites. As an avid camper, I'll be staying in state-run campgrounds.

Property is beautiful and lots for the kids to do! Tent site was amazing except campers next to us had a screaming child all night long. Rules on water slides were a bit insane and my daughter ended up injured by being told to put her arms out to slow herself down when the slide itself specifically says to keep arms in and she sprained her wrist by listening to camp staff.

Beautiful campground. Would be nice to have more bathrooms by the tent area (if 2 people are taking showers, you're out of luck). Bathroom we did have was very clean! Pet friendly cabins would be a great addition. Loved the water slides! Being able to order pizza/chicken wings was very convenient. Will definitely be back!

We’ve stayed at several different KOA’s and I really liked this one. Beautiful location & our site was enormous!! Could use some more bathrooms in the area that we were staying (although the actual bathrooms you did have were VERY nice). You have quite a bit of open land. You already have a-lot of activities, but maybe adding a pickle ball court would add to the place. Overall…VERY nice!

We arrived on Friday and stayed till Monday in September 2024. The staff was very friendly, and ready to please. The campground was very clean and large with lots of open space for kids to play. I will recommend this campground and go back.

Great tent sites, but could use more bathroom/showers. There are only 2 for over 10 sites. There is always a line.

We replaced the outhouse with the new all in one two sided shower/toilet house. It is in future something to address with a one or two toilet facility added. We are glad you otherwise enjoyed your stay and look forward to your next stay with us

Campground was extremely clean and well kept. Facilities were cleaned regularly. Many activities available for kids and even more were being built. However there needs to be more bathrooms for the tent-only area. Only 2 bathrooms with showers were available for 10+ sites. The main bathroom facilities by the pool/club house was very far.

Not enough toilets in our area, site 616, the showers slowed up everyone. Otherwise a very nice encampment.

Yes though we took out the outhouse and replaced with a brand new building which housed a full service shower-sink-toilet on both sides -the toilet use alone does warrant our attention. Thank you for staying with us and we look forward to your next stay with us

We had a wonderful time here, playing on the waterslides, swimming in the pool- which had plenty of seating options. That weekend they had a wildlife show(with owls, falcons, hawks, and a turkey vulture) which was really neat to see up close. We swam and explored the creek, made crafts saturday morning, and listened to live music saturday night. They had a lot of activities friday&saturday to do.

We love this campground! This KOA has it all. It is beautifully located in the Catskill Mountains and offers great views and access to the Schoharie creek. The creek has a nice cliff background, deep area for you to swim, raft and fish! The campground also has a nice in-ground pool, loungers, and several waterslides for the kids. There is always something to do here or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet of the large sites. My family loves playing candy bingo, listening to the bands and DJ parties at the pavilion, the constant different fun themed weekends, the crafts for adults and kids, and tons of games. The campground is nice and secure and offers great biking and a playground second to none. The staff is amazing and the Owner is constantly making improvements throughout. You can see the pride that is put into this place. The bathrooms are always maintained clean as a whistle and the laundry facility is nice. With full hookups, there is honestly nothing else you could want at a campground. I've camped at several State, private owned campgrounds and KOAs and this one is hard to beat!

We absolutely love staying here! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and relaxed. The campground is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained, with gorgeous mountains and beautiful Schoharie Creek, the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. There are so many fun activities for both kids and adults, and the sites are spacious and well cared for. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a fun family camping trip, this campground truly has it all. You can tell how much pride and heart goes into this place. We've made so many wonderful memories here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing camping experience!

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL campgrounds that I've ever seen! The creek made my husband so happy as he caught fish every day! I bird watched, star gazed, rode my bike, relaxed and absorbed all of the beauty. This was our 2nd May visit and we will be back again next year! Highly recommended!
