Our stay was amazing! We are so happy we found this hidden gem! The staff were all so friendly. It was clean, well maintained and so much fun. We cant wait to come back!

It was an amazing campground and our girls loved everything about it! The only thing that I would recommend is on the flyers stating where each event is being held and where because we had a little trouble with map. Also just letting everyone know if something was canceled not to use facebook but to have it posted in the store. Other than that it was a beautiful campground with lots to do and see.

Very well kept campground. Fantastic helpful and friendly staff. Jim, Val, Amy, Cathy were all fantastic and super helpful. Love this campground. Site 300 is an awesome size. The fireworks were AWESOME! 2nd trip here. Definitely will come back again.

We had a great experience here. The campground is very clean and well run. Our site was spacious and level. The campground is on approximately 90 acres, and didn't feel crowded or noisy. There were lots of places to walk our dog. Families with kids were enjoying all the amenities. All the park staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous.

FREEDOM for kids and parents. The river is...loss for words...RELAXING!! Kids are able to ride bikes to the store, with no worries and safety is appreciated at the pool and waterslides. We will be returning Labor Day Weekend with more families, for more fun!!!

From start to finish we loved our stay at KOA Catskills in Gilboa. Staff was very friendly, the campground was clean as were the amenities. We had a site right on the creek and loved sitting there soaking up the beauty drinking our coffee in the morning or at night around the campfire. We saw a bald Eagle, firefly’s, heard bullfrogs. We loved swimming in the creek and the pool. We will be back

Had a wonderful time swimming and floating in the creek! Kids enjoyed inflatable water slides and the pool. My daughter enjoyed the crafting times each morning. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We were making our way from Texas to New Hampshire and decided to try someplace we had never been, the Catskills. I love KOA so we went to this campground. It is much more beautiful than I hoped. Our site was on the bank of the Schoharie Creek. Birds, beautiful tall trees, wonderful scenery, and a lot of things to do and places to visit. It is one of the best campgrounds I have ever been to visit.

We love this KOA! It’s such a beautiful setting on the Schoharie Creek. This trip we watched a deer cross and each morning an eagle sat patiently waiting in a tree for breakfast. Large grassy sites, peace and quiet, and friendly staff add to an always enjoyable visit. This was our 4th time there. We will be back!

Beautiful views, nice amenities, fun activities. I would love to see longer hours for the pool and slides as well as more consistent dumpster cleanup.

Very Clean, Lots of activities, Organized, Peaceful. The only downside was that our family member's tent site was far from our RV site. Ideally, we would like to camp next to each other but this is not an option at this campground.

Excellent campground. It was quiet and peaceful. We were backed up to a small river. Sites were good size, level and you had your choice of sunny or shaded. Lots to do for the kids. We liked it so much that we booked it again for next year.

It was very nice there!! Only complaint is the price per night to stay there. I would go there more if the price wasn’t so much!!

We went for the weekend and the slides were only open 1-4 on Saturday from 1-4 nothing Friday or Sunday. They told us the hours will change for summer. The campground was very clean and well kept so I'll be going back soon.

Beautifully maintained, clean bathrooms, easy check-in, loved the dog parks. Visited the river which was nice, did not visit the pool or bands but they were there to enjoy if I choose to do so.

You couldn’t ask for much more in a campground. Staff is lovely. The grounds and bathrooms are very clean. Plenty of activities to keep the kids occupied. The Schoharie creek is the highlight for me. Absolutely gorgeous scenery.

Limited water access. Recommend renting golf carts. Very well maintained campground. Love the open green spaces and large dog playgrounds. The showers were very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We plan on returning next year!

We have been both tent camping and RV for 40 yrs, and this KOA is now one of our favorites! The park was clean, spacious, grassy sites. We had the river site with the mountains behind us. The most beautiful site we ever had! Awesome entertainment, and so much for kids to do, pool, water slides, crafts, ect...we drove 9 hrs from Ohio and would go there again!

Beautiful campground overall. Looks like they are in the process of doing a lot of improvements. Hopefully gravel roads will be one of them. Majority of the sites are very spacious.

This was my second visit to KOA Catskills and this time we stayed on a River Front Site. It was great! We are wildlife nerds so in that area we saw deer and bald eagles.

We really liked the camp ground. The people were friendly and really helpful. The only thing I would change is that once you get to the gate you have to walk up a hill for check in. Challenging for some.

Extremely clean Campground. Lots of room on the campsite. The only disappointment was that the cabins were super expensive to rent. We had friends that wanted to rent them but the price was just too high. And when we were there I saw those cabins empty.

We love this campground! This KOA has it all. It is beautifully located in the Catskill Mountains and offers great views and access to the Schoharie creek. The creek has a nice cliff background, deep area for you to swim, raft and fish! The campground also has a nice in-ground pool, loungers, and several waterslides for the kids. There is always something to do here or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet of the large sites. My family loves playing candy bingo, listening to the bands and DJ parties at the pavilion, the constant different fun themed weekends, the crafts for adults and kids, and tons of games. The campground is nice and secure and offers great biking and a playground second to none. The staff is amazing and the Owner is constantly making improvements throughout. You can see the pride that is put into this place. The bathrooms are always maintained clean as a whistle and the laundry facility is nice. With full hookups, there is honestly nothing else you could want at a campground. I've camped at several State, private owned campgrounds and KOAs and this one is hard to beat!

We absolutely love staying here! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and relaxed. The campground is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained, with gorgeous mountains and beautiful Schoharie Creek, the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. There are so many fun activities for both kids and adults, and the sites are spacious and well cared for. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a fun family camping trip, this campground truly has it all. You can tell how much pride and heart goes into this place. We've made so many wonderful memories here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing camping experience!

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL campgrounds that I've ever seen! The creek made my husband so happy as he caught fish every day! I bird watched, star gazed, rode my bike, relaxed and absorbed all of the beauty. This was our 2nd May visit and we will be back again next year! Highly recommended!
