Although we were only there one night we were so happy. It was easy to back in and the site was huge. The grounds were well maintained and the amenities were abundant. We loved walking down to the water. We will definitely be back and share our experience with others. Thank you, Rodney and Suzanne

This KOA has proven to be one of our favorites. There are so many different types of sites to choose from. Camp near the water park if you have kiddos, or far away to remove yourself from the center of the park. We rode our eBikes all over the grounds and were in awe of the beauty. We will be back!

We came for just a weekend getaway, and what a great time it was! We didn’t want to leave! Sights are spacious and plenty. The grounds are well maintained, staff is friendly, and plenty of wide open spaces with lots to do! We were there for Christmas in July and enjoyed the themed weekend. Even enjoyed the band playing right from our campsite across the way. Very picturesque! We will be back

Well organized from check in to check out. We stayed on Xmas in July weekend and my grandkids absolutely loved this place. Water slides, pool, band, crafts, wagon ride, fishing, swimming in the creek and much more. Great staff everyone was friendly. Sites are big and clean. We will be returning next year.

Like the campground very much large sites are the reason we go to this campground. Upgrade to Wi-Fi makes a big difference in reception. Would love to see a second pool in the future upgrades.

Absolutely loved this campground. Spaces are large and shady (some waterfront ones are not) and there is so much open space for kids to play. Dogs parks are large as well. The band Sat night was great. Restrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Great time was had by all.

It was peaceful. Not alot of activities for kids at all though which was a disappointment to my kids

Loved the Saturday band! Did not find a lot to do in area. Did not appreciate stepping in dog feces in grassy area! People need to pick up after their pets!!!!

We truly had the best time, it was beautiful and relaxing. I will recommend golf cart rentals. My family could have used one this past weekend as our daughter is on crutches with a broken foot. A golf cart would have been very handy. Especially for the trip to the pool � overall great experience and time. We will be back in a few weeks

Good: Good space. Grass was short. Pizza and wings were great on arrival. Close to falls and museums. SWE great. Bad: 1. Low trees needed trimming. 2. No swim signs at creek. 3. We reserved a waterfront site but couldn't see due to overgrowth. We asked for a tool but they said they'd send someone and offered another site. Site was so unlevel it took took too long to park. Not addressed 7 days.

My husband and I have stayed at many KOA's over the past three years. This KOA was the best one we have ever stayed at. The sites were very spacious, the entire park was immaculate, the dog parks were huge, and they had many ammenities. The surrounding area is just as beautiful. We will definitely be back.

I loved everything about our stay. The campsite was very spacious, we had plenty of room to set up a pop up over the table. We also LOVED the waterslides! The carnival that was held was also a great addition to the activities that were already planned.

Sites were awesome! Very spacious! Good activities for the kids. Check in is a little hard as you have to walk up a big hill to check in. All in all it was a good experience.

The campground was very nice nestled in the mountains with daily views of nature. Children were supervised and the overall experience was great. A hiker's paradise awaits with plenty of waterfalls and mountains to climb. Would like to see some deluxe sites or patio sites with the new ownership. Would come back for another stay. Due to the campground lay out I would suggest garbage pick up.

We enjoyed our stay as the campgrounds were clean and the staff accommodating and friendly. When we brought it to the manager’s attention that our firewood was green, they immediately replaced it. When we mentioned that the bathroom needed to be cleaned, it was immediately cleaned. I had mentioned that one group of campers were loud and swearing. This situation was addressed. Sites need a bit more privacy esp when backed up to a seasonal. Additional store /office is needed, property is very large and store if very far

WE had a great time at this campground. I was disappointed at first as I did not get my first choice for a campsite but actually the one assigned was so much better!! Thank you!!! New bathhouse was always clean and spacious. View from waterside sites limited due to vegetation growth. The entry to the creek was a bit of a hike from most campsites; 2 entry points would have made tubing more fun!

Best commercial campground ever in my experience. Super quiet. Immaculate. Acres of open meadow in each section perfect for Frisbee, soccer, football. Kid's and pet's paradise, playscapes and dog parks sprinkled everywhere. Pizza delivery! Tents not an afterthought, beautiful sites near the river. A true destination campground. We will be back in fall 2025, for the "Changing Colors" special rate.

This trip we have stayed 10 different campgrounds and the Catskills/Gilboa KOA was the nicest, quietest, and cleanest one we have visited. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location! And the staff went out of their way to help out. They carried my trash when they saw me walking to the dumpster, they had even fixed up the overflowing rock/gen sifter (which all 3 of my kids were excited about). And the pool and rest of the facilities are top notch.

We love the campground and the area, but not a big fan of the corporate mentality. Too many rules and regulations. You charge for very little thing. I’ve been other campgrounds where people can come and visit and they’re not being charged $20. Most of the time they don’t do anything but just sit at our campsite. Most of the activities never happened at all. That’s what we’re paying fo

We were there last year and reserved for this year to cone back. Not the same experience. People checked in at 1038 pm. Headlights, head lamps shining in our eyes! They destroyed to bathroom. Played football in the drive and hit several people's cars. They ran a cord across the street to the bathhouse to charge there Tesla. They had 3 tents and too many people on sites.

outside of the fact that it was a holiday week there were only two bathrooms near us and there were a lot of campers that were very disrespectful, did not care how they left the bathrooms, long lines after they left it seemed very calm and normal. these campers came in on Tuesday night around 10:30 and they were noisy, they had their car lights pointing across at other campers for a while. unruly

Very clean and enjoyed the pool. Couldn't believe how quiet is was especially the days we were and many kids. Unfortunately for us water front means can see and access some water right from site.

We love this campground! This KOA has it all. It is beautifully located in the Catskill Mountains and offers great views and access to the Schoharie creek. The creek has a nice cliff background, deep area for you to swim, raft and fish! The campground also has a nice in-ground pool, loungers, and several waterslides for the kids. There is always something to do here or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet of the large sites. My family loves playing candy bingo, listening to the bands and DJ parties at the pavilion, the constant different fun themed weekends, the crafts for adults and kids, and tons of games. The campground is nice and secure and offers great biking and a playground second to none. The staff is amazing and the Owner is constantly making improvements throughout. You can see the pride that is put into this place. The bathrooms are always maintained clean as a whistle and the laundry facility is nice. With full hookups, there is honestly nothing else you could want at a campground. I've camped at several State, private owned campgrounds and KOAs and this one is hard to beat!

We absolutely love staying here! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and relaxed. The campground is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained, with gorgeous mountains and beautiful Schoharie Creek, the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. There are so many fun activities for both kids and adults, and the sites are spacious and well cared for. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a fun family camping trip, this campground truly has it all. You can tell how much pride and heart goes into this place. We've made so many wonderful memories here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing camping experience!

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL campgrounds that I've ever seen! The creek made my husband so happy as he caught fish every day! I bird watched, star gazed, rode my bike, relaxed and absorbed all of the beauty. This was our 2nd May visit and we will be back again next year! Highly recommended!
