We came for Labor Day weekend. There was plenty of staff to help out. The pool was clean and the kids loved the water slides. The entertainment was a nice touch. Thanks for a great time!

Very Disappointed that we were told we had to turn or TV OFF while watching the game @ 10 pm. We were watching the football game and was NOT bothering anyone. Also I was told to take a Military flag Down. Thats CRAZY! I didn't know we were staying at a communist camp ground. We will not renew our membership to KOA if this is how their campgrounds are run. ..............

To keep things simplified we encourage the flying of the American Flag only and yes quiet hour is 10 and for the courtesy of all our campers we ask any outside radios/TV/etc be turned off. We do look forward to your next stay with us.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the park by several friendly staff members. Seamless check-in process that included an escort to our site. The park has great amenities and was extremely clean. The views of the Schoharie Creek are beautiful. The Reinhard family does it again with this KOA park. We will definitely be returning for a future stay!

Very clean campground. Staff is super friendly and attentive. Only complaint is the weeds on the waterfront back in sites block the view of the river. Love this place. Definitely will be back.

Thank you and we look forward to your next stay. The vegetation on the bank serves two fold - one to keep our guests from going over the embankment and two as a way to help stop erosion of the embankment and our property.

Campground was amazing! Everything was clean and in working order. Only issue we experienced was firewood being wet/moldy, but they did their best to fix it.

It's a very nice campground but if you have a RV the water pressure is really low for 600 campsite they should be much higher than a little bit of water nothing more to say about it

Our park is 95 acres and over 300 sites and yes when we are full such as this weekend our pressure even with the pumps struggle to keep up from our wells We look forward to your next stay with us!

I like the campground but the high nightly rate has made it so I can afford to stay there only once per year, if that!

The whole reason why we fell in love with Nickerson was for the life, the energy, the atmosphere, it was intoxicating, fireworks, wine festival kids running around all day n night! Now there’s barely anyone there, no fireworks this year, no festival, no fireworks, prices raised too! Still had a great time! Staff is awesome!

Our fireworks were 4th of July weekend this year and will be the same time next year. Every weekend has a different theme. You might want to check the theme weekends out on line on our website before you book another stay with us. Glad you had a nice time camping with us.

Beautiful campground. Well maintained. Clean facilities. Love the new small dog park on the 100 level near the playground. If you could run a water line over to the park with a spigot, your furry friends would appreciate it.

The only complaint I have is the lawn mowing technique used by your JD zero turn operator. He needs to keep the discharge shoot cover down when mowing near people, there campers, vehicles and the kids running around..

Our stay there was nice this year. Expensive but nice. If I took this survey last year after the new owner took over, it would have been as poor as it gets. This was our favorite campground when it was Nickersons. If it wasn't for a good friend of ours talking us into trying it again I would have never went back. Im glad we tried it again. looking forward to our next visit there.

Campground was very well maintained. The sites were spacious. The office staff was very friendly and delivered wood to our site. They also will take pizza orders and deliver it free to your site.

Beautiful campground in a super relaxing area! I absolutely loved the size of sites, actually I wish all campgrounds had sites this size. Plenty of space for my toddler to run around and play! The playgrounds were amazing and there were several open fields for kids to play. We look forward to coming back!

Very nice campground in the mountain setting. Very rural location...so bring enough food...no grocery store near. Large sites with plenty of room. Great place to ride your bicycle. My only gripe is the check-in. Upon arrival,you have to walk up a hill to the office..this makes it difficult for us older folks...Also the access to the creek was a bit rocky & rough walking. Overall, GREAT & enjoyable

There are activities for the children, my grandchildren loved the bounce house water slides, the pool and the playground. The workers were wonderful except for Mrs Reinard. She is not a nice person. If you didn't have to deal with her it would have been better. Also the security gate, I had to ring the bell every time I wanted to enter even though I had been in and out for 3 weeks. Frustrating.

We camped next to friends that we met years ago ( like 10 years ). The site are clean and spacious. We also like the dog park for our dog. We have stayed there many times. The staff are very friendly which is nice. See you again.

Loved it! Only wishing they would trim along the creek sites so you could enjoy the view of the creek while sitting, you only see it standing.

Your campground is beautiful. Great place to stay. Food is great, staff was wonderful, friendly. The only complaint I have is the stupid gate never opened for me. Had to call the office everytime I wanted to come back in. Kind of a pain but easily fixed each time with a call to the office. Definitely be back

There are a lot of campsites in the pines area and only two bathrooms. I think it might not be so bad with two bathrooms but then when you add in the fact that there is a shower in each- then people are taking 25 minutes in the bathroom instead of 5. I had to drive to the bathrooms aT the pavilion both mornings. I think you should add additional bathrooms with stalls.

The best KOA we have stayed at. Sites are big, plenty of open spaces, well planned out in the camper loops. Pool and waterslides amazing. The live band Saturday night in The pavilion was perfect. Met some really great camper families and danced the night away. The whole place is clean and fresh and beautiful. Wifi was the best. Such an easy drive for us. We will be back

Nice place. Entrance and office could use a change, park your rig and walk half a football field up hill to check in.

Came in for a few days and discovered a treasure, not just from the pirate weekend. What an amazing campground! Can't say enough positive things about the staff or the campsites. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy access campsite. We highly recommend this campsite.

It was exceptional. We were taken up to register in a golf cart and that was the best! All of the staff that we met were friendly and helpful and as was last year, the campgrounds were clean, easy to hook up and beautifully maintained! Will definitely be back again!

Clean campground/facilities. So much to do at the campground. We love that a band was offered for entertainment. The pool and water slides looked like so much fun. Our site was a patio site-very nice. Only thing was, it is across from the kids activities on what appeared to be the “main” route. These sites should be more private and quiet. We love this campground! This KOA has it all. It is beautifully located in the Catskill Mountains and offers great views and access to the Schoharie creek. The creek has a nice cliff background, deep area for you to swim, raft and fish! The campground also has a nice in-ground pool, loungers, and several waterslides for the kids. There is always something to do here or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet of the large sites. My family loves playing candy bingo, listening to the bands and DJ parties at the pavilion, the constant different fun themed weekends, the crafts for adults and kids, and tons of games. The campground is nice and secure and offers great biking and a playground second to none. The staff is amazing and the Owner is constantly making improvements throughout. You can see the pride that is put into this place. The bathrooms are always maintained clean as a whistle and the laundry facility is nice. With full hookups, there is honestly nothing else you could want at a campground. I've camped at several State, private owned campgrounds and KOAs and this one is hard to beat!

We absolutely love staying here! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and relaxed. The campground is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained, with gorgeous mountains and beautiful Schoharie Creek, the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. There are so many fun activities for both kids and adults, and the sites are spacious and well cared for. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a fun family camping trip, this campground truly has it all. You can tell how much pride and heart goes into this place. We've made so many wonderful memories here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing camping experience!

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL campgrounds that I've ever seen! The creek made my husband so happy as he caught fish every day! I bird watched, star gazed, rode my bike, relaxed and absorbed all of the beauty. This was our 2nd May visit and we will be back again next year! Highly recommended!
