Extremely clean Campground. Lots of room on the campsite. The only disappointment was that the cabins were super expensive to rent. We had friends that wanted to rent them but the price was just too high. And when we were there I saw those cabins empty.

We are currently putting geo domes in on the 500 level. Hopefully your friends would be able to rent one of them.

My last 2 stays were wonderful. This last one, not as much. I understand the rain caused issues with 4 sites needing to be moved across the field. Knowing I was being moved, there should have been a picnic table and fire pit already in place. I had no cable service (line was dead). A very wet table was delivered the next afternoon in the pouring rain. No compensation of any kind was offered.

Very friendly workers clean, spacious sites are a plus. Its a bit off the beaten path, but worth the drive.

The staff was great, the campgrounds were well maintained, love the bathrooms and the pool. Busy most of all, the views from our campsite were stunning!

Only stayed one night on the way home from Maine to Maryland. Very nice campground and would like to come back for a longer time. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very large grounds and roomy size sites. Beautiful river runs next to the campground and benches to sit on by the river.

Our son has a seasonal site there and reserved a cabin for our 2 night stay. The cabin was very clean with a great view of the Schoharie Creek. Our only recommendation is that rather than a daybed it would be more comfortable with a futon to watch TV or to socialize that when opened out could also sleep two. Our visit at the Cherokee KOA in NC had a futon in the living room which was nice.

We decided to do the spring fling this year and it was worth every penny we spent!! It is so beautiful and peaceful there. Everyone is so nice especially the staff. We will definitely be back!!

This is a very nice KOA. It's extremely large. It has a nice pool and water slides for the kids. It has nice clean restrooms and showers. The only complaint I have is that they were very far away from our site. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in a lovely water front site on the river. The site was plenty spacious with a picnic table beautifully crafted fire ring and bench overlooking the river. The staff is fantastic always available and friendly. The camp also has a lovely pool and an incredible waterslide park area. Looking forward to our next stay!

We were staying here to facilitate moving our daughter and did not get to fully enjoy the surroundings. The day of rain didn't help the situation but we certainly felt welcome and could see spending more time there under different circumstances.

The staff is much more inviting and friendly. The stay was nice and peaceful. We had an issue with the mud and our camper sinking into the ground but with the large amounts of rain it is expected. we were considering becoming a seasonal camper. I did recommend it to friends who did come and camp next to us for a weekend. Will definitely return.

The staff was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Amenities, etc were clean and well kept, activities were all fun whether there were 5 kids or 25+, and even when the weather was less than ideal we had fun! We will absolutely be back throughout the summer and fall!

This was our first trip with our new popup camper. I don't know if we could have backed our trailer into our spot without the kind and patient gentleman who escorted us to our site. For a large campground, it was very quiet with lots of nice spots viewing the river. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful views of the Catskills.

Stay was great. Everything was clean and neat.We were on Site 400, could use to be leveled a little better. More stone to even out with dirt. Had to park a little closer to the tree. Already reserved for next year. Thanks

It is a work in progress to stone some of our premium sites and like most of the northeast we have had nothing but rain and downpours so unable to do any grounds work for our spring.We will continue our efforts to improve the sites. We look forward to seeing you next Memorial weekend.

Broke down on the way and was delayed one day. I was hoping for a credit towards next year - not a chance. My site was "premium" - HA!. Not level and in mud. No gravel as other sites and it rained for a few days prior to and while we were there - mud. The campground itself is very nice as are the amenities. Why claim they have premium sites and charge for them but maintain them?

Weather aside it was an excellent experience. The campground is beautiful and well maintained. I liked how spread out the sites are, you don't feel crammed in there. The waterslides were a favorite of my kids even with the cold weather. There were a good amount of activities as well.

The campground was very nice. Sites were level. It was not a noisy campground. Bathrooms were clean and good size shower,toilet and sink in one stall there just weren’t a lot of them. But overall a great weekend

Quiet and peaceful midweek stay. Despite cool, rainy weather, we had a lovely time. The highlight was watching a bald eagle flying over our campsite one evening. Superlative shower facilities!

Sincerely, one of the most beautiful campgrounds that I’ve ever been to! The staff was just lovely, the grounds were beautiful and so well kept, bathrooms were beautiful and so clean! The top it all off my husband caught fish every day! We will be back for sure! Highly recommended campground!

Felt like prison camp. Couldn’t leave and get back in without permission. Couldn’t get owners on phone to open gate. Nasty disposition. Not allowed visitors for more than 10 minutes or had to pay $10 each person. Never will stay again!!!!!

We are sorry your stay for the wedding with people having to pick you up each day as you had no vehicle was an inconvenience-we are a gated campground-and checking in is only way unless your vehicle is registered. Your rides were not charged any fee to come pick you up. Only to check in for access.

Nice stay, staff was friendly and helpful, grounds and facilities were clean, need better firewood at better price was only downside.

We love this campground! This KOA has it all. It is beautifully located in the Catskill Mountains and offers great views and access to the Schoharie creek. The creek has a nice cliff background, deep area for you to swim, raft and fish! The campground also has a nice in-ground pool, loungers, and several waterslides for the kids. There is always something to do here or you can just enjoy the peace and quiet of the large sites. My family loves playing candy bingo, listening to the bands and DJ parties at the pavilion, the constant different fun themed weekends, the crafts for adults and kids, and tons of games. The campground is nice and secure and offers great biking and a playground second to none. The staff is amazing and the Owner is constantly making improvements throughout. You can see the pride that is put into this place. The bathrooms are always maintained clean as a whistle and the laundry facility is nice. With full hookups, there is honestly nothing else you could want at a campground. I've camped at several State, private owned campgrounds and KOAs and this one is hard to beat!

We absolutely love staying here! From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and relaxed. The campground is beautiful, clean, and so well maintained, with gorgeous mountains and beautiful Schoharie Creek, the peaceful atmosphere makes it easy to unwind. The staff and owners go above and beyond to make everyone feel like family. There are so many fun activities for both kids and adults, and the sites are spacious and well cared for. Whether you're looking for a quiet getaway or a fun family camping trip, this campground truly has it all. You can tell how much pride and heart goes into this place. We've made so many wonderful memories here. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing camping experience!

This is one of the most BEAUTIFUL campgrounds that I've ever seen! The creek made my husband so happy as he caught fish every day! I bird watched, star gazed, rode my bike, relaxed and absorbed all of the beauty. This was our 2nd May visit and we will be back again next year! Highly recommended!
