Pool was not open. Website said it was a heated pool, no where did it say it was closed, found out when we got there the pool was not available. Very disappointed.

Thank you for staying with us. As posted on the website under Pool Rules & Hours: FOR THE 2026 SEASON WE WILL BE OPENING THE POOL MAY 22. The pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. The hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. NO LIFEGUARD IS ON DUTY! No smoking, pets or glass allowed

We needed a place to park over night. We called and was told they weren't officially open, but come on in! The staff was awesome. Thanks for a great stay! Puppies are home and happy.

The campground hosts were fantastic! Only recommendation would be to add a change machine to the laundry room.

Brian was helpful at check in. He recommended a great place to get some dinner. Spaces are level and roomy. Location is close to a park for walking. Propane on site is appreciated. Restrooms a little dated but above average. Will return!

Anytime we stay in Casper we always choose the KOA. Friendly staff, clean, and easy access off the highway.

We were on the way to Denver driving a new 21 foot RV through Wyoming and the winds forced us to seek a place to spend the night in Casper. We called the owner of the KOA and even though it was not open for the season she met us at the campground and let us in for the night.

Casper KOA was a great overnight stop for us between Denver and Cody. Sites were generous sizes and level with all utilities performing as expected. Services and dinig were convenient, within a few minutes of the campground.

Louise, is very helpful and a hard worker. The owner of this KOA got a gem as the one that takes care of the place. She even visit the restrooms after her shift to make sure that it's clean and that everything is working well. The dog park/area is nice and clean. She said that the owners are also very nice to her.

This wonderful human being running the office was so nice! The interaction with both my husband and I was great and if we had any questions she was very approachable, and informative. The rest/bath room combo was very clean and loved the set up. It is a smaller site but has so much to offer in beautiful Wyoming! If you need a place to rest your weary head for the night this is the place!

Lois helped me with a last-minute reservation. I was traveling from Montana and gave a phone call. She took care of everything with a great attitude which indicated to me that I was gonna have a good stay. The park itself was well maintained and I do mean well maintained. The store had all the right amount of things that you would need in an emergency. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Did an overnight here while on the road. The staff was present and very friendly. The sites were typical of a KOA, gravel and not particularly scenic but everything was in good repair and clean and we had a good night’s sleep.

Easy entry, level sites, friendly hosts, clean laundry and store. Only complaint would be lack of green space. One very small dog park. There is a larger “walking” park but dogs are prohibited.

The staff, Lois and her daughter was great. Helpful , friendly and always asking how were are doing and if we needed anything. Bathhouse was always clean. We are on an across country trip and so far this was the nicest and most comfortable campground we have stayed in. Thanks to the staff.

We were planning on driving our RV from Denver to Yellowstone but were delayed for 6 hours in Chugwater due to wind. We arrived in Casper at about 9:00PM and needed a place to stay for the night. We found this KOA on the map and went straight there. There was nobody to check in with, but there was a sign on the door with a number to call. We called the number and a nice lady said she would be right over to help us out. She came and checked us into a pull through site within 15 minutes, what great customer service! This park had everything needed for a quick overnight stop for road weary travelers. Thank you!

This is the best KOA we have stayed in so far! It's very clean. Louis is an amazing host. She checked on us to see if we needed anything and just made us feel welcome. There are several pull throughs. The putt putt golf course could use a little cleaning but it was fine for playing a quick game. My husband and I highly recommend this KOA.

We stayed in July 2024. The staff was wonderful. Professional and accommodating. The sites are clean and level. Although, we didn't swim in the pool, the kids that were camping seemed to be having a blast. Bathrooms are under construction, but very clean. Stocked store with a coffee bar and ice cream for purchase. Great restaurant next door. We plan to stay there next year on our way north.
