Meet Your Hosts

Let's make the world a better place, one camper at a time.

Hello and welcome to the Brown County KOA, located in the beautiful hills of Brown County, Indiana. We are your hosts, Bruce & Shawn Carpenter (and Pepper)! We are new to the KOA and are so excited about this new adventure, hosting all of you happy campers! Bruce and Shawn are recently "retired" and decided to start a brand new career in retirement, combining their love of camping, fixing things, making things beautiful, and service! We have always loved camping with our friends and loved ones and feel that because of this experience we are qualified to take on hosting all of our new friends here at the KOA. We are looking forward to many seasons hosting you and your loved ones!
