Winter Camping Information
$40/night. Standard sites have full hook-up, all others are electric only and must be self-contained to use them. Office is not open, but staff are available, if you need anything. 1 bathhouse is open, no snow removal, water not guaranteed if below freezing. March 15 - April 30: 9am - 5pm

Nov. 1 - Dec. 15: 9am - 5pm

Lodging Units - check in anytime after 3pm and check out by 11 am
Early arrivals and late departures are subject to additional fees if available.
If you need to cancel your reservation, call the campground before the deadlines listed below to receive a deposit refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. We are unable to accept cancellations by email.
RV and Tent Sites: You must notify us by 4pm, at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.
Cabins: You must notify us by 4pm, at least 7 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellations made after the above deadlines will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
Refunds and Early Departures: There will be no refunds for early departures.
HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS, CANCELLATIONS and REFUND POLICIES:
- There is a 3-night minimum stay during the Holidays of Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Thanksgiving.
- A deposit equal to the first night's stay, per site, is necessary to reserve your site. We accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover. We are unable to reserve sites without the required deposit.
- If you need to cancel your reservation, call the campground seven (7) days prior to your reservation to receive a deposit refund, minus a $10.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made after the deadline will result in forfeiture of all deposits. We are unable to accept cancellations by email.
- If you do not show on the day of your reservation, your full deposit will be forfeited, and the remaining days reserved will be lost.
- There are no refunds for early departures, no exceptions.
- All specific site requests require a $25 Site Guarantee Fee.

All on duty employees wear yellow shirts and are always available to listen to your comments. Every customer of every KOA should receive a customer feedback e-mail from our home office when you depart. We hope you use this tool not only at the Branson KOA but at every KOA you visit.
