This campground is great! The owners are working hard to make updates and provide a nice place to stay. Inside the store the check in ladies are the best! Always friendly and helpful. Thank you for another wonderful weekend at the Big Sky camper rally. See you next year!

This is such a beautiful park with the most generous staff. Clean all around. The noise levels from the interstate are high, but there are plenty of spots closer to the playground and creek that are significantly quieter. Lots for kids and families to do from the playground, to the mill, hiking, or just exploring Big Timber.

Nice KOA! Lots for the kiddos to do and most sites were very shady. Well stocked store! Only drawback is the proximity to the highway and many trains pass thru each day so a bit noisy but I'm sure in summer, with AC units running in campers, nighttime noise would be minimal. Would be 5 stars but for the trains.

Love this KOA. Best sites (personal spa on the site), best cabin offering (bathroom and mini kitchen!!) cute gift shop, and opportunity for breakfast burritos - yum!! Staff was courteous, helpful, and very friendly.

To start with the young woman who checked me in was great. She was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. The campsite itself seemed good, but the site’s water was brownish and smelling funky. Hot & cold was reversed at the sinks, & hot was only warm. Lots of road noise, and LOUD train horns several times during the night. Woke me up. I won’t be back.

Excellent conditions, beautiful grounds and well-kept trees and RV spaces. So easy to pull in and park in well marked spots. Nice showers and clean facilities. It was an uplifting visit out of all our RV stops. � (Space numbers could be updated to be more visible. We did have to walk up and down row to figure out which spot was ours.)

Very nice camp spaces. Beautiful trees for shade Friendly staff. Clean bathroom and showers and laundry room. Our campsite was a bit dirty but others were very clean. Nice little dog park we used I definitely used the free ear plugs at night because of the train nearby.

The setting of this park is very nice. With the exception of an occasional train, it is a quiet park. There is plenty of grass and shade is provided by the many trees. The staff could make a stay more appealing by ensuring all the bird poop is removed from each guest's picnic table, grill and electrical power stand. It was obvious this was not on the staff's checklist. We took photos.

I know they are probably very nice people that run this campground. We just feel they were not ready for campers yet. Lawns not mowed tree limbs down. Broken picnic table on our lot. Beautiful spot and way to get to.

Mens bathroom and shower not functional. Men and women using same multi unit bath and shower. Many shady sites available. We were placed in a sunny gravel site. Close to highway noise.

We had a very nice stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The views were very nice. It was easily accessible from the highway. We would stay here again if in the area. Outside their control and for information, you hear highway noise and trains. We were there for 4 days, and after the first we hardly noticed.

No showers on May 1st. Not a water thing (we had water at the site). Just not ready. If you’re a Journey set up for quick stay overs and you’re open and we pay full price, you have to have showers. Didn’t declare before we got there (had reservations). With all the communication we get, KOA process should tell us whenever anything on the spec list isn’t available.

Great setting. Yes there is a train close but it isn’t a problem. The creek and trees make it peaceful.

Disappointing at this time. No showers available. 2 single bathrooms one for ladies, one for men, located in the store only available 8am to 6pm. Wouldnt allow ice to be put on credit card. Major renovations being done to water system. Campground should be closed until renovations are completed in my opinion.

Johnathan was very polite and welcoming for us when we arrived in late, left store bathrooms open for us to use over a short period, camp ground is well kept with nice amenities for kids to play on. The next time we come visiting we are surely staying at a site with the hot tubs. The only improvement would be the public bathrooms and showers to be open if the camp ground is open.

We stayed one night on our way driving across the country. Even though they are undergoing renovations they made accommodation for us. Very friendly staff, nice spot. The trees are lovely and we throughly enjoyed our time there. We liked listening to the trains and look forward to staying again once all the renovations are complete.

We were traveling through and looking for a KOA campground to stay at , they were under construction and largely closed but welcomed us anyway . This campground is going to be a destination campground . Thanks again for welcoming, great team!

Almost everything was closed except the office & a portion of the restaurant so very hard to rate. What we did have in the restaurant was poorly done.

We arrived to find our site too short for our 39ft 5th wheel and truck. We were given a second sight, also too short. Feeling embarrassed as the campground visitors enjoyed our trapesing through the gantlet of too small sights, I had found a site that was long enough and currently empty. The KOA assistant manager apologized saying her manager was out.

Rutted road entering park. Very long sites, ours was at least 100 feet. Fairly well maintained but you kinda are in the middle of nowhere. Train and interstate adjacent to park. Staid here 30 years ago. Was really nice with waterslides. Not so much now

The septic tank was too far away to hook up. You have a tree stump in the way, some of your tree branches need to be trimmed. How do people sleep when trains are going by every hour? Otherwise your staff in the office is nice.

One night- easy in and out. We stay here 2times a year. Small dog park. I would recommend a white noise machine to offset the train noise. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The Big Timber/ GreyCliff KOA was filled with trees. The shade was greatly appreciated. We travel with dogs and they enjoyed viewing the birds. A stream ran behind our camp site where a great blue heron stopped by.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
