I was safe towed to the KOA because I was broken down on Saturday and needed to wait till Monday morning for repairs … The manager was very understanding and supportive and reserved a pull thru that would accommodate the wrecker so it could drop me off … we enjoyed the KOA for two nights before we were towed out of there on monday morning

The bathrooms looked clean and recently remodeled. However…the doors to the stalls didn’t fit well. I couldn’t shower in the handicap stall because the door wouldn’t latch. I chose another stall and that one didn’t drain. It was gross. In the morning I went in to brush my teeth and the sinks were covered with dead bugs that had died on the very bright bulbs directly over the sinks. Fix t

The campground is literally across the highway from a very active railroad. What that means is you have a train horn going off from time-to-time all night. This is not the campground's fault, obviously, but getting a decent night's sleep is a challenge. The staff and facilities are great!

The staff was friendly, but amenities lacking. The jumping pad was broken, no hot tub as advertised, pool full of bugs.

We stayed here twice during a recent road trip. The sites have good separation with fire rings and picnic tables. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a long pull through site that was easy to get in and out of. This campground is adjacent to the interstate and has nearby railroad tracks. You will hear train whistles in the night. We will stay here again.

Way too tight on interior roads and ridiculously close to neighbors. We had a hard time in a 40’ rig getting around.

Enjoyed stay even with rain. Would suggest signage for pool and hot tub. Went in hot tub then were told pool and tub is closed because of the weather. The gate was unlocked but no message. Also wanted to make you aware after dark I did see man jump the fence and get in hot tub. See you next June.

We stayed for three nights during a busy weekend. The hosts were friendly, the campground was clean and well maintained, and the general store was well stocked (breakfast burritos were a nice touch).

Love all the updates done on the property!! Staff was very helpful very knowledgeable of what was going on in Big Timber ie parade, festival and rodeo.

I was pleasantly surprised. Generally we don’t stay at Journeys because I always thought they may not be nice but honestly this one was nicer than a few of the Holidays we have stayed at. I have since learned they are rated by things to do in the area not on their condition which is great to know. The staff was very friendly and the store was cute. Site was level, we would stay there again.

Great place to stay. Beautiful campground with tons of mature trees to provide plenty of shade. Staff does a great job of keeping it clean and even went above and beyond to reopen the store after hours to let us buy a few candy bars for smores. very recommended.

Been awhile since we stayed here. And it was great to see the upgrades to the bathroom and a lot of the sites. But with the jumping pillow out of commission and the pool heater, not working … it was quite a bummer with kids. Luckily, Greycliff Mill right down the road! Having linen was a great touch , but one quilts had some worm silk and cocoon in it , and staff seemed frustrated to exchange

Brought my 12yo and 13yo boys over for a camping weekend. Our KOA stay was amazing, staff were all super friendly and helpful! Recommended an awesome fishing site and made sure we had enough wood for the insane amount of stores my boys ate. The sites are maintained impeccably. Will definitely be coming back again! Thank you KOA for making it easy for me to give my kids lasting memories!

Have stayed here many times,time to escort rv to sites park is confusing. Was surprised that dogs were allowed to go without leases and dogs were allowed in pool area along with adults smoking in pool area.

Was very well maintained and good amenities. I was looking forward to a campfire, outside my cabin. No such luck. I am not sure if it indicated no fire ring or not, when I made the reservation. Also - some instructions on how to operate the satelite tv would have been helpful - I would recommend those be included in the cottage. Pool and hot tub were nice. Nice grounds. I'll stay again.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
