Nice, shaded campground. Clean. Didn't use bathrooms or laundry so I can't comment, but I'm sure they are probably nice also. Read complaints about noise, but I had no problems sleeping.

Very noisy at night with all the train traffic and freeway traffic. The pool was very dirty falling apart. We also couldn't find the trash. The staff was nice.

The highway noise was expected. The train noise was minimal. The camp store has been recently remodeled and well kept. The other amenities not so much. The pool is crumbling inside and out so much so you could see paint chips floating in the water from the crumbling liner.. The hot tub was cold . The jumping mat not available. The playground was a mix of old and new. The campsites were clean.

Stayed in one of the new patio sites. Site was very nice. The KOA has made improvements since our last visit. The grounds were well cared for.

Very nice campground with lots of amenities for kids . The rumble of the freight trains wasn’t expected but growi growing up with them in our backyard reminded us of home. May stop again on the way back from the east coast

We stay in a lot of KOA'S. BIG TIMBER is on of the best. Well kept grounds, large spaces. The staff was very helpful and the owners were hands on. We extended our stay an extra day. We diffently will be back.

We loved our stay there, the grounds were wonderful, people friendly. My only complaint is our site #54… had 19 turkey vultures roosting in the trees above our site. Our truck and camper were quite the mess with bird poop by the time we left. It took us 4 hours at home to clean them both. My suggestion would be you make people aware of situation before they book and /or offer site at a lower ra

Stayed over night but arrive late. They had an envelope tapped to the door telling us right where our spot was. (Because we arrive after hours) Showers were very nice.

We had a good level pull thru site. The people were friendly and helpful. The store had beautiful Montana made items and offered a variety of food that you could make yourself or buy some pre-made if you got there in time. A great place to take a break on your way .

Pool closed at 7 pm so we couldn’t use, bouncy pillow, game room also closed at 7. We arrived at 6:30 so kids couldn’t use any.

Wonderful staff and location, mature shady trees, fun activities for kids

Big Wind Storm when we arrived. Great job by the staff cleaning up all of the broken branches and debris when the storm passed.

We stayed 2 nights while traveling to Sturgis. Great hospitality, bathroom and laundry room were clean. Even though it is literally next ti I-90 and railroad tracks. It wasn't bad during the night as long as we kept our AC on. The store had so much to offer, even sold fresh burritos and free coffee. The host couple was always seen on the property.

This was a good KOA campground to stay along our Rt 90 travel route. It was situated very close to the highway. The camp store had a good selection of food items. There were a lot of trees around the campground which provided shade. A surprising find were ripe red raspberries on bushes next to the pool. Free coffee in the morning was a nice touch. Job well done!

Very friendly staff, clean, great amenities, shaded sites.

If you need satellite/starlink connectivity, ask for a satellite friendly site. We didn't and got stuck in the woods with large, mature trees. Marginal Starlink. Otherwise, good park for one night. Be careful when using your GPS to find this campground. One of our Garmins missed by 10 miles.

The park is well kept. Easy to find but once inside the park, it’s tight for bigger rigs. We are a 37 ft Class A with a F-150 toad. Very tight turns with lots of trees. Freeway noise and trains didn’t bother us but it was very noticeable. (They do offer free ear plugs in the office) Staff was great, very nice pool and lots of beautiful mature trees. Would stay again.

Enjoyable. Our mistake maybe, but didn't mean to renew the rewards for 39 so was surprised by bill. As seniors we rarely use koa because dinot travel much.

Laundry is closed 12 to 3, a little disappointed

Lovely park

The pool was cold and had a lot of bugs in it. The hot tub was also not working (colder than the pool). Not enough restrooms throughout.

Nice long sites for a 45’ coach towing a Jeep Gladiator. Easy in and out which is always a plus. Staff was great and the food is great!

Park was very well kept and clean. Staff were friendly and professional. Our only concern was the sites were very close together. Would still stay here again

I do think some one should take you to your site especially in the 20-30 sites

Roads and spaces are a little tight if you have a big rig with a toad attached. Signage was poor as to where to exit. Will probably not visit this campground again.

Friendly staff Clean showers and restrooms Nice laundry room Everything was exceptional. Would stay again and encourage others that are traveling that area of Montana.

Pool not open. Space assigned did not have enough room for our slide out without being in neighbors space. Staff was friendly. Was reassigned to a larger space only after asking. No sewer though.

Nice shade trees, and some sites back up to a little creek. Bathroom could use more shelving/benches to put stuff on. Ladies room was clean but ran out of TP and towels in the early evening. Highway and train noise didn't bother us but could make tent camping uncomfortable. Really nice pool and friendly staff.

Easy on/off from the interstate. Friendly, helpful staff. It is about 40 minutes to the Custer-Gallatin National Forest. We had a pull thru site with FHU. Easy to get into and out of. Fully stocked office. The only negative was that not all guests cleaned up after their dog in the K9 park.

Great campground, convenient to highway, noise from trains can be annoying but never bothered us! Warm and friendly staff.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
