It was our first time in our new van so we don’t have a lot to compare it to. We did stay in a koa in Mitchell on the way home. Timber Greycliff was nice the bathrooms were clean. The office and store people were friendly.

Great overnight stop. Easy access from freeway. A little bit of noise from freeway and train but not to bad

We had a comfortable night at Big Timber. The camp is well maintained, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highway noise was minimal. The train horns are loud, but seemed infrequent during out stay. We'll stay again.

The campground itself is very nice with a really cool shop however it is located very close to train tracks where the whistles from the drains continue once an hour from just after 6pm until around 11 pm and then the first one is at 4am making it difficult to sleep well especially if it is just an overnight stay on a longer trip

Enjoyed our overnight stay, restroom upgrades were nice, friendly staff, whole park well kept

The store was stocked with local goodies and our site was fairly level. The park was clean. Lots of highway and train noise until around 9 pm. It started again around 5 am. No one went out of their way to be helpful. Our neighbor camper told us which hook up to use as one of them was broken. The staff did not tell us that. We’ve stayed at several KOAs. I don’t think we’ll be returning here.

Awesome place to stay will be back next year

Only stayed overnight. Nice and clean, everything I expect at a KOA

Facility is clean. Staff are nice. The only drawback is the sound of the train nearby. And yet, when you’re tired and asleep, it doesn’t really matter.

Campground very nice and well maintained, smaller place but live that feel. Only negative, no fault of the campground, is the noise from the trains. Was a great stop for an overnight though.

Nice campground. Clean and well cared for. Kids area looked great! (No kids with us this trip.) Only downside was the proximity of trains and the frequency of the trains with horns.

We chose the hot tub site and absolutely loved it!! The staff was very pleasant! The town of Big Timber is easy to navigate too! If you have the time take a drive/ride around The crazy mountains!

need work on playground. Toys broken and dangerous. The pool is cold.

Old needs updating. Pool needs to be heated. Hot tub needs replaced. It was the worst KOA we have stayed at in the west. Weird vibe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA. After nine weeks on the road we splurged and rented the luxury spa site. Oh my! That was amazing. Top of the line spas and sites with dinning tables and fireplace grills. It was marvelous. We also enjoyed the location. The prairie dog town, Bridger Creek, shopping in Big Timber were all great fun.

Everything was great except for two issues. Roads around the campground are very tight and they use diesel fuel to kill the weeds in the gravel. The smell from the diesel fuel gave use headaches and causes contamination to the soil and water.

Super clean bathrooms, fun store with many items, lush grassy area at our site. Site was level which is always a plus. Friendly check-in hosts.

Sites are tight. It is right next to i90 and train tracks, was noisy. Otherwise it was a good stop in our travels.

We really enjoyed our stay and having a hot tub to relax away from driving all day!

The breakfast burritos were a pleasant surprise. They wet were so big, they lasted us for breakfast and lunch.

Train was very loud at night and the WiFi is terrible. Was clean and people were friendly.

I would do .5 negative for the train at night but its not their fault! Great place, fun activities, good people and clean.

Nicely hidden off the highway. Lots of items in the store.

I tried to give this KOA a little bit better rating because their staff on duty tried to be helpful and did in fact refund our registration when all else failed. But... after driving a few hundred miles to arrive, to find out our reservation was not what we had originally asked for and that the lot was too small for our rig... (no 50a or full hook-up) it was incredibly disappointing to have leave.

Wonderful stay everyone was friendly and the kids area was amazing.

Very nice staff, great spot to park the camper, cute fire pit area, fun little creek behind our camper and of course we really enjoyed the game room. This worked perfectly for what we needed it for.

Very clean very easy to get around with our big rig

We were charged $10 for an extra vehicle we were towing. We’ve stayed had many KOAs in the last 3 years and never charged extra for a tow vehicle. We really liked the campground except for that.

The people and the facility were excellent. The internet sucked. Could not even pick-up my e-mails let alone stream. Good for single night stayover while passing through.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
