We had a nice quiet stay at the park. The only negative for us was the size and condition of the dog park. We have large dogs that need to run after a day of driving and this dog park was meant only for small dogs. And it seemed to be an after thought as not kept up well.

The campgrounds is pleasant but extremely close to the highway and the railroad tracks. But I didn't really hear much noise at night. The days we were there it rained and snowed and became very muddy. We lost electric and water a couple times, however the staff were very quick to get them restored.

I only stayed for one night as I am doing a road trip. The staff was great! Very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The restrooms and showers were very clean. The only drawback was the trains that came by at night and blew their horn. Even with that I will stay here again on my next road trip!

The bad reviews were correct. While you can’t do anything about railroad and highway noise you can empty the garbage can in the k9 area. So full it would not close. Also using the dump station was terrible. There is a permanent rv so close to it that less skilled rvers would never be able to use it. Once it got there and dumped the water hose for flushing the tank barely worked! Several leak

Cute campsite next to the little stream. Bathrooms clean and showers felt wonderful. Only complaint is freeway/train noise.

Our lot wasn't mowed and there was dog poop on it witch I picked up before I let my dogs out. The shower was great and the laundry was clean.

The team here is wonderful and it’s a beautiful campground! We had planned on only staying one night as we were traveling but we ran into vehicle issues. We had to take it day by day and extend our stay as we went. The staff was so accommodating and worked with us. We ended up staying an extra two days. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice and private and I loved hearing the train. KOA has conv items in store and wood for fire pits were soooo nice. Store not far but like we were out in country. �. It was really nice. Enjoyed it.

No management present except a few hours Saturday morning. We stayed Friday through Sunday. Random cars/motorcycles come “hang out” at campground and playground and then SPEED out. Did not feel very safe or welcoming at all. Very loud with highway traffic and trains. Outside garbage cans were completely FULL.

Nice campground, lots grassy sites, cute little creek behind back in sites. Clean bathroom. Store hours were a little sporadic, but all in all a nice place

Small, clean and friendly. The trains run all night, but to us, its a necessary thing, and didn't bother us. We'd stay again !

The campground was beautiful. Couldn’t believe there was a pool!! We did lose power about 5 am and it was 28° out but we were able to get the generator running and it was all good.

I checked in, the office was closed. I paid cash, went to space 11, hooked up to power only. Got up at 0600 and had no power. It was shut off. I moved to 2 other spaces and there was no power. It was very cold and uncomfortable. I had no recourse but to leave. Even you bathrooms were locked to use. It was my second stay with you. Probably my last.

This was our first KOA experience. The people are GREAT! helpful reservation assistance & refund unable to use sewer-capped wrong. Bathrooms VERY CLEAN. Low rating: sulfur smelling water, location loud close to highway and train tracks. Because very close to others we were overwhelmed by pot smoke from cabin. Arrived after dark did not complain-not knowing rules or if it was safe place.

This is a very convenient stop while traveling on I-90. Spots are ample, and the park was clean. The only negative was the sound of the trains blowing their whistles throughout the night. If you're a sound sleeper -- no problem! But our dogs aren't used to train whistles, so our sleep was a bit disrupted. All in all though, we'll stay there again, if traveling through the area.

Nice place and well kept. The highway and train noise however is way to noisy almost like staying in a rest area.If we were to stay there again we would try to get farther away from highway.

The campground is right near train tracks and right next to the highway. The reason for my low rating is that the trains go by the campground at all hours of the night, blasting their horns, every 30-60 minutes. ALL NIGHT LONG. It was awful. Add the highway noise to that and we will never stay there again.

This is a very well kept campground. Staff were very nice! We didn’t use any of the facilities. The store was well stocked. Easy on and off the highway.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
