Clean, such kind staff, great amenities for kids. My only qualm was that the hot tub was kind of gross but so it goes with a communal space :) The rest of the experience made up for that by a LOT!

The camping cabin was perfect and the AC in it was a plus with this hot weather. The pool was clean and refreshing and the breakfast burritos to purchase and free coffee were delicious! We will most definitely stay here again!!

My family and I always love stating here. We rented the deluxe cabin this time and it was gorgeous. There was 3 problems we had. The wifi did not work unless you were outside of the cabin and there was not enough hot water for even one person to take a shower also it said the cabin came with a charcoal grill...there wasn't one.

Train whistles all night. Uncomfortable mats in cottages. Morning crew was a couple minutes late in opening the store for coffee.

Have stayed before, great with grand kids. Cabin was good but think maybe the queen upper needs adjustment, cabin 4 . No way to get in and out without waking everyone up! Enjoyed our stay, will be back.

Used as a one night stop it worked . stayed in a camping cabin people complain about the train horns the cabin walls helped the noise slept right through the night .

Terrific staff, nicely maintained grounds, very nice office and shop with well priced items. Stayed in their country cottage, very cute and fully stocked! Terrific areas for the kids to play. Hot breakfast available in the morning. Overall 5stars and if in the area again we'll go out of the way to stay here. This KOA team deserves praise! They are doing it right!!

Got there late and left early so didn’t get to experience much but the cabin was clean and even though we didn’t use the bedding the pillows were I nice surprise (much better than my camp pillow!). The trains were the only issue I had (not your fault I know).

Excellent cabin (we had lodge option). Everything is inside, even much better than in hotel. Next time will stay only with you! A lot of rabbits around.

One over night in cabin with dog named Justy ( he is just a hunting dog) I called in advance to make sure A/C was on check in person took care of it-I have experienced cabin with A/C not turned on upon my arrival -this was not my experience at Big Timber Thanks an Old Coot me

although the staff is very kind, it is right that customers know that it is impossible to sleep in this place. The problem is not the cars on the adjacent I90 but the train that passes every 30/40 minutes at night right next to the cottages where we were assigned. We could not sleep at all. It was a nightmare, especially when you stop to rest before deiving the day after

Pros: Kind, helpful staff. Great directions to area attractions. Clean bathrooms. Showers were great. Cons: No ventilation in bathroom. Glasses steamed up every time I went in there! Bird poop all over our kabin deck and deck rails. No refrig in kabin.

The stay was great for me and my dog, a nice little get away. The little shop was so cute, I love the little train. Be sure and bring a stake or something that your dog can be tied up too and dog bowls. There was a little creek nearby which was cute and the hot tub was up and running along with the pool. Very cute place, the cabins are pretty clean and put together nicely. I had a good time......

My stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I stayed in one of the rustic cabins with two dogs. I was not expecting linens to be furnished so that was a nice surprise. The property was clean and well taken care of with a lot attention to details. The people working there couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

This property needs a lot of maintenance -- badly leaking office building roof, ill-fitting door of K5 wouldn't latch and leaked air through a gap between door and jamb. Clean kabin and bathrooms. K5 ceiling fan light was very dim. Having linens/pillows/duvet and a heater was much appreciated. Wi-fi was slow but allowed basic browser access. Free earplugs for traffic noise. Stayed 1 night.

This KOA was great. We stayed in a cabin with a kitchenette and bathroom, it was glamping to the max! With the rainy and cold weather it was nice to be able to pop in the store and grab a cup of hot coffee. There is a train and road close to the property, I couldn't hear the road noise at all and only noticed the train once overnight.

Lovely campground with beautiful trees. Friendly staff. Beautiful shop! Drawbacks are noisy highway and train. Cabin doors don't unlock from inside so its easy to get locked out!

Didn't like it . (The good )was very friendly staff (The Bad )Moldy bathrooms with saggy ceiling, dirty bounce area & cabin had big gap under door. Had to stuff it with sheets, to keep critters or spiders ���� out. Lobby had buckets ��� for the leaking roof .

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
