I needed a place to park my van because I was getting tired on the highway at about 6 pm.. I also just wanted to top off my Bluetti power station. So they sent me up with a tent site at the last minute that had power. I got the rest needed and was back on the highway by 5:00 a.m..

To find site at dark is hard. No water near cabin. No outside table and firepit for cabin. Dirty restroom in a morning. Year ago (at different cabin) we were absolutely satisfied! Few miles to East is rest area, absolutely free and without trouble.

Had a patio site with a hot tub. In the photo from big timber on the koa app it looked amazing. Gazebo with lights hanging all around. I don’t know where they took that photo. Reality was a hot tub on the concrete next to the table. No privacy.

Nice campground. We were not able to use the facilities due to a big rain storm and power outage but still an enjoyable stay. We would return.

We enjoyed our stay. We were amazed with the deluxe camper cabin. After a long day of driving it was just what we needed. The TV was a pleasant surprise.

Nice stop. Easily accommodated our 41’ fifth wheel. Nice and clean park. Only negative was the train whistle.

Excellent location for overnighter while passing through. Close to Interstate. Neat and clean with very nice grass at site. Only negative is sites are little tight for big rigs with slides. One of the nicer KOAs for it's small size and location. Would stay again!

The park is nice and quiet, need to get better signage for the roads and level out the sites. I understand it’s a work in progress, just noting what we found.

Some upgrades from last year. Showers and bathroom seemed great. We like the trees and abundant shade. My grandkids love the pool and the giant air matress.

This was my second time staying with you all in Big Timber, I love this campground. Check in is fast and convenient. The kamp cabin was perfect. Always peaceful.

This is a typical KOA journey. Old and needs repair. Sites are too small and too tight for big rigs. If you are a small camper or tent camper you will be fine. Bigger rig (over 35 feet) look elsewhere.

Staff was very friendly. Sites are very close together. Hard for larger campers. No one takes you to your site and our two days stay we saw several people trying to find their sites.

Very clean. Camp spots are large with fire pit. Nice bathrooms. My only complaint is that when you search directions on Google maps it takes you somewhere not even close. Poor signage on the interstate.

Site we were assigned was to small for our 23 foot trailer. Not able to pull down our steps due to large tree moved. This area was muddy for pets. Freeway very close and noisy.

I would not recommend Big Timber KOA, especially if you have a big rig. Pro: Easy Access from Interstate Hwy. Con: Narrow roads, barely wide enough for a vehicle. Loud train. Sites are way too close together. If full I would not be able to get in to my site. Had to remove BBQ just to open slide. Had to move my truck so neighbor could get his rig out. Won't stay here again.

Beautiful setting with lots of trees. So many birds. Pretty quiet even with the highway noise and occasional trains. Only there for one night. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly and facilities were clean. Park is next to both the Interstate and a railroad. Close to a railway crossing so the trains were blowing their whistles all night

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
