Johnathan was very polite and welcoming for us when we arrived in late, left store bathrooms open for us to use over a short period, camp ground is well kept with nice amenities for kids to play on. The next time we come visiting we are surely staying at a site with the hot tubs. The only improvement would be the public bathrooms and showers to be open if the camp ground is open.

The campground and employees were amazing. The floor in our cottage #2 by the bathroom floor felt like it was giving out when we walked on it, and that was concerning. We also noticed the siding was missing in that area outside, notice of this would have been nice. We enjoyed our stay, but falling through the floor was a real concern for us and our kids.

Nice park, located close to interstate with easy access. Park was clean with many amenities for kids and families.

We stayed one night on our way driving across the country. Even though they are undergoing renovations they made accommodation for us. Very friendly staff, nice spot. The trees are lovely and we throughly enjoyed our time there. We liked listening to the trains and look forward to staying again once all the renovations are complete.

We were traveling through and looking for a KOA campground to stay at , they were under construction and largely closed but welcomed us anyway . This campground is going to be a destination campground . Thanks again for welcoming, great team!

Almost everything was closed except the office & a portion of the restaurant so very hard to rate. What we did have in the restaurant was poorly done.

We arrived to find our site too short for our 39ft 5th wheel and truck. We were given a second sight, also too short. Feeling embarrassed as the campground visitors enjoyed our trapesing through the gantlet of too small sights, I had found a site that was long enough and currently empty. The KOA assistant manager apologized saying her manager was out.

Cabin was nice, although floors were very uneven and my kids tripped a couple of times. We didn't use any amenities other than the showers and bathrooms!

Rutted road entering park. Very long sites, ours was at least 100 feet. Fairly well maintained but you kinda are in the middle of nowhere. Train and interstate adjacent to park. Staid here 30 years ago. Was really nice with waterslides. Not so much now

It was a convenient location for 1 night. Bed was not comfortable at all & I wish there were better curtains for privacy...no curtain at all on the door. Check in was easy & we enjoyed having a campfire. Cabin was clean.

Nice campground! The rub is trains, and vehicles passing by at all hours of the night... wow! It's beyond their control, but not a restful nights sleep. Great staff, very clean, and very helpful.

The septic tank was too far away to hook up. You have a tree stump in the way, some of your tree branches need to be trimmed. How do people sleep when trains are going by every hour? Otherwise your staff in the office is nice.

we stayed in a tent site. someone came by early in the morning & offered to take our trash. we were able to grab some dinner from the store. and to top it off, I left my glasses there and after we left and made it home, I called you did have them and you mailed them to me. THANK YOU!!

One night- easy in and out. We stay here 2times a year. Small dog park. I would recommend a white noise machine to offset the train noise. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The Big Timber/ GreyCliff KOA was filled with trees. The shade was greatly appreciated. We travel with dogs and they enjoyed viewing the birds. A stream ran behind our camp site where a great blue heron stopped by.

Always love the KOAs. Complex was wonderful and had everything we needed. Bathrooms were clean but needed a bit of extra attention on the ceilings. Other than that, would recommend.

First of all, the campground was clean & well managed. Trying to relax & rest in a spot so close to a major interstate highway & a busy railroad track was impossible for us. The campground was pretty full. The noise level didn’t seems to bother most people, but for us it was to much. We will likely not stay there again.

Two issues: Park in the back by the trees and stream, my whole vehicle was covered in bird poop in less than a day. Second, trains are common near campgrounds, but four loud horn blasts impacted my sleep…Rest of the stay was good and will still again, but request a different site and further away from the back

Easy check in Excellent service Awesome playground Good general store Sites are too close together and the driveways between rows are so narrow that it is very difficult to maneuver large trailers into them.

Well kept park with clean restrooms! When it rains there is a LOT of deep standing water on the park roads! Not your fault, but the trains in the middle of the night/wee morning hours are very annoying!

The Big Timber/Greycliff KOA is a good stop for the night. The sites can be close together. Allowing open fires in the fire pits is a bit scary when the fire of your neighbor is less than 5 feet from your propane tanks! Otherwise, the place was nice. The bathrooms were clean and the store was well stocked. There are a lot of trains that go by, but they do not use their horns at night. I

The people were great! Very efficient, helpful and friendly. I would stay there again! The only downside is it is close to train tracks so sometimes a bit noisy, but that is not something the campground can control. The surrounding country is beautiful. Everything was very neat and clean. We stayed for 6 nights.

We are a long bed truck, and 42' 5th wheel. I booked a site large enough for 45' trailer according to what the campground picked for me. However, our truck would not fit in the site once I unhooked. They advertise plenty of big spots, but this place is a tight fit. You also have to be ok with the trees, manuevering in them, and what they drop on your rigs, branches included. One went down in the park the day we arrived. It's a pretty setting, creek is on site. But be aware that it is next to freeway. All that said, the people who work/manage are good people and helpful where they can be.

We have stayed here many times now. They are the best! Always friendly and welcoming. They are always available for questions and just make it an all around pleasant stay. Jonathon is amazing and so good with customer service. This is one of iur favorite KOA campgrounds!

We seemed to have had a different experience than the two reviews ahead of mine. We've been traveling in our motorhome for a month now and have stayed in many campgrounds including KOAs. I thought this campground was one of the nicest “journeys” that we've stayed in. Sites are level and we found the campground to be clean and well taken care of. Management does mention noise from the highway and trains that may be going by but we didn't notice that at all. We would definitely stay here next time our travels bring us to this area.
