The Big Timber/Greycliff KOA is one of our overnight stops on our way to/from visiting family in Michigan. It's easy access from I-90. We really like the office opening at 7 a.m. & that it stays open as late as it does. This is an anomaly from most of the KOAs we've stayed - most open either at 8 or later; those of us traveling try to be on the road prior to 8.

Nice enough, but lots of train and freeway traffic noise. Sites are not easy to navigate for larger trailers. Ok for a night, which was all we needed.

No numbers on on site…43. And, too close to the train…Tough for light sleepers to ignore.

Right next to the highway and train tracks. Very noisy!!! The sites are very small, the grill stand in the next site over wss 3’ from my RV.

Great stay for the night, had everything we needed. Thanks!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The sites are small and the road in the park is very tight and i would not recommend a big rig or over 26 foot trailer to come in.

We had requested side by side sites with our traveling partners and the check in clerk said that there was no way she could do that. All that evening and the next morning there were several sites open all around us that would have allowed us to side by side! She just didn't want to be bothered!

I had a nice stay and would stay here again.

The camping sites were very narrow and close together, but fairly level. Bathrooms needed a thorough scrubbing this late in the season. Dog park was solid dirt, would be bad if it rains. Store was well kept and organized. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The sites are too close. We had about 2’ between our awning and the neighbors slide out.

It was fine for one night, but the train noise during the night was pretty bad. They said they offer ear plugs but we got there after the office was closed

A little compact for big campers. Too close to the highway. But a very nice campground and very friendly staff. Would definitely go again.

We had a relaxing time at Big Timber KOA. The campsite were spacious and the staff friendly. We were closer to Hwy 10 so the freeway noise was distant and the daily train runs actual were a lovely reminder we were not in the city.

Great breakfast burritos and banana bread! The entry way needs some work due to the large bump.

When we arrived I felt the customer service could have been better. We were put into a site that I did not book, when told nothing was available. I went back to the office and with much frustration and finally some compassion got our site moved. The next day the staff was amazing. The bakery goods fantastic. Loved the store bought several homemade goods. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Well maintained. Large sites. Great water. Train noise, some Hwy noise. Would go back if in the area.

Camp location is great. However, in my opinion the RV sites are a little too close to each other.

Train noise and highway noise all night long. Staff friendly and very helpful though. If not for the trains it would be great.

Very narrow roads and sites. We are Class A. If park had been full would have had a serious problem. Nice bulk candy selection in store.

We stayed at the campground for three months and it was a pure joy everything was spot on and the staff was incredible so helpful and a joy to be around. Jonathan and Helen are the best. We have reserved a space for next year once again thanks for a great stay respectfully Joe and Renee Trosclair.

Nice campsite over all. Very friendly staff. Upkept nicely & clean. Love all the family amenities & store.Wish there was a second bathroom option. Also, unfortunately the tent sites are right next to the road & it’s very noisy and bright at night from headlights. Same with the train. Obviously not much that can be done with that but kind of wish it was mentioned in description of campsites.

This park is Great! Lots to do!

Jonathan was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. A real professional.

The hot tubs were awesome and very clean but I thought they would have some fencing around the patio sites like other koas to make them more private. They could definitely use some fencing along the interstate side, very noisy

Nice place but far too many kids out of control, dogs off leashes and extremely rude campers. Too bad for the campground

Campground was too close to main highway, a lot of traffic noise and the train noise made it very difficult to sleep. Bathrooms were updated but did not have enough sinks. Would not stay here again

Very friendly and kind staff. They helped me work out a situation with my camper since I am new to camper camping. Very grateful!

It was our first time in our new van so we don’t have a lot to compare it to. We did stay in a koa in Mitchell on the way home. Timber Greycliff was nice the bathrooms were clean. The office and store people were friendly.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
