Jonathan was very knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating. A real professional.

The hot tubs were awesome and very clean but I thought they would have some fencing around the patio sites like other koas to make them more private. They could definitely use some fencing along the interstate side, very noisy

Nice place but far too many kids out of control, dogs off leashes and extremely rude campers. Too bad for the campground

This was a great overnight stop for us.

Campground was too close to main highway, a lot of traffic noise and the train noise made it very difficult to sleep. Bathrooms were updated but did not have enough sinks. Would not stay here again

Very friendly and kind staff. They helped me work out a situation with my camper since I am new to camper camping. Very grateful!

Super long pull through sites with nice space in between. Beautiful wooded park. Great hosts!!

It was our first time in our new van so we don’t have a lot to compare it to. We did stay in a koa in Mitchell on the way home. Timber Greycliff was nice the bathrooms were clean. The office and store people were friendly.

Great overnight stop. Easy access from freeway. A little bit of noise from freeway and train but not to bad

We had a comfortable night at Big Timber. The camp is well maintained, and the staff are helpful and friendly. Highway noise was minimal. The train horns are loud, but seemed infrequent during out stay. We'll stay again.

The campground itself is very nice with a really cool shop however it is located very close to train tracks where the whistles from the drains continue once an hour from just after 6pm until around 11 pm and then the first one is at 4am making it difficult to sleep well especially if it is just an overnight stay on a longer trip

Enjoyed our overnight stay, restroom upgrades were nice, friendly staff, whole park well kept

Staff is nice & efficient. The campground is clean. Great location for on & off the interstate.

The store was stocked with local goodies and our site was fairly level. The park was clean. Lots of highway and train noise until around 9 pm. It started again around 5 am. No one went out of their way to be helpful. Our neighbor camper told us which hook up to use as one of them was broken. The staff did not tell us that. We’ve stayed at several KOAs. I don’t think we’ll be returning here.

Awesome place to stay will be back next year

Only stayed overnight. Nice and clean, everything I expect at a KOA

Facility is clean. Staff are nice. The only drawback is the sound of the train nearby. And yet, when you’re tired and asleep, it doesn’t really matter.

Nice park, friendly staff.

Very well run and maintained. The office lady was delightfully. Keith and Gayle

Campground very nice and well maintained, smaller place but live that feel. Only negative, no fault of the campground, is the noise from the trains. Was a great stop for an overnight though.

Nice campground. Clean and well cared for. Kids area looked great! (No kids with us this trip.) Only downside was the proximity of trains and the frequency of the trains with horns.

Great desk service and super clean restrooms. Noise canceling app on phone took care of road and trains. Will stay again

We chose the hot tub site and absolutely loved it!! The staff was very pleasant! The town of Big Timber is easy to navigate too! If you have the time take a drive/ride around The crazy mountains!

Excellent campsites, facilities, and staff! Only negative is that you hear traffic on the interstate at night and the occasional train passing through; so if you’re a light sleeper I recommend bringing a sound machine or headphones.

Everyone was helpful and pleasant. The grounds were well kept and clean. Thank you for a great stay!

need work on playground. Toys broken and dangerous. The pool is cold.

Old needs updating. Pool needs to be heated. Hot tub needs replaced. It was the worst KOA we have stayed at in the west. Weird vibe.

Great place! Super clean! Nice grassy sites. Highway and train were a tiny bit annoying, but that is not the fault of the campground!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA. After nine weeks on the road we splurged and rented the luxury spa site. Oh my! That was amazing. Top of the line spas and sites with dinning tables and fireplace grills. It was marvelous. We also enjoyed the location. The prairie dog town, Bridger Creek, shopping in Big Timber were all great fun.

Everything was great except for two issues. Roads around the campground are very tight and they use diesel fuel to kill the weeds in the gravel. The smell from the diesel fuel gave use headaches and causes contamination to the soil and water.

Fantastic KOA! Friendly, well maintained, clean, and extra amenities.

Lots of fun for the kids. Bouncey blob was awesome. Kids made friends. They had a water war. Superb

It was a rustic cabin, there was sheets and a blanket available for us. It also had an ac and heater to use. It is right next to the interstate and the other side has a very busy train. Nothing against the koa just a bad spot! It has a very beautiful camp ground, and only $80 instead of $120 for a hotel room it was ok. Just didn't sleep well because all the noise.

Super clean bathrooms, fun store with many items, lush grassy area at our site. Site was level which is always a plus. Friendly check-in hosts.

Sites are tight. It is right next to i90 and train tracks, was noisy. Otherwise it was a good stop in our travels.

We really enjoyed our stay and having a hot tub to relax away from driving all day!

The breakfast burritos were a pleasant surprise. They wet were so big, they lasted us for breakfast and lunch.

Jonathon was helpful and friendly. Koa was nice, and had fun things for kids. Wish I had my swimsuit with me. Pool looked inviting.

We are a long bed truck, and 42' 5th wheel. I booked a site large enough for 45' trailer according to what the campground picked for me. However, our truck would not fit in the site once I unhooked. They advertise plenty of big spots, but this place is a tight fit. You also have to be ok with the trees, manuevering in them, and what they drop on your rigs, branches included. One went down in the park the day we arrived. It's a pretty setting, creek is on site. But be aware that it is next to freeway. All that said, the people who work/manage are good people and helpful where they can be.

We have stayed here many times now. They are the best! Always friendly and welcoming. They are always available for questions and just make it an all around pleasant stay. Jonathon is amazing and so good with customer service. This is one of iur favorite KOA campgrounds!

We seemed to have had a different experience than the two reviews ahead of mine. We've been traveling in our motorhome for a month now and have stayed in many campgrounds including KOAs. I thought this campground was one of the nicest “journeys” that we've stayed in. Sites are level and we found the campground to be clean and well taken care of. Management does mention noise from the highway and trains that may be going by but we didn't notice that at all. We would definitely stay here next time our travels bring us to this area.
