Great place! Lovely clean facilities, nice and quiet. We enjoyed having the store to browse. Delicious breakfast burritos!! Fresh coffee was wonderful, even made a fresh pot for us when we arrived in the evening!

The campgrounds were very nice and the staff was great. If you have an RV, this will be a great place. We did not stay all three nights due to inability to sleep. The fact that the highway noise and train noise was so disruptive should be mentioned on the website. Also, the mattresses used in the cabin beds are useless for comfort. No one over the age of 40 could possibly be comfortable on those.

Camp ground clean and beautiful. Camp host super friendly and helpful. Hot tub site a little pricey and dirty. The sap from the trees makes those spots in enjoyable.

Just an overnighter. Store staff was outstanding! I may stay there again on my return trip! I-90 signage probably should be replaced - it’s dull and faded!

The young lady who was working that day tells me there is still such a thing as customer service. She was great. Attentive , courteous, and helpful. I would stay there again.

Was not really sure where the campgrounds were before we stayed there. the only issue that we had were the trains passing by every three to four hours. Other than that, we would likely stay there again if the situation presents itself.

Stayed in cottage# 2. TV didn't work. Felt like you might fall through the floor by bathroom. Room was bit dusty. Bed frame loose. Mattress had a odd hump in it. Grounds and overall appearance looked good. Staff was nice.

It was a quick trip but it was perfect. They made everything easy as possible even showing up after the office was closed. The showers and bathrooms are some of the cleanest campground bathrooms I’ve seen! All around great place

We were there in April and it was not busy. Everything was clean and as advertised. The property is close the freeway but road noise at night was not too bad. Be prepared for the train to pass a few times at night, including whistle as well.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in one of the hot tub sites which was a fun option for us. Staff delivered firewood to our site twice. Will probably make it an annual "first outing of the year" tradition.

The campground is clean, lots of trees, and plenty of roomy sites. I enjoyed walking around the area; my dog liked the K9 park. If you're bothered by a train whistling every few hours, this may not be the CG for you. The hosts offer ear protection and tips for handling this. Staff were friendly and helpful - just as I expected. *grin*

This is a very nice, very clean campgrounds. The owner is creating a family friendly environment and constantly exploring options for improvement. The elephant in the room is the freeway and train noise. Ours was a quick, overnight stay as we passed through the area. We're just looking for a good night's sleep and out early the next morning. Just one persons perspective.

The campground worked well for an overnight stay. Check-in could have been smoother, as the staff member came across a bit brash. The Wi-Fi is very limited—fine for checking emails or sending a quick text, but not reliable for streaming, connecting a TV, or using as a hotspot. Overall, decent for a short stop, but not ideal if you need connectivity.

The folks are really nice. The sites are easily accessed and very clean. But staying there with a dog bigger than a poodle is very hard. There are no trails or anywhere for off leash running. So I would highly recommend it to anyone without dogs or having small dogs. For us it’s a not again.

We enjoyed our stay at Big Timber KOA. The staff is friendly and helpful. The camp is clean and well maintained. Yes, there some train noise and I-90 noise, but it was not a problem to us. We stayed here on our way west and again on our return route. The camp store is well stocked. We will stay again, next time through.

We stayed in a simple cabin for the first time. Simple and great experience. As always, the Big Timber Staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. Next time we want to upgrade to an RV Patio Site with a Hot Tub! Thank you and hope to see you again.

The facilities were in excellent condition and the staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the highway noise from Interstate 90 was incredibly loud all night long, if you’re camping in an RV this may not be an issue but for tent campers like ourselves it definitely is. However if you are trying to cover miles this is a convenient place to stop for the night.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
