Had a great stay. Had one incident with pool & hot tub. it was resolved. Campground was very clean & well kept. We made new reservations for another week end.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our pull through site was long enough for the RV and the jeep. There was plenty of room for walking the dogs. The only complaint I have is that the sites were very close together.

Everyone of the KOA staff friendly always willing to assist if any issue. We love staying there!

Looks like an older campground. Hosts are great. Have breakfast burritos and cinnamon roils. All gravel. Great location. Roads and sites are narrow. Would stay again.

First time staying, enjoyed 5 nights in a RV site. Beautiful sites, clean bathrooms, excellent customer service & staff. Excited to stay again!

The bathroom showers were the cleanest I’ve seen and it was great to have laundry facilities. Our patio with hot tub was great but the hot tub had stains all over it and it was leaking. This is a nice stop over but the highway and train noise was very loud .The staff was great and gave us earplug.This is disclosed on the website so if that’s not a problem for you it’s a good stopover to rech

We tented! It felt safe and was beautiful and welcoming! The traffic was loud but the ear plugs are a nice touch!!

Clean. Spots easy to navigate and the bathrooms were very nice and remodeled. Only stayed one night because we were on the road. Office staff was very kind and helpful. Overpriced compared to other places.

Friendly professional help, willing to go beyond "just a job". Have been coming there for 3 years and it is obvious you are upgrading as fast as you can. Will be back again next year.

loved our stay of 3 nights for a vintage trailer rally. The campground was very clean and organized and the staff was over the top with helpfulness. There is an onsite lemonade cart that made fresh lemonade and it was so delicious. Nice to see that the bathrooms are always open and no need to remember a pass code to get in. Would stay here again and recommend anyone go there.

New owners have really turned this KOA around. It is beautiful and well kept now. Camp store was great too. Will definitely come here again staff was so nice and accommodating.

This was our third year staying there for the Big Sky Vintage camper rally. It was fantastic. Everyone at the campground was very accommodating and friendly. The campground itself is very nice…level sites, shade trees, clean facilities. Thank you.. see you next year.

People are nice, the koa is right smacked up to the hwy and trains route is honking about every hour. We did not sleep.

Maybe mention that the train is 10 feet from the camping cabin and NEXT TO a very busy highway. Easily the worst night sleep I've had in my entire life. Horrendous experience.

The camp facilities are pretty outdated and it’s obvious it’s from lack of maintenance. For example, the door to the female restroom/showers has a 2 inch gap at the bottom. The bottom of the pool is chipped all over with large chunks of paint missing. The K9 area was FULL of dog poop. To the point you can barely walk or let your dogs loose w/out stepping in crap. The WiFi was non existent.

Staff very friendly. Had a nice chat with Fay in the am. Next to I-90 so not quiet, but the cabins are clean and have linens. Other facilities very clean as well. Free good coffee in the am!

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
