Everything was neat and clean. Only complaint and it is definitely a first world problem, the hot tub was too hot, too green, not full enough and the jets didn't all work. Still, a nice time. Enjoyed the free billiards etc.

The staff was very kind. The campground was very clean. Everybody was polite. I really appreciated everything. The women's bathroom needs an exhaust fan for the moisture

Great stay, but hot tub was not working

although the staff is very kind, it is right that customers know that it is impossible to sleep in this place. The problem is not the cars on the adjacent I90 but the train that passes every 30/40 minutes at night right next to the cottages where we were assigned. We could not sleep at all. It was a nightmare, especially when you stop to rest before deiving the day after

The park was small but, the sites were roomy and were easy-to-access. The bathrooms were dated but clean.

Pros: Kind, helpful staff. Great directions to area attractions. Clean bathrooms. Showers were great. Cons: No ventilation in bathroom. Glasses steamed up every time I went in there! Bird poop all over our kabin deck and deck rails. No refrig in kabin.

Very nice campground, and generally well kept. Some bird removal would make the campground far better. We had had bird excrement on everything, including ourselves and our dinner plates. Pretty nasty. Get rid of the birds and it will be a great place!

We were just here for one night while traveling through. It was a great spot and easy to get to from the interstate. The shower pressure is outstanding!

The stay was great for me and my dog, a nice little get away. The little shop was so cute, I love the little train. Be sure and bring a stake or something that your dog can be tied up too and dog bowls. There was a little creek nearby which was cute and the hot tub was up and running along with the pool. Very cute place, the cabins are pretty clean and put together nicely. I had a good time......

My stay was excellent and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I stayed in one of the rustic cabins with two dogs. I was not expecting linens to be furnished so that was a nice surprise. The property was clean and well taken care of with a lot attention to details. The people working there couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

We were worn out! We came in a day early but you were able to accomodate us with no trouble. Your facility is super convenient with laundry open 24/7 (not all KOA's are), a well-stocked store, and snacks/meals already prepared. The breakfast burritos were awesome!!

Nice long site, easily accommodates larger rigs. Staff are excellent. WIFI is horrible, but my Roger Hot spot worked great. The I 90 is close, but you can’t really hear it because of the trains. They do offer free ear plugs. If it was not for the trains, this would be an amazing campground.

First site next to family with four kids playing frisbee and throwing balls. Two barking dogs. Moved. Next site next to three "adults" with 13 barking yelping dogs. Carnival atmosphere drew kids to petting farm. Moved again. Train/freeway noise. Wood burning smoke. Last site water electric only. Asked for another site. Denied. Water turned off for repairs. Gave up and left. Refunded one day.

We had a nice quiet stay at the park. The only negative for us was the size and condition of the dog park. We have large dogs that need to run after a day of driving and this dog park was meant only for small dogs. And it seemed to be an after thought as not kept up well.

The campgrounds is pleasant but extremely close to the highway and the railroad tracks. But I didn't really hear much noise at night. The days we were there it rained and snowed and became very muddy. We lost electric and water a couple times, however the staff were very quick to get them restored.

I only stayed for one night as I am doing a road trip. The staff was great! Very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The restrooms and showers were very clean. The only drawback was the trains that came by at night and blew their horn. Even with that I will stay here again on my next road trip!

The bad reviews were correct. While you can’t do anything about railroad and highway noise you can empty the garbage can in the k9 area. So full it would not close. Also using the dump station was terrible. There is a permanent rv so close to it that less skilled rvers would never be able to use it. Once it got there and dumped the water hose for flushing the tank barely worked! Several leak

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
