Campground was clean. People were nice. The facility was fine. However . . . It was hard to get any sleep between the trains and trucks passing by right next to the campground.

This is a very well kept campground. Staff were very nice! We didn’t use any of the facilities. The store was well stocked. Easy on and off the highway.

When we left for our trip we stayed at Big Timber and we liked it so much we stayed going toward home.

I was in site 12. It very marginal for a big 5th wheel due to the fact it has a mound approximately where the king pin is located. This makes it hard to unhitch and re hitch. Site should not be used for big 5th wheels. Probably ok for large class 1 however. Other than that a very nice KOA.

Only stayed one night and it was late in the season. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Looks like they are working hard to make updates. Convenient stay

This KOA was great. We stayed in a cabin with a kitchenette and bathroom, it was glamping to the max! With the rainy and cold weather it was nice to be able to pop in the store and grab a cup of hot coffee. There is a train and road close to the property, I couldn't hear the road noise at all and only noticed the train once overnight.

Like all KOAs we have stayed at it was great, clean, friendly, lots of shade. Be sure to check out the Greycliff Mill while you are there, worth the trip, thanks for recommending it

This is an older park but it is very evident the owners and operators have gone to great lengths to keep it clean and operational. The sites are mainly spacious, lots of trees and grass. Everything worked well. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I would give this park a 5 if it weren't for the proximity to the highway and train.

Stayed in the deluxe cabin with a fishing friend. Nice and clean. Everything we needed but could have been a little bigger. No place to put suitcases.

It’s a dated campground in need of some TLC with very narrow, close sites and narrow roadways. Large RVs may have trouble navigating some of the roads as well as pulling in and out of sites. I gave it an extra star because it’s under new management and the new owners seem to be making a real effort to clean it up. The camp store is great! Ok spot to pull in for one night

Really nice store, and friendly staff. Between the adjacent freeway and railroad noise, you do need ear plugs to sleep though. Bath/shower area clean but is in need of renovation. Grounds are well maintained.

We’ve been traveling since 2017 and I would rate this park as one of the best we’ve encountered. It’s so well cared for and the bike path is right out our door. To the owner it’s obvious he cares about the land in Montana. For us that’s really important as we travel to different states for the outdoor biking and hiking.

Park itself is ok site was big enough for my motorhome and towed vehicle without unhooking. The night I was there it was very windy and a lot of limbs came down including some fairly large ones. I was told it was usually quite windy there so I worry about an RV being hit other then that the park was ok.

We are a long bed truck, and 42' 5th wheel. I booked a site large enough for 45' trailer according to what the campground picked for me. However, our truck would not fit in the site once I unhooked. They advertise plenty of big spots, but this place is a tight fit. You also have to be ok with the trees, manuevering in them, and what they drop on your rigs, branches included. One went down in the park the day we arrived. It's a pretty setting, creek is on site. But be aware that it is next to freeway. All that said, the people who work/manage are good people and helpful where they can be.

We have stayed here many times now. They are the best! Always friendly and welcoming. They are always available for questions and just make it an all around pleasant stay. Jonathon is amazing and so good with customer service. This is one of iur favorite KOA campgrounds!

We seemed to have had a different experience than the two reviews ahead of mine. We've been traveling in our motorhome for a month now and have stayed in many campgrounds including KOAs. I thought this campground was one of the nicest “journeys” that we've stayed in. Sites are level and we found the campground to be clean and well taken care of. Management does mention noise from the highway and trains that may be going by but we didn't notice that at all. We would definitely stay here next time our travels bring us to this area.
