Excellent cabin (we had lodge option). Everything is inside, even much better than in hotel. Next time will stay only with you! A lot of rabbits around.

Staff were very nice but the highway noise and the train noise was loud, the sites were to close to each other, the bathrooms were clean. Would stay there again if need be.

1st time at a Koa. Glamping cabin was great for 1 night & didn’t want to mess with setting up camp.

Older rv park , but well maintained. Office and general store was a nice surprise. Site were sort of quirky going in and out but caused no problems.

The Staff at the Big Timber/ Greycliff KOA are GEMS. always helpful always kind. We love our annual visit to the KOA Can't wait for the next visit !!

Love the quite and peacefulness of this place. The restrooms are clean, laundry is pricy but functional, and the grounds are kept.

Other than train noise, which is typical around all campgrounds I have stayed over the years, it is a good stop/location and owner very pleasant. Would stop again in my travels.

The trains were annoying during the night. Smaller camp ground that has kept some of its rustic charm. It was minutes away from family which was what we needed.

We had no picnic table, told someone in the office and never got one. Should not let people touch the controls on hottub, they turned it down and then next day was cold.

It was easy to check in and find our spot. Staff was friendly, and the restrooms/showers were clean.

Didn’t spend much time there. Just needed a place to stay. Camping has gotten ridiculously expensive. The setting was beautiful easily accessible and the staff were terrific. Shower was great, hot and the buildings were clean.

The staff was awesome! I was confused though I got an email on a complimentary breakfast , but didn’t know where it was. We had a bad 2 weeks prior and your staff was wonderful to us. Please recognize them

Great over night stay. They do tell you ahead about the trains that go by during the night and offer free earplugs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again

One over night in cabin with dog named Justy ( he is just a hunting dog) I called in advance to make sure A/C was on check in person took care of it-I have experienced cabin with A/C not turned on upon my arrival -this was not my experience at Big Timber Thanks an Old Coot me

As always the people are wonderful in any KOA we have stayed. It's a little bit noisy with the trains going through all hours. Also, we were not given the longer camp site even though its in my profile that we need at least a 40" for our "toad" And we noticed there were several that were available all night. Very clean and beautiful surroundings

Great place to chill and relax staff is very pleasant and very very helpful sites are level bathrooms and laundry very clean also jumpy pillow and other activities for kids pool and hot tub for adults very clean also grounds well maintained easy on and off highway

Well run park. Tight spaces, but had small grass strip. Space was easy to enter and super long. Wifi was too poor to check emails. Verizion was 1 to 2 bars. This is the reason for the 3 stars, as cell or decent wifi is important to our needs.

Great place, but trains and highway traffic disturbed the mood. Earplugs are offered at no cost.

Truly a beautiful place to stay. We enjoyed the old trees throughout. The scores of Robins that were out kept us entertained. Will definitely be back.

The sites were nicely shaded, wide and long enough to feel like you weren't on top of your neighbor. It was right next to a train track but it wasn't bothersome. The office/store had a nice assortment of merchandise and I loved my chocolate covered huckleberry ice cream bar. A real bonus was the availability of a home made breakfast burrito for purchase in the store with free coffee. Nice park.

Great park, nice trees, little creek. People were friendly and helpful. Had a small problem that the grounds crew took care of right away, with a smile. Will be back next year for Kelly's vintage trailer rally.

We were in Site 46 and the sewer overflowed. It was a very unhealthy situation. We reported it to the front desk, and they said the maintenance people had been notified. The gentleman at the front desk said that he was going to refund our night's stay. So far, I haven't seen any refund from Big Timber KOA We were there the evening of 9 Jun 2024.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
