It was a good stay but the pool was dirty with floating bugs and the wifi was not good. The big trees were really nice, the property was clean, trains are a bit of a nuisance but a nice setting.

Stayed 2 nights , as stated on the site, train horns can wake you up. Grass needed to be cut in the park.

I can’t two nights I was supposed to stay at third but I left I wasn’t feeling well. It’s a good thing I did that because when I got home realized I had some kind of flu or something. I liked it so much that I’m coming back next week for a couple of nights.

They did not book a pull through long enough for us towing. So many trees even Starlink or Dish won't work. Lots of mud.

We stay here every year on the way home from Sturgis. Awesome little place to stay. Definitely 5 stars.

The place was very nice and clean. The only complaint I have is the water hook up for the dump station. Turn on the valve and it leaks out of EVERY SINGLE CONNECTION so by the time the water gets to the end of the hose to actually come out and use its barely a trickle.

Extremely noisy campground between 2 roads and next to the train track. The Free WiFi was only for the first couple of Mb after that you need to pay. The pool was not warm but better than the hot tub which was very cold. The showers were OK. We were in the back under the trees that house many birds so our RV was covered in bird poop after one night.

There was a mix-up with a neighbor parking in my spot & the staff person handled it very politely. I was impressed by her poise.

Well maintained cozy campground in a grove of beautiful mature trees! Liked the arrangement in restroom/showers which were clean, well maintained and good water pressure in the shower. A misunderstanding about assigned cabin at check-in was promptly resolved by management - their customer care was much appreciated. Will definitely stay there again. NOTE: Be sure to visit nearby Graycliff Mill!

We were just passing through on 90 heading to Idaho and Washington to see our kids. This cabin was almost perfect and so charming! The full bath and kitchen were wonderful as was having linens provided. The kitchen was so well stocked and the towels and sheets were great quality. We wanted to stay longer! Our suggestion is either a mattress box spring or residential size mattress for the bed.

Great Customer Service on the phone when inquiring about a long term stay. When we checked in, we were escorted by one of the employees to our site and held us back in in with no problems. We will definitely recommend this campground to everyone in need of a great stay. Thank to all of you!

Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Campground is clean, well kept, great spot. It does sit next to the interstate and a train goes by so there is some noise but still a wonderful spot!

Tent sites so close together, people next to me arrived at 8:30pm and were loud. Noisy...interstate and frontage road. Horrible dog space

Pros: Lisa at the front desk was personable, easy to talk to. Stayed in a pet friendly cabin-clean inside with clean linens for the bunks. Showers and toilets were pretty clean. Cons: Area around our cabin needed some maintenance and general clean up from past visitors. Owners did work with us on that. Because the doors to the bathroom were propped open, the sink area attracted flies, etc.

Loved the cabin. The campground is beautiful and great amenities. I would highly recommend if you’re passing through, but it is not for renters. Proximity to highway noise and campers smoking marijuana make it a poor environment for renters who can’t get inside away from it.

Great park! Nice laundry room. The dog area was out of poop bags at the time so it was a bit messy in there. Looking forward to staying again.

Had a great stay, the staff very friendly and helpful. They had something I've never seen at any other KOA was a portable dog washing station made of plastic very durable and they deliver it to your site just call and ask for it. Our 2 golden retrievers love it.Met some happy and friendly campers there. Thank You for having us Hug Family.

Sewer Dump broken unable to dump tanks. Staff using several of the washers in morning when they have staff only washers, which made it inconvenient for those checking out.

They can’t do anything about the noise from the passing trains, but there are several thing they could fix. 1) several of the showers (both men’s & ladie’s) were either full hot or full cold and had terrible shower heads, 2) the dumpster was over full and looked like a trash dump, 3) the apparently abandoned “water slide” made the entry look like the place was closed. Very nice campground. tent spots are in better shape than other KOA's I've styed at. Great campground. One thing of note. All KOA's have way too few and too small fans in the restrooms shower houses. They are always too steamed up and humid because of this.

Our visit to the Big Timber/Greycliff KOA was fantastic! The staff was fantastic and friendly. We originally arrived prior to check in and inquired about coming in early but were unable to. We were TOTALLY okay with that knowing that the official check in time was. The employee still went out of their way to go outside and look around and see if there was somewhere we could park onsite until our reserved site opened up. Even though there wasn't, we greatly appreciated the effort given and care shown by the gesture! Our site was beautiful! We had full hookups and a very easy to navigate back in site next to a cute little creek. The sound of the creek was very calming when hanging out on the site and overnight when sleeping. There were many trees, a nice picnic table, and a fire pit available on our site. The bathrooms and showers were very nice and well maintained. We only stayed one night, but the experience was fantastic. Prior to the visit we had to call to update our reservation and the employee was extremely helpful over the phone as well. I know over the phone people aren't always as cordial since they're not face to face, but that was not the case here.

An absolutely wonderful stay! As a cancer survivor currently cycling around the world to raise funds for the World Cancer Research Fund, getting a quiet, restful night's sleep is incredibly important for my recovery each day. This KOA delivered exactly what I needed. The campground was peaceful, and the restrooms and showers were spotlessly clean. Beyond the great facilities, the hospitality was outstanding. Everyone I encountered was incredibly kind, especially the wonderful team at the reception desk who welcomed me with open arms. Thank you for providing such a comforting rest stop on my journey. Highly recommended!
