Staff had me drive forward into a back-in site next to a house, which was confusing. We requested a different lot away from buildings, they took us to a pull-through in the wrong direction. Attempting to turn around nearly caused a jackknife with my trailer. Additionally, the sewer line was open and missing a cap. Not pleasant next to our unit. They're not up to KOA standards. I want a refund.

Very dusty campground. Musty, damp, dank bathrooms that need thorough cleaning,and adequate hvac to manage humidity. Testing for mold is needed.

Friendly helpful staff. Stay here often on our trips to the South! Nice spaces, shady and roomy.

Friendly and nice staff, nice campsite. Super dusty campground, just driving through to get to my site my motorhome and towed vehicle got covered in dust. Campsite had a lot of dog poop we had to avoid.

Spent 1 night and needed a new battery. Went to the office and they stopped what they were doing and drove us to get one and dropped us back at our spot. So helpful.

The KOA in Benton Illinois the cabins were nice. The grounds were kept clean and very nice. The staff was friendly. My code would not work on one of the bathrooms and the shower in the other bathroom had no Hot water had to walk across to the main building to take a shower.

There were what looked to be permanent residents and their campsites were trashed and stuff everywhere. There is a random boat in the Woods. The trash cans were grossly over flowing. First impression was not great. No incidents over night and booking and check in were easy and park was quiet.

We enjoy going to this campground, a couple times a year, we love these spots around the pond and the lovely greenery and bamboo. We get to see great area and close to a lot of things we like to do together!

We were in the back where the staff lives. The golf carts have to go or slow down. The staff was driving up and down all night. I know they weren't working. At 3 in the morning the music needed to be turned down. Staff was nice but clean up their area....

We stopped here on our way to (and from) our daughter’s home in Wisconsin. The campground is clean, quiet and well maintained. Pretty spot, conveniently located near the interstate. Didn’t bring the camper this trip so we took advantage of the cabins.

The bathhouses had some subfloor structure issues that seemed unsafe. I don’t like that you have to cross a busy street to access the pool and office/store. The sites were easily accessed and well maintained.

The bathrooms were very, very old and outdated. And had bad musty smells The showers had wood slat floors in it then when I sat down on the toilet seat. It had a crack in it you could not see and pinched me really bad. Just was not set up as nice as the other.

We stayed over night on our way through. Payed for the patio upgraded site. Site was gravel, with pavers, and tables. Bathrooms were not clean and smelled bad. Did not want to use them. Wifi was none existent. Looked like a few long term campers there. No signs for the KOA from the freeway until you get there. Freeway is very close, had to wear ear plugs to sleep. We will not be back.

Great campground. Nice and clean. Large sites for big rigs. Easy on/off the highway. Great for getting off the road for the night

This was one of the Best KOA I've stayed at! Loved the how it was setup , and it was clean and have Very Nice People running it !!!!!!! If I get to come back East I will Plan my Trip around staying Here !!

I love the layout. It's not all clumped together. I was in an area with easy access to a dog park which was great! I had a problem with my travel trailer and the managers gave me someone to contact. They were great. I pass this direction a couple times a year. This will definitely be my stop.

Becky was as warm and welcoming as a family member, and gave us lots of information about the camp. The only drawback is the road noise. Otherwise an excellent stay.

The cabin was very sticky. We had to pretty much peel items of the table. It was very disappointing to see the cleaning standards go down from our prior stays at this KOA

Our site overlooking the pond was wonderful. We paid for linens and they were great quality. Bed has a good memory foam mattress. Unfortunately futon is rather hard. Will definitely stay again and probably bring a foam mattress pad.

The Lodge we rented was great. Came with a mini fridge with an actual freezer on top. The camp ground had everything our family needed to enjoy our time and plenty of activities. Becky was SUPER! She was the nicest lady when we checked in and spent time telling us about the amenities and very helpful with the couple of questions we had during the stay. Definitely coming back!

A very nice rv park. Shady and nicely laid out Really convenient to the interstate. Our site was completely level. There is no need to level. Staff was among the most welcoming and helpful. Well stocked camp store. Bath and showers clean and in great repair. We recommend Benton KOA Journey

Very friendly and kind staff. Nice level pull-through site. The bathhouse was clean and there was a small pool. They told our 6 yr old that if he could find the gremlin (a wooden cut out about a foot tall) and bring it to the office, he would get an ice cream. He was very excited.:)

We stopped here for a night going cross country. It was just what we needed! The owners are incredibly nice and helpful-going out of their way. Sites were large and level with FHUs. We opted for a pull thru with a patio and it was so spacious with an extra large picnic table, fire pit and swing— right next to the pond. They have everything you can think of-large kids play area, corn hole, ladder ball, basketball, a pool, fishing and more. Laundry facility was great and machines were fast. I ran out of quarters but at the store right next door they have them available. Easy to navigate in our 43 foot solitude fifth wheel. Setting is lovely after a long day on the road. My dogs were so happy for some green grass and space! Very well maintained and clean. Yes, you can hear some highway noise but no, it's not bad at all. It's actually really peaceful because of the large pond and so much green space. Highly recommended-we will definitely be repeat campers.
