The amenities were fine and the lady obviously works to take care of the property. The only drawback for us was the location next to the highway and the traffic noise.

Highway noise plus train whistles quite loud at our site. Nothing they can do about that but it is unfortunate. Office staff very friendly. Owners need to totally remodel that smelly old office building.

The campground is pretty nice. The staff/owner are very nice and helpful. The pull-through for our 32 ft. Class A was too short, requiring 2 water hoses to reach the water hook-up. Having cable TV was nice.

Peaceful relaxing great for kids to play and fish. Site was level with just enough tree cover The host, Becky is friendly personable and helpful

This campground was so ran down. Grass was so tall couldn’t find the sewer. Not your typical KOA.

Great. Lil messy around the edges. Needs some grooming around fences and edges. Need a fence or blocking wall around garbage dumpster. Very nice people. Laundry area needs cleaned and dead plants removed. Pool area decent, pool bottom needs cleaned. Nice location. Suggest having rental fishing equipment for the pond. Mow more. Cabin was very clean and nice! Had very good stay. Thank you!

We arrived late and left the next morning to travel on home. Wish we could have stayed longer, because it was such a welcoming campground with the trees and especially the pond, with multiple chairs around to relax in. Will definitely camp here again as we travel.

Older cabins reasonably clean. Staff helpful. Men's restroom code didn't work for several hours. Grounds look run down on one side of street. Newer and more well kept section across the street from office.

Although we were just passing through, we found this place charming and quaint with kind people in charge. Those who complain about interstate noise should consider checking a map before deciding on booking anywhere. It’s close—and convenient! Will be back! Thank you Benton KOA.

The cabin was very nice and clean as well as the bathroom and showers. There just wasn’t much for the kids to do. You can tell it’s an older campground but just not as nice as we are used to with the KOAs being family friendly and more stuff for the kids to do.

Park was dusty. Garbage overflowing and dog park was a dirt bowl…not a blade of grass. Very noisy from highway. Why not use lake side more??

Seems we always pick the wrong time for the pool but get to use eventually. Everyone is always friendly which makes it a nice stay over.

This was a great one night stop. We had a patio site on the pond side. Very quiet and private. The site was right by the big pond. My only regret is that we didn’t get there until late because of a blown tire. I called to let them know we would be late and when we arrived envelope with our name was waiting and we went right to our site. Would stay again! Highly recommend

A nice stop, and they were kind enough to deliver some firewood to my site since I wouldn't arrive until after the office was closed. Clean shower/restrooms, at least on the pond side of the road.

I like the location and access to services, but early morning highway construction woke us at 4 AM. Sites by the creek have unreliable wi-fi, probably due to heavy use by gamers and streaming services. Moving closer to the office did help, but it was still slow. Also, only one of four toilet paper dispensers had any at all (and not much at that).

It was a very quiet night. The comfort station was clean but a vanity top would have been nice for the purpose of placing toiletries while shaving. Friendly staff.

The place is in poor condition. Dog droppings all over the place . Did not use the pool or restrooms. A lot of traffic noise. I would not go there again

I was greeted warmly and registered right away. I didn't have a reservation but was able to get a tent site. I was just passing through so I didn't use many amenities but the site was clean, safe and just what I needed.

A very nice rv park. Shady and nicely laid out Really convenient to the interstate. Our site was completely level. There is no need to level. Staff was among the most welcoming and helpful. Well stocked camp store. Bath and showers clean and in great repair. We recommend Benton KOA Journey

Very friendly and kind staff. Nice level pull-through site. The bathhouse was clean and there was a small pool. They told our 6 yr old that if he could find the gremlin (a wooden cut out about a foot tall) and bring it to the office, he would get an ice cream. He was very excited.:)

We stopped here for a night going cross country. It was just what we needed! The owners are incredibly nice and helpful-going out of their way. Sites were large and level with FHUs. We opted for a pull thru with a patio and it was so spacious with an extra large picnic table, fire pit and swing— right next to the pond. They have everything you can think of-large kids play area, corn hole, ladder ball, basketball, a pool, fishing and more. Laundry facility was great and machines were fast. I ran out of quarters but at the store right next door they have them available. Easy to navigate in our 43 foot solitude fifth wheel. Setting is lovely after a long day on the road. My dogs were so happy for some green grass and space! Very well maintained and clean. Yes, you can hear some highway noise but no, it's not bad at all. It's actually really peaceful because of the large pond and so much green space. Highly recommended-we will definitely be repeat campers.
