This was one of the Best KOA I've stayed at! Loved the how it was setup , and it was clean and have Very Nice People running it !!!!!!! If I get to come back East I will Plan my Trip around staying Here !!

I love the layout. It's not all clumped together. I was in an area with easy access to a dog park which was great! I had a problem with my travel trailer and the managers gave me someone to contact. They were great. I pass this direction a couple times a year. This will definitely be my stop.

Becky was as warm and welcoming as a family member, and gave us lots of information about the camp. The only drawback is the road noise. Otherwise an excellent stay.

The cabin was very sticky. We had to pretty much peel items of the table. It was very disappointing to see the cleaning standards go down from our prior stays at this KOA

Our site overlooking the pond was wonderful. We paid for linens and they were great quality. Bed has a good memory foam mattress. Unfortunately futon is rather hard. Will definitely stay again and probably bring a foam mattress pad.

The Lodge we rented was great. Came with a mini fridge with an actual freezer on top. The camp ground had everything our family needed to enjoy our time and plenty of activities. Becky was SUPER! She was the nicest lady when we checked in and spent time telling us about the amenities and very helpful with the couple of questions we had during the stay. Definitely coming back!

wonderful folks in reception and out on the grounds. Real treat real ice cream at reception and very generous portions. Better the Walmart soda fountain in Bentonville Ark. Definite stopping place next time.

We arrived in the late evening, everything we needed was ready for us and after hours check in was a breeze… great start! Next morning when we woke up there were staff at the pond(right outside of our cabin) cleaning the paddle boats, both stopped what they were doing to greet us, they seemed sincerely interested in how we were doing. Tired from 12 hrs of driving (3 through & around Atlanta) we called ahead added an extra night with no problem. Pulled in after hours found our site did a partial setup. Checked in next morning. Owner was great helped us out very accommodating. She told us about a great little diner in town it was fantastic. Great stay nice people, makes camping worth every penny. We will go back.

This is one of our, always a good 1 or 2 day stopping off point as we head cross country. Absolutely love the fishing pond with all of the Lilly pad blooms.

Always a good stopping off point. The campground is well maintained, the sites are big and the staff is very helpful. There are also a number of conveniences in the area including a WalMart, several fast food restaurants and plenty of fuel stops. We stay here regularly.

We stayed here 1 night on the way home from Tennessee on the west side by the pond. Easy pull thru lot. Office was out of ice. But when it was delivered the camp staff came & brought me to pick some up. Great service.

It was nice place out side but bathroom/ shower room was very unclean. Also our camp site water faucet wasn’t working so we had to get water from next campsite. Sorry but we will never go again.

Fantastic. Someone there to Check you in, and lead you to your spot after a 7 hour driving day. Plenty of eating/drinking opportunities 5 minutes into town. Nice Pool. Would stay here again, coming through.

Benton KOA Journey is an easy overnight stop just off I-57. Since we were already familiar with the campground layout, we called ahead to ask if we could go directly to our site on the opposite side of the road from the office and check in afterward. The staff gladly accommodated our request. We stayed in Deluxe Full-Hookup Pull-Through Patio Site 65, which made it easy to center our 40-foot fifth wheel on the utilities. The site was slightly off level, but we did not need to use blocks. The gravel patio featured a huge wheelchair-accessible picnic table, fire pit with cooking grate, stand-up charcoal grill, wooden swing, and bench. We received one bar on Verizon and two bars on T-Mobile. There are mature trees around the seven pull-through sites across the road from the main campground, but Starlink should work in most of them if you're able to position the dish around the trees. For this overnight stay, we used our T-Mobile Home Internet, which averaged 358 Mbps download and 2.7 Mbps upload. The campground Wi-Fi was adequate for light browsing. A fenced dog park was conveniently located near our site, and being across the road from the main campground helped reduce interstate noise. Overall, this is a clean, well-run KOA with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, and a good overnight stop returning to our home base in southern Illinois to rest and dump tanks.

Easy access off Hwy 57 great rates quite sites near pond Great people Jasmine was especially efficient over the phone and even provided escort services to site on late arrival. Very welcoming and strong Internet clean sites beautiful!
