I had a lovely stay. I was so impressed with the staff. Everyone was so helpful and pleasant. The campground was so clean and I really enjoyed all the amenities; the dog play area and the hit shower. Will come back!

This is our 4 year coming to this KOA. It has great amenities, things for the kids to do, and is always enjoyable. The only feedback is the front desk worker named Jamie could have been just a bit more nice or upbeat as she is the first and last person you see when you come to camp she just seemed like ‘I’m here’

I love this KOA. This was our second year back, and it's easily becoming a yearly tradition. It's clean, accommodating, and there is always something to do with the kids. Couldn't recommend it more!

Loved how kid friendly and dog friendly it was! Finally a campground that embraces the families and helps us feel at home! We loved all the activities and movie nights. Miniture golf was a first for our kids and they loved it! The bounce pillow was where you could always find our one child...she just couldn't get enough! All around so much for us to do that we hardly spent time anywhere else.

It’s always a great experience at this location. The staff are visible and are all friendly and just happy to help! The activities for kids are also great!

Felt like we were being hunted by the clean up crew the day we were leaving. Constantly driving by. For that reason we chose to leave at exactly 11 and not one second earlier. Water heater was out in the big bath house. Otherwise, the grounds, facilities, and activities were absolutely perfect.

The woman who worked in the office was amazing. She handled the guest checking in and answering the phones like a pro! She never seemed frazzled and kept her composure. Since she is doing 3 different jobs I hope she is getting paid that way!! We need more people like her in the world ! thanks for making our stay even better. Only feedback, clean bathrooms more often!

Our family had a fantastic time! The staff members are super friendly and the campground is well maintained. There were so many activities for my 4 year old son to participate in. He loved every minute of our stay, we will definitely be back! Thank you!

We have been coming for 10 years. This year, it was recognizable that the property has gone downhill. Bathrooms were dirty, not cleaned, often out of toilet paper. In general the property appears to have been neglected, not clean, and no new improvements. Our water was broken, and they just told us sorry, it can't be fixed. Really not impressed.

Very nice place, but the people don’t know what quite hours are. Parents need to teach there kids to be respectful of others, but I think the parents need to be taught before they can teach there own. Did not get much sleep for sure.

Great staff. Bathrooms are heavily used. Clean in the morning but need more frequent cleaning thru the day. Lots of fun activities. Picnic tables need upgrade. Need gravel for roads and electric sites to keep dust down. Rubber mulch in electric sites is very clean and comfortable. Fences need maintenance.

The bathrooms by the sports court were always out of toilet paper and paper towels no matter what time of day we went. We learned to check each bathroom before sitting down to make sure there was TP and usually only 1 or 2 bathrooms in the whole bath house would have TP. Also, the campsite next to us had 4 tents set up on their site and 3 cars. I wish the staff would have enforced policy

Fun activities are included, but it's pretty pricey for camping. Facilities were usually well maintained. It would be wonderful if they'd water more to reduce the dust.

The internet was not working half the time. Showers were cold half the time and we had to keep calling the office to get it fixed. When it was windy the dirt from the roads made it so we couldn’t get out of the tent

We paid for a grass pad water and electricity tent site 117 site but there was no grass just dirt and dust. It is not quiet you have all this atv racing more than 10mph in the property even after 10pm.

When we got there the facility was clean and nice. A large church group came and started to vandalize the bathrooms and no care was kept the rest of the week. Every time we visited the restrooms there was zero toilet paper, the shower stalls were filthy and not once were any of them cleaned. It was disappointing and we will not be coming back. Your rates are way too high for that.

The quiet hours are not enforced and should be. We had the site right next to us yelling and fighting after 10 pm and the site behind us chopping wood at 1130 pm. We were hoping someone working at the koa would come say something but no one did.

We enjoyed it a lot. The only issue we had was the shower curtains, some are short and water splashes all over the floor. If you had the right size the bathrooms would be a lot cleaner.

This is clearly one of the best KOAs we've ever stayed at. Lots to do. Great service. Beautiful place. Our puppy made several new friends in the dog park. We would definitely stay here again and already have referred this KOA to our son, who will likely stay there soon.

Fantastic camp sites with privacy fence and rubber mulch. Tons of family fun the rain was a big hit. Bathrooms were newer and pretty clean. Very friendly staff. Thank you.

We sincerely enjoyed our stay at the Bear Lake/Marina Side KOA. The site as a whole was very nice and appeared to be well maintained. We enjoyed a lot of the amenities including the pool area and also the bike rentals. The enclosed tent sites were quite nice and the use of rubber mulch was appreciated from a sense of softness when stepping on it but then also when staking the tent to the ground.

This is one of the best KOAs we've ever been to. Super clean and many amenities for the whole family. Mini golf, playground, bikes, dog park, swimming pool, wifi, fire pits and very nice outdoor furniture.
