We got a spot that looked like it had recently been torn up- very dusty dirty. Then it rained and we were in a complete mud hole. No grass - but yet we were told not to park on the one chunk that was there. Older lady in the office was rude. Others were great! We usually stay at trail side. We will go back there. Much better spots- well taken care of. Actual grass, nit just little

We stayed here alot last year and it was amazing. This year was much different. The staff is less friendly and not full of energy or helpful. The activities were only on the weekends and the train was only 1 time. It use to be every evening at like 5pm or something. Also, I was told the playground was getting all new equipment (last fall). Came back and it's still the same. Disappointing

The park was nice a little tight, but the water hook ups leaked and it was wet underneath my trailer the whole time and the one next to me was leaking also.. They just need to fix those repairs so it’s not so swampy and stinky.

Interesting layout with alternating spots where you face a neighbor but built with enough offset that this actually works really well. Lots of other spots with privacy fences. We liked it! Great staff!

We stayed in site 92. This site is new with a concrete patio, table and chairs, and tent area that we did not need or use. This site has no shade. The water tap leaked, but was useable. The activities and play areas were great.

the staff was very nice and the groundskeeper was great picking up our trash bags. But, this place needs some more maintenance and TLC. Our RV spot (& most spots) the grass was mostly nonexistent. The gravel and rocks were all over, needed to be raked back into place. The mini-golf is in rough shape. Our family loves the amenities but it’s expensive for the quality we’re getting these days.

I was kind of disappointed which the campground has been change alot. I did not like too many fence and spa around camping ground. Also, too many cabins. The swimming pool is so cold. You should have put the solars on roof to heat the pool. I did not really enjoy camping there.

For our first time in Bear Lake our campsite wad amazing. We loved the spa site. A hot tub to watch sunsets in, a grill to help with cooking, nice grass area in the site for playing games. Big, we'll groomed firepit area. Our only issue was another camper who brought 3 dogs. They barked an awful lot in the morning and at night. The mini golf was fun. My son loved the slingshot bike rental.

Nice KOA, great location--but, I was given a spot that was so cramped I could reach out of slide out window and touch the slide out in adjacent site, despite lots of other open similar type sites. The sewer hole was also situated so far from the power box and towards the front of the campsite that I had to purchase a sewer line extension to reach it, and I've been using RV parks for 10+ years.

Manager changed our reservation without notifying us. He didn’t apologize and was aggressive toward me when I pointed out the fact that he caused the problem. I was very surprised that KOA would employ someone with so little customer service skills.

We really liked the camp site that we had. The activities for the kids were fun they enjoyed all the activities but the pool, the water is way too cold, the pool needs to be heated and the hot tub wasnt hot at all. The bath houses were really nice.

Our stay was great. The problem was I paid the extra money to have two spots together and that did not happen so that was very disappointing for me.

We paid extra and specifically booked a kind of site and when we got there they had changed their system which now lumped the type of site I booked as a regular patio site which was a downgrade. The GM said the site we booked is all taken and we were stuck in the downgrade. He belittled me for being upset about it and offered us a “discount” which made us pay the amount everyone else paid for

We were in a 5th wheel and the campsites were amazing. However my daughter and her family were in a cabin and the public bathrooms and showers were filthy so they ended up using our bathroom all weekend. They were very disappointed. For the cost I feel like the bathrooms should be taken care of better.

Very disappointed that the swimming pool was so cold and that events were canceled due to weather even though the weather cleared up in the afternoon. Paid a lot of money for those amenities to be unusable. The mini golf course is in dire need of upkeep.

Did not escort us the the site, which lead to confusion. The sprinklers were left on with huge over spray area. Everything in the back of my truck was soaked. Never saw a clean bathroom. One bathroom had no paper for two days. Lobe the area I hope to come back, but will not be staying at this KOA.

Great place for kids! Lots of play areas, pool, pickleball, and miniature golf. Safe. Many mature trees. Sites are relatively easy to position trailer. Grocery store next door. Close to the marina and central area of Garden City. Pleasant staff. I've only stayed at one KOA before. We usually stay at state parks or BLM campgrounds where there is more space and less costly. Could use more TLC.

Mostly it is really good. I was a bit disappointed because in previous years when we requested to camp near family members they were so helpful and accommodating but this time they wanted to charge money to “lock in” spots and they only could get 2 of us together… I think because of this we will do oar bnb next time but it is great if your traveling alone!

Absolutely love the campground. All of the employees we interacted with were super nice and helpful. The gate into the Ace/Mike's parking lot is very convenient and helpful, hopefully it stays. The only thing I would change is making the camp spots less dusty. I suggest graveling them, or putting down rubber chips like are in playgrounds.

This KOA has so much to do. We were never bored. My only issues were with the pool. The lack of shade was hard.Not one umbrella or canopy or tree. And the little wading pool was full of dead bugs. Petty I know. Other than that it was so fun

First, let me start by saying that the staff at Bear Lake KOA this year are amazing. There's a fresh, friendly vibe from everyone who works there, and I'm very impressed! My only complaint is that the park could use some improvements, particularly with the roads and spots. I think it's time to switch to asphalt, as the gravel and mud aren't ideal, especially when you're paying upwards of $100.

This was our 2nd stay at Bear Lake/ Marina and just like our 1st stay it was wonderful. We have already booked for next year. Love the staff, from office to maintenance they are great

The only concern were the campfires that blew smoke into our RV almost constantly. Also the pictures on your site makes one beleive that the park is on the lake!! It is not and there is no beach access handy. Several people we met expressed the same misconception. You should accurately portray the RV park surroundings. the service and cleanliness was great!

My first KOA experience. Coming from Canada, I wasn't sure what to expect. The facilities were immaculate. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of amenities. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

My family and I loved the cab! Super comfortable. Small, but spacious. First impression couldn't have been better, everything beautiful, clean and working well. Few feet from the lake. Only two downsides in the cab are in the bathroom, related to the shower. The water will get cold after three or four minutes in the shower and the curtain lets water go through in the upper part, which makes you have to clean it later.
