My cabin was clean and internet service much better than expected. My sister's cabin had scattered dog hair. My daughter's cabin had bed bugs which caused a terrible rash causing her to leave early. I will not be back to KOA until dog owners choose to leave dogs at home or choose elsewhere to camp. Dogs pooping and barking throughout the camp. Awful.

Kids loved all the activities available. Cabin was clean, although it had funny smell when first arriving- cleaning smell??? Other than that the showers/bathrooms were great!

The cabin was great but the bathrooms always seem to be dirty. There were a few that were out of hand soap my entire stay and one that was out of paper towels.

I was over charged by $198 Joann said it was because of the new owners, and that it was my fault because I scheduled it a year in advance. So if it is going to cost me $198 more next year we will not be staying. the bathrooms by are cabin were are all closed but one. They even asked if anyone could help fix the bathrooms. Nice area just not organized, or friendly.

We had so much fun. So many things for the kids to do in the campground. We had a fan in the cabin that was super loud and they fixed it within hours of being notified.

We have talked this place up every year but was dissatisfied this time. When I said something didn’t feel they cared much. My opinion only the place is getting run down. I know help is hard to find but I feel the help was not utilized in the right way and response was a bit rude. They cared more about up coming KOA inspection than customers concerns. May not be back for a while but you are busy

The staff was extremely helpful. Even when we needed to leave early, they were still so helpful. We loved having lots of other families that we knew staying there too. The community is fantastic and the location is fabulous.

It was fine. Cons: Lots of dust. Trucks race through the campground with no thought of all the kids playing. Play areas have little shade so they are basically useless most of the day. Pool was cloudy. Pros: the location was beautiful. Camp kitchen was very useful. Mikes market next door was awesome and had a wonderful coffee shop. Quiet hours were observed.

Being run under new management, the staff in the office are not friendly. Bathrooms are constantly a mess. Majority of the time there was either no hand soap or no toilet paper. We were overcharged from the price that we had originally reserved The cabins for. The only reason I gave this place three stars is because my son loves it here. There are so many kids and he loves it.

Very pleasant stay, but the Cabin that they offered us for 9 people, is a lie. There is only one comfortable queen bed! The mattress of the sofa bed is horrible, you cannot sleep there, because you feel the springs of the sofa, and the three mattresses that they have in the loft, are a shame, there really is no way to sleep with pleasure, or without getting a great Back pain. It's a theft!

A lot of the bathrooms were out of order and Johann in the front desk was mean when I was requesting a refund because I was over charged.

We had an amazing stay at the Bear Lake KOA. There are so many activities for kids and families, our favorites were the mini golf course, play ground and panning for rocks. Our cabin was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is that the bathrooms and showers weren’t as clean as I would prefer. Otherwise we had an amazing stay.

We had a great time. The amenities were fantastic. There was plenty to keep kids and adults busy and entertained. We loved the activities put on each day (rock painting, nature scavenger hunt, etc.) My only suggestion would be to make sure the trash in the bathhouse bathrooms located in the middle of camp was taken out more frequently. It was often overflowing. But overall our stay was fantastic!

It was a perfect place for our family reunion. There were a lot of things for the kids to do and it was close to local shops and restaurants. The cabin was clean and there was plenty of room to spread out. It was a great place to make new memories.

Everything was great. I thought that my deluxe cabin came with a hot tub. But it didn't. Also the TV in the bedroom could not pick up a signal. So I wasn't able to watch any TV in the room.

I had dogs and was super surprised by the lack of etiquette of other dog owners. I recommend adding tie down spots for dogs and creating a short list of being a good neighbor (more than leash them). If either exist make them more accessible - obviously few got the memo.

Very enjoyable stay, nice accommodations. However allowing pets in the cabins leaves dog hair that just doesn’t get removed. Our couch couldn’t be used without covering it because of pet hair. The cabin next to us had three dogs, excessive. It will be nice when trees can provide some shade to cabins on the south side. Fun for our grandkids. Thank you

The campground was a great place for kids. In fact, there were kids everywhere we looked. Loved it. We stayed in a cabin(304) and strongly suggest some small additions. There needs to be hooks on the bedroom and bathroom walls and a shelf in the bathroom for the towels so the bench can be sat on. The kitchen needs some hot pads and a toaster. I would recommend this campground to anyone.

The bed had a broken plank so it was a bit uncomfortable none of the bathrooms had dial in then it if there was soap it was watered down.

Week have stayed here 3 times and have had a great experience each time. We love the activities for kids and camp cleanliness. However, the Rec Room has never been open during any of the 3 times we've stayed (over the past 4 years). It would be nice if it was available.

For the most part it was a good stay. We had a couple of issues. First the air conditioner in our cabin did not work it would only blow out hot air. Second the water heater wasn’t very reliable. Sometimes the hot water would last 15 minutes sometimes it would only last 5 minutes which made it very hard as a family of 4 to shower.

Easy booking, super friendly staff, very clean and had yummy chocolates waiting for us. The bed in our delux cabin was so comfortable and so many pillows.. I almost wouldn't leave the bed to go to the lake it was so cozy. Wood delivery to site, garbage pickup every morning. They even offered us 50% off an extra night. This is one of our favorite places to come and it is always such an amazing experience, Thank you so much❤️

This is one of the best KOAs we've ever been to. Super clean and many amenities for the whole family. Mini golf, playground, bikes, dog park, swimming pool, wifi, fire pits and very nice outdoor furniture.
