We appreciated the daily trash pickup, that if we needed more supplies that were provided they were quickly responded too. We did find that the refrigerator door shelves were missing which was very disappointing. The dish and silverware numbers did not match the list provided and the rocking chair on the porch needs repair and the hot tub cover is water logged and needs replacing. Cabin K508

The cost goes up every year but the qauality goes down every year. It's too expensive to sleep in a shed. It's cooler outside then in their ac cabins. It is dirty. The bsthrooms are dirty and gross. Poor customer service. They put thier key on a key ring that makes it easy to loose. They do not keep up with their grounds. No where to put garbage.

We had a great stay at the KOA! The campground is super close to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the water. The bathrooms were very clean, and the staff was kind and always ready to help. We also loved that their operating hours were convenient and went late. The gift shop was awesome—lots of cool stuff! All the amenities were well-maintained, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed in K03, next to the bathroom. It was clean and perfect for sleeping. Next to it was an A/C unit that ran all the time for the bathroom next door. It was really loud. As a Mechanical Engineer, I suggest several things that would solve this problem: 1. Get a new unit that is quite ($400) 2. Install a simple sound barrier box around it ($200) 3. Install a sound barrier fence ($100).

We have stayed at this KOA for 20+ years. We reserved many cabins in early 2024 based on one tent being pitched with each cabin. Apparently there are new owners, and NO TENTS. It would have been nice to be told before we came. The man enforcing the rules was SO RUDE to us. The office changed their mind and said we could have one, but the rude man came back and said the office doesn't make the rule

It used to be better before new management took over. A few examples: - The sidewall on the new firepits are too high. You can't cook a marshmallow without your marshmallow falling off. - All the activities that require gear (e.g. mini golf, ping pong, corn hole, etc) can't be played after 6pm, when the rental shop closes. So at night, nothing is available.

Friendly staff. Great location. Overall well maintained. Only ask would be to check on and clean the showers / bathroom more often especially during busy weekends as they facilities were messy and need to dry and be aired out to prevent concerns of slipping and contamination.

Staff is friendly. Facilities are clean. When you have the option to bring your own linens, (and probably if you don’t) bring a memory foam mattress pad. The beds in Cabin 9 were horrible. After the holiday weekend, I will need to see a chiropractor.

This was our 7th year in a row that we have had our family reunion at Bear Lake/Marina KOA. And we reserved for next year already. We rent a few cabins next to each other, It is very family friendly, We enjoy the pool, pickleball courts, mini golf, singing around the campfire, hikes, raspberry shakes close by, the grocery store next door, and the lake.

The cabin was nice, but there was no grass to play ball with my son's kids. Too many RVs, very crowded. This is just not our style.

We had a great stay! Our cabin was very clean, gas bbq and firepit were great to have right at our site, the campground was very well maintained, great amenities- pool, playground, mini-golf, bike rental and kid's mining- we enjoyed it all! It has a great camp store, and is located right by a nice grocery store and very close to restaurants, and lake access. Would definitely stay here again!

Changes made during the past year are fantastic! Service is excellent and staff are friendly and helpful. We love our annual trip to this KOA. Cabins are clean and well stocked. Keep up the great work

Love the set up of the cabin and the patio was great add! Toilet float continued to get stuck and the bathroom lights would trip the breaker. We didn't have any kids with us, but there were nice amenities for the younger generation. Very nice location with a supermarket close by.

It was great as always. We were disappointed on how early the activities closed. I understand the fact they have to be checked out but having to be there before 430 and be back by 600 is too early. Cabin was good.

We were not given the area or cabin type we asked for. There were left over juice bottles under our bed from a previous stay. We were not aware that we had to put a deposit on a particular spot. Camping cabin was not clean.

Really didn't want to rate this low but we went a whole day without water in our cabin. Couldn't use the bathroom or take a shower. They didn't offer us compensation. Didn't apologize. We paid for a deluxe cabin so we can have our own bathroom. We shouldn't need to go to the guest bathrooms. Also one lady working at the bike rentals was very rude and yelled at my 4 year old twice.

We enjoyed the site overall. The only thing we wished the site had was its own hot tub but they have certain spots with one. The location was great, so convenient. The cabin was great for the weekend. There were a couple minor issues with broken things like the paper towels holder screw came out, a wiggly faucet handle and a screw missing on one pot handle.

We stayed in a cabin with a kitchen. It was nice to have the option to save some money on food. The full fridge was nice. The shower was wonderful, with great water pressure. Beds were comfortable and clean. Convenient location, lots of great activities, bike rentals are great and reasonably priced, quiet hours were respected, pool is great, overall, a wonderful experience.

Nuestra estadia fue muy comoda, cojimos una cabbin para 4 personas sin baño pero realmente no fue necesario ya que los baños comunales fueron limpios comodos con agua caliente, la cabbin y todas las amenidades muy bonitas, esta muy cerca de un mini market asi que se puede comprar desde leña hasta comestibles.

Wonderful location with amazing facilities. The kids loved the mini golf and lawn chess. I loved being able to do the dishes at the campers kitchen… so much easier than at the site. The bathrooms and showers were always so clean. The AC in the cabin was AMAZING. We will definitely be back, with friends.

Everyone at the campground is awesome. Particularly a shout out to Derrick. We had a few things come up while we were there and he made sure that we were taken care of very quickly. He is awesome.

it's just okay, you would think stay in a deluxe cabin would be nice and spacious. It was small and cramped. I could open the door and hop into bed. The A/C could not keep it cool. For the same 2 days at $550. I could have stayed in a 3-bedroom 2 bath Airbnb condo for that price. and been directly on the beach. I would NEVER stay there again. overrated and overpriced.

We had a blast! Site #61 is beyond what we expected. Has its own pavilion with a nice table and chairs. Everyone was so kind and hard working will be coming back annually!!

My first KOA experience. Coming from Canada, I wasn't sure what to expect. The facilities were immaculate. The location was great. Walking distance to a lot of amenities. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

My family and I loved the cab! Super comfortable. Small, but spacious. First impression couldn't have been better, everything beautiful, clean and working well. Few feet from the lake. Only two downsides in the cab are in the bathroom, related to the shower. The water will get cold after three or four minutes in the shower and the curtain lets water go through in the upper part, which makes you have to clean it later.
