The amenities are great, the food is amazing, everything is clean and well maintained. Your general manager is dismissive, rude and has no respect at all for the patrons of the park. Not only will I not recommend, but I will also warn every travel nurse in every travel group I am on to avoid -- it is very clear that the park caters to short term ONLY.

Easy to get to/from Highway 99. Fast check-in. The place is clean and tidy. I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at the Crest Restaurant (shrimp scampi).

Site 207 has a lot of road noise during the night. A site closer to the back would have been less noisy. Other than that the park was great.

We had a great and much needed time away from the hustle and bustle of life...so enjoyed the spot you gave us and enjoyed eating at the Crest Bar and Grill several times. The bathrooms and showers are so clean and we appreciate that aspect as well. We will be back when the weather warms up a bit! Staff is so friendly and efficient! Always enjoy being there and the full moon was a huge plus!

Extended stay inmates are treated as inmates subjected to so many rules with threats of removal if not compliance, even if you’re in compliance. Could go on forever with all the rules. Over my last month there I witnessed the place go from full to about 50% due to all the restrictions. Never again for this KOA regular.

Friendly staff. The escort to the site was a pleasant surprise. Well maintained site and the bathroom/showers were very clean. It was a cold and rainy evening, so the heated bathrooms and hot showers were wonderful! We took advantage of the restaurant on-site for dinner after a long drive. Large servings, reasonably priced. and friendly folks.

Our Stay was wonderful. We enjoyed all that this Koa had to offer. Everyone was Wonderful and we look forward to coming back. Every aspect of what you had to offer was awesome. The Insight Restaurant was fantastic and the Service was Perfect.. Again thank you..

So sorry to see that this RV park sold out to KOA, Used to be one of our favorites but we will never stay here again. Prices went way up and some things have been removed. To many others in Bakersfield to choose from. SO sad!

For a single overnight stay, was not able to use restaurant, pool or other amenities. Office staff friendly and helpful, and escort to pull through spot appreciated. Pull-through spaces close together, but OK for overnight stay. Park is quiet and secure.

This is always our favorite KOA. We travel up and down the state of California KOA Bakersfield is a clean, safe campground for us to pull off the road and rest! The Crest restaurant on site is an added bonus! Awesome food and friendly staff!

This is by far the worst KOA Campground we have ever stayed at.... and we have traveled back and forth across the country, from California to Key West! The staff was rude and appeared to be under the influence and the grounds had dog poop everywhere! Additionally, the TRAIN goes by all night long and since the campground sits right on the track, you hear it loud and clear! Stay elsewhere...

It is ok for an overnight/weekend stay but that’s it. The manager, Cheri, is very rude that it is guaranteed she will ruin your time. The campground was full when we got there in November of full timers and families and was a ghost town when we left in January and in this lifestyle, we all talk and it was all because of management. Discriminate against full timers and families.

Had a breakdown on our car that required AAA to come give a jump start. The Rv park would not allow AAA road service to provide service on their property because they stated liability insurance could not be provided. We were left stranded. AAA us a national road service company. KOA needs to change their policy on allowing motorists the ability to have help when on KOA property. Dissatisfied.

I usually come in very late but everything is so well organized that it's very easy for me to check myself in. I don't like writing my credit card information on the envelopes. I actually had someone use my card information to pay for their stay at a KOA, so I usually try to pay cash if I come in too late. I arrived near 1am and was just too tired to fill out the envelope and pay in advance.

The staff are very pleasant, professional and helpful. Park was very clean. Staff were out everyday working on the parking, ensuring the park was clean and greeting the visitors. Can hear the trains from the park. Good place to eat in the park and around the park.

Nice facility, friendly people. Only downside is the general noise level, with the campground right beside two major roads, a car dealership, and the train tracks.

Other than the price it was about as nice as it gets for an RV park. Internet was so-so and the lots were pretty close together. Not a lot of nature around. But it is pretty much in the city. If you need the amenities and you're not afraid to pay a little it is a good park.

Stayed here twice in a month, and both stays were good. Space was level with a nice concrete patio and picknic table. Easy access and close to shopping. Clean bathroom and pool. Laundromat had too many non working machines.
