We can’t believe how the RV park has went downhill in the year. It’s not maintained like it was. The showers was dirty and the hot water is warm not hot like it was. The grass is all stickers now and not mowed. We are very disappointed ����

We have stayed here before and it was great. This time was ok. The office staff were wonderful, the pool was nice and clean. However, he grounds were not well taken care of. Lots of weeds and dead grass through out the park. Nothing trimmed or kept up. We stay here because we love the Crest Restaurant but it has now been permanently closed. I know that it is not the KOA’s fault.

This is a nice KOA. Facilities are clean and modern. Bathrooms are some of the nicest we've seen in a KOA. The staff is professional and made us feel welcome! We've got a few trips back planned already!

Great stay, staff is friendly. Pool and hot tub were very relaxing. Manager works to hard. She is an awesome person. Will definitely return.

We have stayed with you quite often over the last several years. Our latest visit was disappointing, the maintenance of the grounds is not to the KOA standards we are used to. Some sites with weeds covering the gravel pads, our site lawn care was pretty much ignored. Really sad to see the restaurant closed, I know it was always a big draw to us as well as our RV friends.

We have stayed several times over the years and this will be the last time. The grass around the sites are full of weeds and stickers and could not let our dogs out at our site. Site maintenance appears to be hit or miss at best and the tree at our site was dead or dying.

It was awesome night staying with KOA Bakersfield. The staff was friendly and help in sharing the best restaurant in town with us and the facility is clean and the camp site is well maintained.

We have been staying at this property 2-4 times per year since it originally opened. It once was a great place to stay but sadly has deteriorated and the decline has become most apparent since becoming a KOA. The staff is still friendly, but the facilities are unkept, especially the individual sites and the fitness center. Still convenient but no longer on my recommended list.

We stayed here for many years (2 times a year between CA & AZ. We always reserve a pull thru in the farthest row from the entrance & asked for that location. We arrived after 6 pm, retrieved our site # from the outside box and were surprised to be assigned #117 which is designed for a car pulling a trailer as the rear pedestal was not close to our hookups and a tree interferred with front door.

The driving reason for staying at the Bakersfield park was Crest Grill and Restaurant. Having permanently closed. The park showing age and poorly maintained. I will not book a stay again. It’s apparent KOA is relying on passed 5 star ratings and not inspecting franchises through out the country. Looking at other competitors.

The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The overall appearance of this KOA has declined probably due to short staffing. It seems they are trying to keep up with landscaping tasks but need more help. We will be back.

The sites need some cleaning up, not a good impression when the back row of sites have weeds two feet high. The bathrooms are descent but could use a good deep cleaning. The dog area is an afterthought. The staff is extremely friendly.

Your landscaping was once very nice. Your palm trees need to be trimmed. They are awful!

Wonderful KOA. We camped in a tent at site #23 and loved it. The bathrooms and shower rooms were so nice and clean. We loved the pool and hot tub. If I could make one suggestion, please add chaise lounge chairs to the pool area. That would be a wonderful addition. Thanks for the nice stay.

Wei have been coming to this koa for many years. And we're very disappointed in the condition of this park, weeds everywhere, overgrown trees. Our favorite part was a restaurant that is no longer there. Until things improve, we will not be coming back

We’ve been stopping here for years. It has deteriorated. Weeds everywhere and our dogs got covered in burs. The Crest is closed. We won’t be coming back.

Sad the restaurant is closed. People in site next to us had over 10 guests and were loud until midnight. No security no response from park.

Been coming for 18 yrs. Never again. Park was empty and grass turned to weeds. We loved the Crest Bar & Grill, the biggest draw at the park, is no more. Gone.

We were very disappointed in KOA Bakersfield. Restaurant is closed…we always ate there. Landscaping was poorly maintained. Site had trash and cigarette butts everywhere. Need to have owners who CARE! We will not be returning; there are other nice RV places nearby.

Great pool. Shop does not open before 9.30 a.m. No lids for the coffee to go. Very strict personnel.

This is a huge rv park. Lots of amenities. The laundry room is like its own laundromat & the best I've seen at a KOA. Nice office. If you go for a back-in site you'll have more shade. Most of the pull-throughs don't offer much shade. Hookups worked properly. Picnic table. Sites are an alright size. This was an overnight stop so not sure on what you'd do in the area. And this is Bakersfield lol. There's a gate so it feels safe.

First impressions, this place is gorgeous! Very clean, all the grass is green and mowed. No weeds, lots of trees for a little shade. The manager was very nice and professional. We felt very relaxed at this place. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Not all KOA's are this nice, this one is a Gem. I will probably book her again when I travel rhis way home.
