Staff was great on check in. There text system kept us informed of work being done on the property. The site was nice and they were able to help with our situation

The park seems like it is suffering. Last November, I noted a broken fan housing in the men’s bathroom was making a loud noise. Still broken in April. Floors in the bathroom are slick and slippery; dangerous for older folks. Many of the lights around the park were not working. We will try the other RV park in town on our next trip.

Great customer service, as late arrivals we were really pleased with the ease of loading our site and getting set up simply with the map and driving diagram left for us at the office.

Clean and well maintained campsites. Staff was polite and helpful. Loved that there was an off leash dog area. The restaurant was good as well.

The staff throughout park were absolutely fantastic - very helpful and warm. Price was so reasonable I stayed 4 extra nights. Sites were perfect - clean and level with convenient connections. Laundry facilities were clean and well equipped. Didn't use showers or gym but would have met my needs. Loved the on-site restaurant. Frequent doggy stations throughout park. Camp K9 big but a long walk

We are just stopping on our way south, but this koa is definitely on our Favorites list. The facilities are the best, staff is friendly and helpful, and sites are roomy. We liked the restaurant and the bathrooms were very nice. We would definitely recommend it.

Although it was just an overnight stay Bakersfield Journey was beautiful with locations spread out and spaces felt more like a Holiday than the typical Journey look and feel. Definitely will return again.

After a long drive it was a pleasure to arrive at this beautiful campground. The facilities were first rate and the lots a good size with lots of trees and greenery. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this KOA. My only complaint would be the loud trains but you can't do anything about that!

Good location. Quiet-little road noise. Sites needs grading as many are not very level- many RVs were using blocks as were we.

The park is nice and very well kept. But it's not walkable to anything. There are some decent road bike routes around. Not too much to do in the immediate area.

Clean, secure, with more than you could ask for as at any RV park. The dog park is in a great tucked away place... that is least offensive to others... and makes great use of space that is not useable for anything else. Park has extra tall solid block walls at the back... great trees throughout. I visited 4 nights and this KOA had plenty of room for others. WIFI worked great!

Clean safe place to stop to break up the trip. Restaurant is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a great meal and cocktail. Angelina is the greatest waitress/bartender ever!

Bakerfields KOA is the perfect place to stop on our to or from our fall/winter in Goodyear, AZ. Nice and quiet, friendly employees. But, I do miss the cookies back when you were a RV Resort.

This is a huge rv park. Lots of amenities. The laundry room is like its own laundromat & the best I've seen at a KOA. Nice office. If you go for a back-in site you'll have more shade. Most of the pull-throughs don't offer much shade. Hookups worked properly. Picnic table. Sites are an alright size. This was an overnight stop so not sure on what you'd do in the area. And this is Bakersfield lol. There's a gate so it feels safe.

First impressions, this place is gorgeous! Very clean, all the grass is green and mowed. No weeds, lots of trees for a little shade. The manager was very nice and professional. We felt very relaxed at this place. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Not all KOA's are this nice, this one is a Gem. I will probably book her again when I travel rhis way home.
