Your campground is the best I have ever stayed. It is well run like a 5 star hotel. Everything worked and it was so pleasant. I would definitely stay there again

The park was clean and well maintained. I was frustrated by the pool closing so early. It doesn't seem reasonable that the pool would close at 8:00 p.m. when the sun is still up and it was well over 100 degrees.

Great park, very clean, large camp sites. Restaurant is wonderful. Complaints are 113 degrees and the lock the gate to the pool at 8pm when its still over 100 degrees outside. Also sprinklers and hard water destroyed the both sides of Class A, seems like more water got on my coach than the lawn. Will return hope they can get the sprinklers fixed.

We loved staying at the Bakersfield KOA Journey Campground. This is a very clean and well maintained campground. Each site has a concrete slab, grass area and picnic table. All of the amenities make this a campground that we will recommend and stay at again and again. Thank you, Bakersfield KOA, for maintaining a wonderful travel distination.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. All areas were very clean and maintained. New to the motorhome lifestyle and to being a KOA member and we are definitely hoping all KOA sites are similar to this one. Restaurant on site was a major plus.

Stayed just one night on our way from Laughlin to Tuolumne. Such a beautiful RV park. The sites are surprising spacious, the bathrooms and showers are wonderful and the grounds are well maintained. The laundry was good also though there were several washers and dryers that were out of order. The pool and spa were being treated while we were there, so no opinion possible. They did look nice.

We stayed at the Bakersfield KOA for a night while breaking up a long drive home. We were very pleased with how clean the facilities were, the friendly staff, and the on-site restaurant (Crest Bar and Grill) where the food was great!

One of the best KOAs I've stayed at. Streaming capable WIFI (NETFLIX etc). Clean gounds. Well-equipped exercise room.

We were just there for an overnight, but we love this campground. Have stayed a couple of times now and it’s always very nice and clean. We also love the on sight restaurant. Would love for more KOA’s to have that amenity. Thanks for a great stay.

The campground was nice and clean, however being one of the higher priced campgrounds in Bakersfield not having tv or Wi-Fi it is not worth the stay. Several other Campgrounds are better in Bakersfield.

2 hours after we had set up we notice a infestation of ants near our door. I when to the office to get help to treat the area. The office staff member told me there was no-one on duty who could take care of my problem.. She offered to move us but since I had already set up I did not want to move. Since your staff would not fix the problem I boiled some water and poured it on the ants. Poor service

It was just nights but very enjoyable and relaxing. The RV camp grounds were clean and well kept. The restaurant on site was very good and the staff at the RV office and restaurant were very nice and friendly.

Level space, concrete sidewalks. Clean. Large dog run. The only negative is that there is a post right next to the utilities about 4 ft high. One of the slides hit the post and put a pretty good ding in it.

this is one of the best koa resorts i have stayed at. very clean campgrounds, immaculate showers and restrooms, the staff are very courteous and accomadating. The resturant has the best food by non from all the koa's i have stayed at. the only thing i would add as a negative is the you need to put a light or solar light above the womans restroom so they can see the key pad, it is dark there.

This was the nicest RV Park we’ve stayed at! We’ve been camping for 16 years! Restaurant was phenomenal food and service! All facilities were excellent!

We're harassed when we got there 2days so obviously you didn't want us there so we left. The first day we didn't park correctly according to our neighbor. Your driver who directed us to the spot should have stayed there and directed us instead He just took right off. The next day he also accused my husband of trying to work on his Vehicle he was putting a tool away he said my usband had Attitude!

Needed a place to stay over night. This koa was clean, quiet, and friendly front desk crew. And escort person. I will return when iam in that area. Thanks Bakersfield KOA

Standard RV park. Close spaces. Our electrical outlet had a massive spider infestation in it. There is a nice restaurant on site that is open til 8pm.
