Convenient location, friendly staff. Didn’t really access facilities because I was not in need of them. A little pricey for on nights stay but limited availability of places to plug in around that area…but with the temps, it was worth it!

We love the Crest Bar & Grill. We have noticed the park landscape work needs upgrading. Some lawn is dead, some not mowed, other areas very nice.

We had a low coolant light come on as we parked our rig at KOA . Did research on who could fix it on a Sunday. We found a mobile tech who was willing to come over. Cherie would not let him in to the park . We found out later there was an approved list of repair techs that Cherie didn’t even offer us. She was rude, unhelpful & just wanted to repeat the rules & charged.. we’ll NEVER stay there

Was not informed that this KOA has special places for non RVs. I was treated like a less than desirable camper. I was told to keep my site tidy like I was some vagrant. I've stayed in KOAs at various places all over this country and never felt like second class campers at any of them until now.

Clean, spacious, and friendly staff. The restaurant on premises is great and accommodating. The playground is great for young kids. The grounds feel safe and always well kept.

My husband and I come to this KOA twice a year. The Staff were very friendly and able to help us with all of our questions. For what our needs and expectations are this KOA is perfect. If I had 1 request to better the experience it would be to mow and water the grassy areas. We will see you all in September on our way home!

Staff is good, so is restaurant on site. RV sites are poor or below average. All sites are plain dirt no gravel and many more than half have weeds growing in the dirt sites. Since koa took over I haven’t seen any improvements to any of the RV sites except three now have table and chairs and patio cover

Not a family friendly park. Older camp hosts were rude and looking for something or some one to pick on. No rug or shoe mat can be on the ground in front of your rv steps. Grass has picky stickers in it and gets in rv without a mat. Not a fun park

All we remember about this place was it was hot and dusty. The campground was nice, for being downtown. Clean and well kept.The laundry machines were a bit older but still working (I am a retired appliance repair tech). The staff was friendly and very helpful.

It was 100 degrees outside and the pool was closed. The Crest has a great staff and reasonable prices.

Crest Restaurant was awesome great food. Park needs maintenance repair electrical wiring in playground area, some rv sites had dead grass. Staff was great and friendly

we have stayed there for years but it has really been run down. we got up thursday morning and the Gardners ran there tractor right through the camp sight that is 70% dirt now every thing was covered in dirt. its too bad .

This is a lovely KOA, the bathrooms were spotless and the grounds were very well kept. The pool area was also very clean. I only struck one star because its location wasn't my favorite, but it is very well run. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for a quick overnight. It was clean and quiet at night. We had no issues and since we checked in after hours we didn’t interact with anyone. We would come back.

Pretty sad to see all the grass is dead. The grounds used to be really nice and now they have been neglected.

We stop here on our way to Arizona. This was the 2nd time here. I gave it 4 because the spa needed a new 30 dollar switch. That should have been replaced as soon as it broke. Nice store. We haven't tried the restaurant.

Nice place to stay! I might suggest a little better attention to maintenance as the hot tub was not working properly. Other than that, the grounds are kept up very well. Staff was very friendly.

Our stay was just ok. I don’t understand why we are all parked on top of each other when the park offers 215 spots and it appears only approximately 25% of the spots were filled. Sadly grass is dying or dead in a lot of the spots.

Clean grounds, easy pull-through sites, friendly staff, and good food at the on-site, air-conditioned restaurant makes this a convenient over-night stop during our RV travels from and back to the Central Coast.

Very friendly staff, both inside and around the campground. First time we've ever had someone guide us to our site and we're only in a class b. Make sure your AC is working because in mid-May is was 90 something. The back wall area where we stayed had the most shade and trees. Didn't use the pool but it was beautiful. Clean bathrooms and showers. Restaurant on site and they give a coupon.

We always use this campground when heading from Sacramento to LA. It is well maintained with many amenities and one of the best being the Cafe. The staff is helpful and friendly and it is a great location.

This park is excellent. Very clean, helpful staff, and great amenities. I stay here once a month and especially enjoy the "Crest" restaurant. Great food and staff.

I was very unhappy about the dead grass and burrs on the ground. All the dogs were constantly getting the burrs in their fur.

This is a huge rv park. Lots of amenities. The laundry room is like its own laundromat & the best I've seen at a KOA. Nice office. If you go for a back-in site you'll have more shade. Most of the pull-throughs don't offer much shade. Hookups worked properly. Picnic table. Sites are an alright size. This was an overnight stop so not sure on what you'd do in the area. And this is Bakersfield lol. There's a gate so it feels safe.

First impressions, this place is gorgeous! Very clean, all the grass is green and mowed. No weeds, lots of trees for a little shade. The manager was very nice and professional. We felt very relaxed at this place. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Not all KOA's are this nice, this one is a Gem. I will probably book her again when I travel rhis way home.
