Just so-so. Don’t like the sand/dirt sites. It sticks to shoes & carries everything into the coach.

Very nice place clean and well kept, has a restaurant and weight room . The site's are roomy. I only had one staff that belittle me, but not enough to ruin my 2 day stay, everyone was friendly. Worth a 5 stars �

Before KOA took over there were cookies, oranges and dog treats at check in. The restaurant was open at 8am for breakfast before you hit the road. Cable was taken out and the rates have increased. When traveling we want the local news for weather and travel conditions. Disappointed.

Came in after hours, was given gate code but no need since it was wide open, which didn’t make things feel as secure. Showers and gym were nice. We were very disappointed the pool was closed and no indication why..

Rate increased to $79 and you get less. Cable TV was eliminated. No longer serving breakfast. The site are a mess. Will not return.

Unbelievable such a highly rated facility has no cable. I came back after 5 months fully expecting the issue would be resolved. It was not.

Just stayed 1 night but it was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to chat with. Pool was clean , playground was nice for my kids, and the dog run was nice.

One of our favorite RV resorts. It has everything you need, except cable, which is still out after many months. The Crest Restaurant is wonderful, as always. Intenet was crazy fast!

We have stayed here many times and it continues to be a clean, well run resort. This time I was disappointed that they did away with cable and the internet doesn’t work all that well. I’m told they are working on improving internet. I hope so! The restaurant in front, the CREST, continues to have excellent food but the service was terrible. Waiting 45 minutes after ordering. :(

Very disappointed that pool and spa were closed just when weather warmed.up. was told due to being dirty with sand and not enough crew to clean it. Noticed that there is a sand pit right beside the pool. Maybe not a good idea.

Great KOA! I’m sure it will be a Holiday rated place soon. We enjoyed our dinner that was delivered to our RV! Fabulous meal and prompt service! Great location! Will return!

I will start with the good... the grounds were very well kept, the staff was great, clean facilities. We booked this location based off friend recommendations of it having a heated pool, and with our water loving kids this was amazing to hear.We were able to enjoy the heated pool for about an hour the evening we arrived. The next day the pool was closed, and remained closed for our stay.

The location worked well for us. Nice clean park that was easy to maneuver our 35 foot fifth wheel around in. Having a restaurant/bar onsite with great food made our travel through the valley very easy. Would have rated the park a 5 out of 5 except that internet/wi if was disappointing. While onsite we made a reservation to stay again on our trip back through the valley on our way home.

This is the third KOA I've stayed in recently and none have had decent wi-fi, whereas the non-KOAs always have had, at least on this trip. This is our go to RV Park whenever going through Bakersfield and have been going here for years before it became a KOA. REASONS: Crest Grill restaurant onsite, easy access, very friendly staff. We do miss the fresh COOKIES!! We will be back!!

Never be back I was in a long term and I had to show current registration and insurance when you check in and they have two long term people there that has no electric meter and one motor home has been registered since 2018 and he is not a worker .to many rules . RULES ARE FINE AS LONG AS THEY APPLY TO EVERYONE

Before it was a KOA, it was appox. $50-$55 to Stay per night. Nows without any improvements, it has gone to $68.00 or so per nigh per night. We will be looking at other options.

Park is clean but basic services were not working.., no cable no Jacuzzi no picnic tables in most of the sites. Staff was lukewarm and may be overworked? Prices are at the KOA level quite high which is OK when amenities are there and working. Not so much when you’re paying for the amenities and they don’t work or don’t have them up and running.

A real big rig friendly RV park my rig is 70ft with towed. Restaurant on site is nice and menu has good selections to choose from. All team members were very friendly. This place is 2 blocks from Camping World. Very clean and well maintained KOA RV Park. Only one thing, huge pine tree covering a very large KOA sign at entrance. You'll drive right by the entrance if you're not careful.

Great restaurant with amazing food, little store with pretty much everything you need. Great place to stay for short vacay and even better place to live. There is a pool, showers, clean restroom & a laundry room.
