Stay was decent but not happy that my $3M M/H got washed on both the curbside and drivers side on site 138 with overspray of watering the grass, and, cover for the electrical panel was about to fall off. I prefer site 138 and pay the Lock Fee when I stay. When I reported the issues to the office I felt the response was just another renter complaint with excuses rather than concern for fixing.

Loved the attention to detail. We brought our dog and the pen was perfect. My only suggestion would be to not have a sprinklers come on in the middle of the night because the pen was unusable when we woke up because it was so wet.

One of the nicest KOA's we've experienced. Much above our normal expectations. Especially enjoyed the restaurant. One negative is that the concrete curb around the sewer connection made it impossible to secure the fitting. Had to use weight to keep it in place. The connection needs to be raised about four inches to allow a secure connection or, I suppose, the concrete curb could be lowered.

Everything was nice until the two men with leaf blowers showed up at 8am and created a dust storm. It forced us to cut our morning stay short. We had to rush to pack up and leave.

The park is quite average in its size and amenities. The pool was closed twice for different reasons. The dog park was apparently an afterthought; a graveled area stuck between some buildings in the far back corner of the park. The only highlight was the Crest Bar and Grill. Great food, good and friendly service, right there within the park. That alone is a reason I would return next time we can

This was an excellent stop on my trip. As a dispersed camper, the heat made having access to A/C a lifesaver. The facility was very clean, and the staff were both helpful and kind.

In the top 2 of the nicest we have stayed (from Ohio to California). I would like to recommend putting a canopy over the dog pen area on site 193 as it really is unusable 90% of the time. Since we are under 24 ft trailer, we always get the worst KOA sites we pay the same money as the big rigs. Staff was friendly, bathrooms clean, and the best Restuarant of any KOA we have been too.

Big rig: allocated a park beside a dog pen where dogs started barking at 6:30 am. Also, lawn clipping all over service area causing grass to stick to hoses that required cleaning before storage. Earlier parking in the week involved a hard turn, yet many easy pull-through sites were available. The assignment rep does NOT understand the dimensions of big rigs and turning requirements. Do better.

Great location 1 Mile from Camping World, where we had scheduled maintenance from 12-5 PM. It was 105 out and 130 inside our truck. We had no shade and parked our truck next door, which was shaded and unoccupied. In fact, our row of 7 sites had no one in any of the sites. The camp worker and office told us we could not park there. Had to go to local park to get out of the sun. Not nice!

We have stayed here since the early 2000's. It became a KOA in the last few years and it's still a great place to stop. The park is clean and quiet. It has an on site restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Inside the restaurant is a full bar. It's a nice place to stop and grab a wonderful meal and a drink or beer after a day of traveling. They recently added dog fences to a few sites.

We were pleasantly surprised. The entire location and amenities were very well taken care of. Our stop was very pleasant (although hot). The pool area was also clean and inviting, so we enjoyed relaxing and cooling off before appetizers and adult beverages at your restaurant.

We have stayed at this KOA many times over the last six years and have seen many changes since KOAbought the property. AllI can say is the limited staff they have left are doing the best they can under the underfunded circumstances.

Great campground. Very clean! Sites are clean and level. The pool, spa, laundry, and restrooms were also very clean. The restaurant and bar was really nice, with good food. I was surprised to see many local residents eating and drinking there.

We stayed at 143 it was great but the grass in the pup area was so tall our dogs only wanted to eat it and would not poop in it. We are coming back in Sept. we are hoping the grass will be cut for us. The park is very clean and Sherri was very nice. Thank you see in you Sept.!

We were in Bakersfield for a 5 day event in August, which is not the optimal time to visit due to the heat. But the campground is very conveniently located, had nice tree and shade coverage, and the on-site restaurant was quite delicious! The campsites are spacious and well maintained and we felt very safe in the area. If we ever come back, we would definitely stay again.

Upon arriving I was asked to sign and agree that if we didn’t leave the pet pen in clean condition we would be charged $25.00. Problem is the pen was short of clean. The poop bag disposal can was more than half full and the palm tree had dropped oodles of little orange pods. I had to pick each one up before we could let our dogs into the pen. I filled a gallon bag. The picnic table was very dirt

This is a huge rv park. Lots of amenities. The laundry room is like its own laundromat & the best I've seen at a KOA. Nice office. If you go for a back-in site you'll have more shade. Most of the pull-throughs don't offer much shade. Hookups worked properly. Picnic table. Sites are an alright size. This was an overnight stop so not sure on what you'd do in the area. And this is Bakersfield lol. There's a gate so it feels safe.

First impressions, this place is gorgeous! Very clean, all the grass is green and mowed. No weeds, lots of trees for a little shade. The manager was very nice and professional. We felt very relaxed at this place. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Not all KOA's are this nice, this one is a Gem. I will probably book her again when I travel rhis way home.
