Great place to stay. Wide open. Very clean. Camping world across the street. Wonderful restaurant with a great menu.

One night stay between destinations. Park was clean and except for the train whistle at 1 am, was quiet.

We enjoyed our stay here. We learned that this place was a Movie Drive-in before the RV Park then KOA. Cool! We’re lucky cos of less people this month of Dec. :-)

Only stay there because of the Crest restaurant. Sorry to see breakfast has been eliminated. I detour 25 miles to stay here. Considering other places.

Great stay! Easy in and easy out. The Crest restaurant was very good - menu had offerings for almost any appetite.

It’s a very nice park. It is well developed, very well maintained, and the staff is very friendly. The draw back is the location. The four lane hwy that makes for easy access, makes for noise well into the night. Will I stay there again? Yes!

Would not stay at this KOA for a long time. Camp host is a tyrant. Terrible place to go if you have kids, they will be bothered by management when riding bikes/scooters. Homeless everywhere outside the gates. Pool and Jacuzzi inoperable. Plenty of other campgrounds in the area to stay at. Plenty of other nice KOA to stay at too, I always enjoy the KOA except this one

Unfortunately for us, we were there only one night. The park is beautiful and very inviting. Would love to return for a longer stay!

We love staying at the Bakersfield KOA! The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the sites are spacious and well maintained. Having The Crest Bar and Grill on site makes it so convenient and the food is terrific!

very nice people, accomodating on a drive up same-day stay. Delicious Thanksgiving dinner at the Crest restaurant, staff was friendly, allowed the dog on the patio. Very clean facilities, nice playstructure, pool/spa were closed; safe. Only downside was ground shaking in the middle of the night (2 of us woke up noticing it) - presumably from nearby trains? and an odd odor in the morning.

It was an amazing stay. Peace and quiet. I stayed a month. There were 3 families that came for their kids baseball tournament. All families were obnoxious and loud. When one was kicked out...the others grew manners immediately. Always clean and well kept. Positive staff.

We did not enjoy our stay. This property was loud, bright, and honestly felt like we were just sleeping in a parking lot with a few scattered trees. We were backed up to a neighborhood fence/wall, with barking dogs and we could hear cars off the main roads all night. There were also several trains that woke us in the night. It was an unpleasant experience for us. Wouldn’t recommend.

We were only there one night this time but our site was large, unobstructed, clean, easy to get in and out of, quiet. The restaurant is a big plus. Excellent food. We will return.

This is an attractive, well-maintained park. The office staff are welcoming and helpful. They were especially accommodating to us this year, when we had to add an extra day during a busy holiday time. And we love dinner at the Crest!

Love the restaurant, did not like the fact that the Sunday before thanksgiving was more expensive, because the pool and spa were closed. If the pool and spa were open i could understand the higher holiday rates.

Pricey Should have a separate common use room with doors. Existing curtains not private enough and noisey. Dog run needs more attention. Usually wet from sprinklers. However the dog run length is great so the dog can run.

It was one of my best weekends. Very nice campgrounds + they have a Bar & grill restaurant inside the campgrounds that was very nice to have dinner.

Truth be told, i usually avoid staying at KOA campgrounds because i've been to a few that were downright unpleasant. But for some reason i made a reservation at this one, and i was very glad i did. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the Crest restaurant is excellent! So much so that when traveling through Bakersfield again, i booked again. Keep up the good work!

very clean and tidy park with a great restaurant! if you walk the outer loop it is almost exactly .50 miles so you can get your walk in without leaving the park!

Our stay was short so we didn't get to use all amenities. Staff and managers very helpful. Only downside was the dryers. Several were out of order but maybe service was on it's way. I would say the road traffic is rather loud so if you're looking for quiet then this could be a problem. Staying at KOA's this is always the case as they are located off highways for convenience.

This is a very nice park. Sites are good, amenities are good. The broadband internet is FABULOUS. We wish more parks would ditch cable and add true broadband. The on-site restaurant was also good. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
