Great facilities. Washrooms clean and spacious. Restaurant and bar on site very country club like. Food was also great. No cable TV The big downer was the constant street and vehicle noise. Never stopped all night long. Needs some noise abatement facilities.

This was my second stay in 2 months, and both times the water was turned off at 6:00 a.m. for repairs. Also, my site was extremely muddy.

the site was outstanding didn't have to disconnect. The restaurant food was great,our server was one of the most outstanding server we have ever had.

I am unhappy with the removal of cable TV and streaming is not always possible. We will no longer stay at this park.

We spent a few months at the Journey facility just getting away from cold weather at home and visiting grandchildren. Our stay was wonderful and we will return whenever possible. Staff was helpful and facilities were clean in and great condition. Crest Cafe served great meals. We appreciated trees and grass at each campsite and felt particularly safe with the gated entrance.

This is an excellent campground, though it was quite empty while we were here. Pool. hot tub, and showers were great. Restaurant and service also great. The placement of the electric/dump/water is inconvenient/incorrect in some of the parking spots (172?). But that was minor.

Love this park as it has a restaurant Crest bar & grill on site! The park is very clean & sites are very level. With concrete sidewalks & pad it makes it very nice at your site. Employees at both locations are very nice & helpful.

Was a very pleasant stay despite the wet. KOA staff were very amenable and assisted us with couriering a package that we had accidentally left behind. It was also the second time we’ve stayed at the Bakersfield KOa and highly recommend it.

Clean. Good service on checkin. Not our first stay and won’t be our last. Restaurant is terrific. We alway plan our trips south around a stay here for a couple days.

This is an exceptional place to stay. The staff are wonderful and helpful. The grounds are well kept along with all facilities extremely clean. The restaurant/bar is top notch. Love staying here.

We stayed over night. We have always come to this RV because we the restaurant. Never disappointed with our meals and service. I was disappointed to see the lawn had been let go. It looked terrible.

Solid KOA with nice features. The bar/restaurant onsite is really handy and well used by campers including ourselves. We came to this campground twice on our trip to Arizona and California and we enjoyed the location and sites. Staff were professional and responsive.

This was our second time staying in your campsite. It is a lovely campground. We really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Just one thing the WIFI could be better :)

Facilities are clean, and it was nice to have a small playground onsite for young kids. The site is close to a train track and road noise might be an issue. Food at the restaurant was decent. Staff was also nice. Overall, I would still consider this location for next road trip.

The KOA sites and campground is great but the lady at check in was NOT friendly at all. she was basically non personable and rude... we got checked in but wasnt the friendly welcome you would expect from a KOA... the guy that guided us to our site in the golf cart was great. he welcomed us and very friendly.

We always have a great stay at this park. I was disappointed that we were assigned a gravel site and not one of the cement pads for a 1 night stay. I feel that the price has increased considerably since our last stay. We had dinner at the restaurant the food and service was excellent. I am not sure we will book again based only on the price of a 1 night stay.

We arrived at 8:30 pm and had received a text stating to pick up our welcome packet at the night desk / registration for after hours and there wasn’t anything left for us to give us any direction as to what camp site. The camp is nice but the help the last two visits has not been helpful. We stay cause it is half way for our trip but wish the service was better.

Nice facility, friendly desk staff and a very courteous host directed us to our site. On-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise...much better than we expected. We will return on 12/27/23 for one night.

We always stay a night or 2 on our way to N. CA to see family. We also stay on our way back home to San Diego. Only wish you had concrete pads. With all the rain it was very messy w/a dog.

What a wonderful park. Very clean, lots of shade and level pad/sites but the favorite of the stay was the restaurant and bar. Excellent food and awesome wait staff. We stay at a lot of KOAs and this is one of the best.

We only stayed one night but it was very nice. We have stayed several times before. We wished the restaurant was open for breakfast, that would have been nice before we left on our trip.
