We drive from Seattle and back every year, and your KOA is by far our favorite stay.

I've been staying at this RV park even before it became a KOA park. It is clean, spaces are good, the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. It is in a convenient location with easy access to SR-99 & SR-58. The only thing now that keeps it from being a 5 Star park is the closure of the "Crest Bar & Grille" that was within the park as it had great food & beverages at reason prices.

A very nice campground. Clean and well cared for. Facilities are second to none and one of the best fitness centers around. Only reason for not giving a perfect rating is because of the noise. Trains blowing their horns in the middle of a sleep night are dis-quieting.

The facility grounds and buildings appear well maintained. The campsite was clean, the utilities were spot on and working correctly. The spa was out of service and NO discount was offered for this inconvenience. The restaurant was CLOSED so that too was a disappointment. The facility was close to a busy intersection so engine noise from aggressive drivers filtered in at all hours.

We were there for three nights. The staff is VERY friendly! The Park was quiet, no loud noises from the other campers. The Freeway can be heard all night, and the local train tracks were visited once every night. But, these are not a deterrent from our staying there again. This was our second visit.

Had low voltage ( 117 v) couldn’t even run Microwave— Loud cars racing up & down the main st out side Koa all night —- Had a nice hot shower.

We have been staying at the Bakersfield RV Resort for years. We stopped here because we knew we would find accommodating, clean sites with a relaxing pool/spa and a great meal at the Crest Bar and Grill. Such a disappointment to find there is no longer a restaurant and the pool/spa is need of repair. Unfortunately we will find other rv accommodations on future trips.

Everything was good. Only feed back I would give is better lighting in the womens restroom and also the main door to the womens bathroom/ shower / gym had NO light what so ever at the door entrance.

Very friendly staff on arrival. Level sandy site. Grass was nice and inviting. Weather was not in our favor as it rained off and on all day. It was disappointing that the hot tub was under repair. We were looking forward to that.

Nice easy overnight stay for us on our way to our destination. Clean nice sights. Brochure says pool and hot tub open year round but was not during our stay.

Great place to stop halfway on our trip! Very clean and spacious sites. Staff is very friendly and helpful. It is close to the hwy Sp convenient but can be some road noise. We will definitely stop over here again.

Sales rep moved our reservation 2 times before we arrived.moved us to a different type of space we didn't reserve and the wrong day. caused alot of confusion.

This place was great when it was privately owned going down hill since KOA took over not being maintained looks more like a trailer park need to do better for a KOA

Very nice place. Love the extra long slips. We've been there a few times and will definitely be back. Darrell was very nice as was all the office staff.

Pool was closed. Staff said parts were on order but didn't have a due date which means... they just wanted the pool closed (winter time, lots of maintenance required, etc), just tell us the truth next time (closed for the winter season). Also, your KOA sign is covered by a tall pine tree (as you're driving south bound on Wible Rd). You need either a taller sign or chop down the tree.

Loved this rv parked u till we checked in this week. We were told The Crest bar & Grill was closed permanently! This was a main attraction for us. We didn’t have to unhook our tow vehicle since the restaurant was on site. The food was always amazing and so was the bar. The staff was always gracious, polite and friendly. We may have to find another rv. Bad decision on your part to close it do

The main reason I chose this campground was the heated pool to do laps. Sadly, despite a week between my two visits there was no sense of urgency to get the broken heaters fixed. As a result a very disappointing two stays.

The place was clean, but had none of the amenities that were important to my family. The camp site did not have a picnic table and fire ring as described on the website, and the pool did not appear to have been usable in years which was also boasted about on the website. False advertisement.

Always look forward to pulling into Bakersfield KOA. They always are so friendly and welcoming. The showers are the best, clean, warm and plenty of hot water. This KOA should be what other KOA’s strive for. Love the addition of the pet pens at the sites.

It was one over night, It was clean and organized and we really liked having the dog run in our campsite.

The GM was very helpful to me when she was off the clock. I arrived after dark and ran into her as she was walking her dog. She helped me get situated. I was very appreciative!

Pool and hot tub were not heated as there are broken parts that need to be recorded. These two features are why I chose Bakersfield KOA. A major dissatisfaction. Hopefully fixed by my return visit on Dec 26th.

The park has really declined over the years. The Crest Bar and Grill abruptly closed, there was zero communication from the park that it was or had closed. The park management will text you for literally everything but not a word about the closure. Next the sites are not maintained, the ants, black widows, pincher bugs and rodents are a problem. The management is very rude and unfriendly.

We got in late and left early, but late check in was easy, everything was clean, the map made it easy to find your site and having the Paw Pen was a really nice feature, I am glad they offer those for families with pets!

While the overall stay was pleasant and the site was well maintained the general managers demeanor and customer service skills left a lot to be desired when interacted with.

This is a huge rv park. Lots of amenities. The laundry room is like its own laundromat & the best I've seen at a KOA. Nice office. If you go for a back-in site you'll have more shade. Most of the pull-throughs don't offer much shade. Hookups worked properly. Picnic table. Sites are an alright size. This was an overnight stop so not sure on what you'd do in the area. And this is Bakersfield lol. There's a gate so it feels safe.

First impressions, this place is gorgeous! Very clean, all the grass is green and mowed. No weeds, lots of trees for a little shade. The manager was very nice and professional. We felt very relaxed at this place. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Not all KOA's are this nice, this one is a Gem. I will probably book her again when I travel rhis way home.
