I saw a big change from last time I stay, under old owners. The camp ground weren't has clean. The grass wasn't as green, even with all the rain we received . Just look like the love and care is not there.

What a lovely campground! We truly enjoyed our stay. The sites were extremely clean and level, the on-site restaurant was great (and so accommodating - we arrived to the campground only 20 mins before they closed and they still took our order, and didn’t rush us to leave), and even though we didn’t use them, the rest of the amenities looked fabulous!

We expected KOA qualitiy when arriving from Death Valley and booked this site because of the Pool. This was not open (without prior notice). Our kids were crying about this. The internet did not work and we where expected to buy an 90 degree adapter for dumping (we never needed at any other KOA). If we would been informed before especially about the pool we would have booked a different campground

It is a real shame that there was no bathroom for women. My wife had to take a shower in the mens department, without adequate privacy. It is also a shame that the ladies restrooms are closed when the restaurant is closed.

Our guide to our assigned spot realized it was too small and moved us into a site of adequate space. Kept us from calling and asking, relocating, etc. That's the service we consider paramount to selecting an RV stay location. Well done Bakersfield !!!

The staff was nice, and the campground was clean. The pool was down for maintenance which was a bummer and we had a bike stolen off our trailer overnight because the gates that were supposed to secure the grounds at night weren't closed the night before.

Accidentally came here and so glad we did. Staff had great customer service. Made us feel welcomed. Love the Crest Bar & Grill...great customer service there as well. We ended up canceling our reservations for another campground close by and stayed here instead.

Several years ago this was a fantastic place to make as a destination or place to use as a pass through stop. The last two times I’ve been there I noticed the trees are over grown into the sights that can scratch your rig and the lawns between the sights are now weeds. This time the pool, hot tub, tv and Wi-Fi was out of service. It’s pricey for what you get. Restaurant is still good.

Camp ground was very well kept and the people were great. I just do not like getting woke up at 5:30 AM by very loud and long train horn blast. I personally will look for a different location only based on the train horn.

We stayed in October of 2022 and were told no cable hook up or WI Fi...they were working on it. Made reservations again in April of 2023....nobody said cable & WiFi were still not available. Got there and found out these 2 services were missing so I suggested they tell you that up front or put that information on their site....we were told they are "working in it".

Beautiful resort setting, narrow pull thru spots, I had to back out because it was so crowded. Our site was too far away from K9 camp to walk older dogs. Just used the row end potty stops. Except for the Mockingbird singing all night long in the tree next to us, the stay overnight was fine. Would definitely stay again.

What a beautiful spot to stay. The restaurant on site was really good. All the employees were pleasant and accommodating. I used both the women's restroom and laundry. The bathrooms are nice and clean and there is sufficient amount of washer and dryer's for use.

The campground was very nicely kept. Restaurant on site was a real treat. Staff were very friendly. Traffic on street at rv park was loud. Seemed to be a lot of pent up speeding going on. Too many cars were too loud. Drivers were aggressive or didn’t know rules of the road. Stayed three days in bakersfield and wasn’t a highlight of our trip, although most people were very friendly.

Would have been a 10 but for the office changed my original site to a shorter one. I was barely able to make my assembled rig fit. This never happened before the switch to KOA. ???

Standard RV park. Close spaces. Our electrical outlet had a massive spider infestation in it. There is a nice restaurant on site that is open til 8pm.
