Really enjoyed our visit… very clean… great food at the on site restaurant (Crest)… staff very friendly and pleasant… maintenance crew exceptional!… Would recommend this KOA to everyone.. Thank you for making our stay so memorable… Joe and Mary

We were in space 169. Lawn is weeds with lots of burrs. We could not walk our dogs there as they would be covered in the burrs. Very unhappy with our stay. Next time we stop in Bakersfield will find a different park. We belong to a large RV club and most members have dogs. Several have mentioned that the park has gone down hill since becoming a KOA

Check in was super friendly and helpful. No issues during our stay. We have stayed here many times over the years. The only change was the condition of the grass but that I’m sure is due to city water restrictions.

Clean and quiet and close to amenities. Pool and hot tub are great addition to this campground. Dogs loved the dog run.

Fairly nice park, but maintance needs to be stepped up. Palm trees all need to be trimmed. (palm from was rubbing my coach and got caught when I put in my slideout. Also, about 1 in the morning, my wife woke me up thinking we had a water leak out side. Went outside and found sprinkler heads missing and water spraying everywhere. Also, it was raining most of the day, why have the sprinkler on

It's a great RV park for a stop over. We stayed on our way to Palm Springs The KOA Bakersfield facilities are clean and well maintained, and the staff are helpful. We enjoyed the Crest restaurant. It's easy access from Highway 99.

We took our camper for the first trip and there were a few things we were having problem with and the maintenance man was so helpful in showing us how to hook up the black tank as we couldn’t figure why it wouldn’t open and then husband forgot his glasses on the table and when I called she went right then and got them. It used to be such a beautiful park we’ve been staying there for about 7 or 8 years but since KOA bought it, it’s not the same. It was always so manicured and clean not so much any more. Lots of dead grass and tall weeds a lot of dirt. Each time I need to make a reservation I’m hoping to see improvements but no such luck. We have been staying since the park opened. It was great for a long time but the sites have continued to deteriorate. That said, front desk staff has greatly improved.

We had a situation with our truck breaking down 20 miles east of town. They were able to get us in a spot and work with our unknown schedule while the truck was getting worked on. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The site was clean and well cared for. The pool, bathrooms, and laundry facilities were well maintained and clean. One downside is there wasn't cash exchange for quarters.

We were just there for one night but we often travel through Bakersfield and this is the nicest place we have stayed. It’s clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the spaces are roomy, and dog facilities are numerous. We’ll be back!

Check in progress was great. The camp ground was not maintained well at all. The camper next to me had a very loud stereo playing until 1am. They must not have any onsite security. Woke up Monday morning to no water. They claimed it was for maintenance and that they texted me about it the night before. I received no text. Had to dump my tanks at a different campsite. Would never stay there again!

Everything was great, and easy. They escorted me to my spot upon arrival and gave us a card for 10% off food at the restaurant. Restaurant was good too. Had a great stay for a quick over night stop on our way home from traveling.

The morning we were to leave there was no water. The office was also close so I couldn't inquire about it. Do they ever spray for bugs? All of our outdoor items became covered in earwigs.

We were just passing thru and stayed for 1 night in space 43. The site was clean, quiet and full hook-ups. What more could you ask for.

Everything was good, except the multiple piles of Dog POOP around the picnic table on the site I stayed at. I told an employee that was driving a round in a service cart, but he didn’t seem concerned. It was still there when I left…

Clean park. Convenient restaurant on site. Grassy areas at each level site along with a concrete patio. Good communication with the office. Occasional problems with water that were resolved efficiently.

We have stayed here 2 times now and both times we have had great service. The KOA is located in town but you don’t feel like it. It very safe and quiet, has a great swimming pool, we always eat dinner at the restaurant and the food is delicious. The staff members are very friendly!

Clean, safe bathrooms and showers with keypad code, felt secure. Gated property, restaurant on site is a major plus, food was good

The amenities were nice (bathroom, showers, pool). The road traffic to sleep is very noisy. Also, we were required to purchase an L-shaped septic piece that was not required at the four other campgrounds we stayed at during our California trip. Additionally, the KOA 10% discount wasn’t honored bc I did not call to make a reservation but instead booked online.

This is a huge rv park. Lots of amenities. The laundry room is like its own laundromat & the best I've seen at a KOA. Nice office. If you go for a back-in site you'll have more shade. Most of the pull-throughs don't offer much shade. Hookups worked properly. Picnic table. Sites are an alright size. This was an overnight stop so not sure on what you'd do in the area. And this is Bakersfield lol. There's a gate so it feels safe.

First impressions, this place is gorgeous! Very clean, all the grass is green and mowed. No weeds, lots of trees for a little shade. The manager was very nice and professional. We felt very relaxed at this place. I wish I could have stayed longer than one night. Not all KOA's are this nice, this one is a Gem. I will probably book her again when I travel rhis way home.
